We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Had a great solo stay here. There was some construction right outside, but it really wasn’t bothersome. Great quiet place to relax and work. Will rent again soon! Thank you!

Ruby's place was in a great location with everything so close. It has peaceful and beautiful views of the city and mountains. It looked just like the pictures described and felt clean. It was a short drive to everywhere you want to visit in the city. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. The only thing I would have loved was maybe one more TV in one of the rooms to wind down after all of the exploring. We had the kids hogging the TV with cartoons our entire stay. The other thing would be maybe some blinds or curtain on the front door for privacy at night. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place.

I stayed here with my family (all adults) over the holidays. The house was well appointed (except for a dinner table -- it does have a kitchen breakfast bar). The host was responsive. The house is located in a very walkable area, close to lots of activities, restaurants and coffee shops.

Appreciate the great communication and instructions. Everything went smoothly. Great place in a great location by the university.

I had a wonderful stay in this spotless, well-kept apartment—it was exactly as described, if not better! Meeting Tammy and her lovely daughter was such a pleasure. Their warmth and hospitality went above and beyond my expectations and I truly felt at home. I’ll absolutely be booking again on my next trip to Seattle. A well-appointed "landing pad" in the active & eminently walkable Capitol Hill neighbourhood. The biggest draw of this townhouse is its location — it's 2.5 blocks from the light rail station (direct service to SeaTac) and is across the park from the Broadway & E Pine bus stop. There are restaurants and interesting storefronts in every direction, a lovely park with high pedestrian traffic and weekend fairs, and easy public transit to many other parts of Seattle. In the townhouse, we liked the in-bathroom heating (a boon on chilly nights), the many hangers in the closets, and the well-stocked dish cupboards (no shortage of mugs for people who enjoy a morning tea). It was furnished thoughtfully — notably, with places to sit down comfortably and actual tables/surfaces for putting down items. Derek was very quick to respond when we made an error with the front door keypad that left us locked out. After a few messages, he was able to reset the system remotely, which was deeply appreciated.

The host were excellent. The home was cozy and just what we love about West Seattle quite!

We had a great time at Leo’s place. The home was well taken care of and had plenty of room for our larger group. It was conveniently located so everything was a quick drive. There was also a grocery outlet across the street which allowed us to grab things very easily. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to Leo for the great stay!

Had a very comfortable stay. Appreciated the open layout. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and finding items were a breeze. The location was perfect! A 7 minute walk to my son's campus and dorm. Coffee/cafe, dining and shopping are also in walking distance. I will definitely look into this Airbnb next year.

We were in town for 2 nights to attend a family wedding. There were 4 of us, and the 2 bedroom unit was just right. We drove into town, so having the garage was great. It is a small garage, just as described (make sure you fold in your sideview mirrors!). Adis was very responsive, and gave very clear instructions on finding the place and getting in. The linens and bedding were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the location, as it was close enough to walk to restaurants and even to downtown (Pike's place market was about a mile, mostly downhill). We would definitely stay here again (and catch a Mariners game next time!).

Fantastic location. Amazing rooftop

This is a comfortable compact townhouse in a central part of Seattle. We enjoyed our stay very much and our hosts provided good instructions and clearly described what to expect with regards to all the levels. It didn’t quite register that noise and light would carry so much between levels so bring ear plugs and eye masks if you are sensitive to that. Otherwise, it’s a great home base to explore Seattle!

The hosts Leigha and Jason were super friendly and care about their guests. They were very responsive and provided detailed instructions as well as recommended places to visit, best restaurants nearby for us with the kids. The town-house is super new, clean, neat and tidy! We enjoyed staying there during the Spring break and will definitely return if we visit Seattle again! They made us very welcome and we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay there.

A first visit to Seattle for most of us so we didn’t really know where to stay and have nothing to compare it to but it worked out well. We were able to walk to Pike Place and to Capital Hill shopping area but definitely had to Uber, as it is an all uphill walk on the way back. Uber did work out very well for all our other activities. The apartment is just as pictured and was perfect for our group Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of bath linens. It was very clean but it’s a rental so it does have a little wear and tear on the walls. Feng is super responsive to any questions or requests. We were a little disappointed about the rooftop as we were there on an exceptionally beautiful sunny week and the furniture was not set up for season. Feng did offer to come clean things for us however. Although we didn’t have a car, there is a designated space that would really come in handy because the street parking is quite something in this city. The neighborhood is very quiet.

This was our second time staying here and it truly felt like coming home. The space is just as beautiful, clean, and welcoming as we remembered. Everything is thoughtfully set up — cozy, comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. To make it even more special, the host sent us flowers, which was such a thoughtful and kind touch. We loved being back and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as expected. The house had everything you could possibly need and is extremely walkable and near so many things but is also just far enough to where it’s peaceful.

Great base in Capitol Hill. Not large, but thoughtfully appointed. Our family of three stayed for four nights; it worked well for a short stay.

Thanks again for the wonderful stay! Highly recommend this oasis in the heart of central district in Seattle - super close to downtown, but plenty of peace and quiet as well. Kitchen was honestly the best I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb - there was an air fryer, mixer and a vitamix blender! Would have been happy to stay for another week!

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Eleanora's home. It was as described in the listing and photos. Instructions to check in were very clear and easy to follow. And they were very gracious to accommodate my elderly parents by allowing us to check in early. Eleanora was also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The house is located on a stone path and on multiple levels so just a precaution for those with mobility issues or heavy suitcases. The neighborhood is great and very accessible to shops, restaurants and street parking. The parking spot can fit a compact car but there was usually a spot right on the street. One small thing to note is that the pocket door for the bathroom on the first floor can be a little tricky if pushed all the way in so I always left it out a little for grip. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seattle!
