Le logement était très bien pour loger pas loin de la ville de Braşov et permettant de visiter la Roumanie. Le logement correspondait à la description et proposait les équipements proposés. Je reviendrai ici 👍🏼

Familie 2+2 + Grosseltern für eine Woche. Daniele legt sehr grossen Wert auf die Übergabe einer perfekt sauberen Wohnung. Wir haben zwei Apartments gebucht. Beide sind sehr sauber und gut riechend übergeben worden. Parick hat uns gleich eine kleine Tour durch die Gegend gegeben. Zahlreiche Empfehlungen hinsichtlich Restaurants haben sich verwirklicht. Während des Aufenthaltes problemloser Kontakt mit ihm aber dennoch fühlten wir uns nicht überwacht. Danielle und Patrick wohnen im gleichen Haus, haben aber unseren Tagesablauf nicht gestört oder beeinflusst. Eine tolle Gegend mit Einfamilienhäusern. Kein Lärm, gehobenere Gegend. Ohne Mietwagen könnte problematisch werden. Wir freuen uns in dieser Gegend gebucht zu haben. Malta ist eine kleine Insel und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind problemlos erreichbar. Die Möglichkeit am eigenen Pool abseits des Lärms zu entschleunigen war des Preises wert.

Had a lovely stay here, great location you can walk down soome steps 5 mins go the waterfront either restaurants etc. in Portorose. Or can take the bus that takes 10 mins to Piran! If you have lots of luggage, definitely worth staying here and day tripping into Piran. Peaceful and nice view from the apartment. Owner was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Apartment itself was really nice, well maintained and clean. Provided a crib and high chair, which was great. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. The huge balcony has the most amazing view over the beautiful bay! You can watch the sunrise while eating a home cooked meal from up there😊! The bed is comfortable and big, the bathroom was nice and water pressure was great in the shower. A really lovely place. It’s a great base for exploring since parking is free on the street. It took us 20-25 minutes to walk to the city from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again in the future 👌🏼

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Fantastisch verblijf in een gloednieuwe accommodatie omringd door een rustige omgeving. Bojan was een attente gastheer die snel je vragen beantwoordde. Op wandelafstand kan je fantastische hikes doen met adembenemende uitzichten. De wildlife experience tour van Summit Tourist Agency is ook een echte aanrader.

Dotato di ogni comfort, dall’aria condizionata a ogni possibile utensile per cucina, per non parlare delle dotazioni extra fornite in ogni bagno o all’interno dell’area lavanderia. Arredamento originale, moderno, ricercato ed elegante. Spazio esterno da sogno! Vista mozzafiato, un intero frutteto con prodotti 100% biologici a nostra completa disposizione. Vincenzo è un host discreto e riservato ma sempre presente e disponibile all’occorrenza. Apprezzatissimi i suoi consigli su attività, ristoranti e posti da visitare nei dintorni. Al nostro arrivo ci ha omaggiato con una bottiglia di una cantina locale e con dell’ottimo olio abruzzese. Il nostro Golden Retriever ha adorato lo spazio esterno, giardino super curato e vista mozzafiato a 360º, alba e tramonti spettacolari. Soluzione perfetta per chi fugge dal caos della città e cerca un soggiorno di totale relax. Mancherebbe solo una bella piscina dopodiché sarebbe la casa dei sogni! Torneremo sicuramente!

This place brought tears to my eyes. Far more beautiful than I ever expected. I will definitely come back. I am in love with Stobrec and the Croatian people. This has to be the most beautiful and peaceful residence I have ever stayed at.

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

Alles perfekt, super Lage, Lena und Mick waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren immer und zu jeder Zeit für uns da. Sie haben sehr liebe und ruhige Tiere ( Hunde Harry und Raffa ) 2 Katzen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool war immer sauber und zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Das kleine Häuschen war groß genug und man hatte genügend Platz, alles ausreichend vorhanden. Wir sind schon 24 Jahre in dieser Ecke zum Urlaub machen, hierher kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Außergewöhnlich viel Platz, toller Garten, super liebe Hosts, sehr gastfreundlich, süße liebe Katze, wir konnten auch umsonst waschen. Der Preis mehr als fair! Gerne wieder :)

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

We stayed at this apartment for 4 nights during ski season and it was a great stay. 10-15 min walk into the town which was doable. The apartment was very new, whirlpool was fun, beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. Simon was very responsive if we had any questions and also very accommodating of our late flight letting us check out later than stated which was very helpful! I would recommend staying here

Everything was beautiful. The house was very clean and wonderful. The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking distance to Tsimiski street, which is a shopping street with famous brands. The host is very helpful and responds to everything immediately. We would definitely like to visit it when we come to Thessaloniki again. Thanks.

I strongly recommend this place as it has everything you need, is quiet, is near all the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, and Jelena is very helpful should you need anything. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Christiana’s home was so beautifully decorated and immaculate. Everything was new and spotless. I feel like I walked into a designer home. Her attention to detail was so impressive. From art work to furniture to lighting and amenities. The balcony was amazing! It was a huge wrap around balcony filled with flowers and herbs and beautiful patio furniture. Perfect for lounging and entertaining. As for location, it couldn’t have been better. Very quiet neighborhood and only a couple of minute walk to restaurants, pharmacies, coffee shops ,gyms and every shopping and service you could ask for. It was also minutes from several organized beaches and only 30 minutes from downtown Athens. Christiana and Eleni couldn’t have been more responsive and friendly. Exceptional service. Best ever experience. We hope to have the opportunity to stay there again. Thanks so much Christiana and Eleni! Love you both!
