Absolutely best stay I’ve ever experienced. I came for my birthday with friends, and between Kathy’s dedication to making the stay as special and magical as possible, and the delicious breakfast and wonderful house management by Liana and Nery, this stay provided a truly memorable trip that I will forever be grateful for. The home is a paradise, and what a wonderful surprise the beach club was. We read about it, but couldn’t even believe how awesome and stunning it was! We enjoyed surfing lessons and dinners there, and couldn’t get enough of the hammocks. Can’t recommend Kathy and Stephen’s home enough, it’s simply heaven. Great food, great location, great people, and a great host. Be sure to go to Don Ramiro for dinner—an excellent chef who creates an intimate and friendly space like no other.

Pictures don’t quite do Villa Lou Lou justice, the sunsets will stop you in your tracks. We entered the villa felt the peacefulness, the landscape & design of the place is stunning & perfect for families. The location is amazing & playa grande beach was by far the best beach around. We were able to go for a morning walk to get a few groceries if needed or a quick drive to local groceries. Be sure to step out the back doors in the mornings to hear the howler monkeys. Claire was a very helpful host with recommendations for things to do around the area. We’ll be back forsure!

They were gone of us staying at Kenneth‘s place in Playa grande. Six siblings +3 wives. We loved the private Casitas that All enjoyed us a communal spaces which brought us together as a family kitchen was very well stocked with shockingly sharp knives, which is somewhat unheard of in Airbnb’s. I would highly recommend the thing that this beautiful Villa spread over such a large area area so full of birds, holler monkeys, iguanas, and a glorious array of flora wherever we looked. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and no matter what time of day or what love love tide. It was such a beautifully diverse ecosystem to enjoy. The water was very accessible, even to some of us with mobility issues if you have a good size group of people, I highly highly recommend Villa luna grande. You will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back again to enjoy all of this.

La estancia fue muy agradable. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien ubicado y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fácil y sin inconvenientes. En general, una buena experiencia. ¡Gracias!

El alojamiento es hermoso, con una vista muy bella del mar y la montaña. Está pensado para que los huéspedes puedan compartir los espacios comunes, pero tengan su intimidad y privacidad tan necesarias . Las habitaciones son amplias, con un excelente ambientación, silenciosas e invitan al descanso. El área de los baños también es hermosa , llena de confort y buen gusto. Fue una hermosa experiencia para nuestro grupo y nos sentimos confortables en todo momento. Las piscinas también están pensadas para el confort y descanso, así como el maravilloso deck panorámico. La verdad una estadía en que nos sentimos muy a gusto.

Brendon’s place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient for everything we needed. Brendon was a great host—responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful spot so happy we the opportunity to stay here

Comment décrire notre expérience à la Villa Guanacaste en un seul mot: WOW. Avant notre départ, Mélanie a eu l’extrême gentillesse de répondre à nos questions. Elle nous a donné plein d’informations pratiques et pertinentes. Elle et son mari ont été très réactifs face à nos questions. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu le bonheur de rencontrer Stéphanie qui a également su nous conseiller sur notre séjour. La cours arrière était magnifique avec la piscine, le tiki bar, l’espace extérieur aménagé et la végétation. L’intérieur était très propre et contenait tout ce dont on avait besoin pour passer du bon temps en famille. À notre départ, Stéphanie a pris le temps de venir nous saluer. Que ce soit avant notre arrivée, à notre arrivée ou au départ (sans oublier les petites attentions), tout était parfait! Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dans un bel environnement. I could not recommend this home enough! We stayed for a few days and was perfect! Walking distance to all restaurants, steps from the beach, and steps away from the main beach clubs. Very private and safe feeling we stayed as a group of girls. The layout of the home is excellent it gives 4 separate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for privacy. We would absolutely stay here again, the owners were so friendly with providing fruits and drinks upon our arrival, made it feel so special. 100% loved our stay!!

The place was exactly as described. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Had breakfast and most suppers outside by the pool. Working with the concierges provided (Brenda) was extremely helpful. She organized, shuttle services, tours, restaurant reservations and a catamaran and was very responsive to all of our questions during the stay. Veronica the chef / cleaner for the mornings was very helpful and friendly. She made all of our breakfasts and cleaned up any mess from the night before and had a great energy. We used the go carts to drive to the beach club (10 minute go kart ride) , pickle ball (10 minute go kart ride) and for suppers at the JW Marriott (5 minute go kart ride away). Beaches are great and very close and walkable to driveable with a car or go karts. We had a car to go into Tamarindo to get groceries and go to the beaches and restaurants there as well, only a 15-20 minute drive once you are out of the resort. Overall a

As good as it gets! Totally exceeded expectations. Geralyn was a wonderful concierge who organized our tours and transportation as well as a private chef for our final night. The house, pool and property was even better than the photos. Great location, literally, above the fray way up on a hill. Walk to grocery store and a few restaurants. 5 minute drive to many more restaurants and activities. Loved everything about it.

We had our wedding here…. This place is unbelievable!! We can’t say enough good things about this place. Views just as good as Villas Calletas for a fraction of the price! Stayed for 4 nights with 11 people, and had about 50 guests the night of the wedding. Lisa and David worked with us and let us come a few times early with the wedding planner etc….if you don’t mind driving up the mountain about 20 minutes, I can’t imagine a better option in the area. (Road was in good shape in January 2025). We also used their on site personal chef Beli for almost all of our meals while staying there, including the big wedding meal. It was all phenomenal and reasonably priced. There’s also some wildlife on the property. We saw Macaws and a monkey almost every day. 100% satisfaction

Amazing Views! Great place, spacious, with nice furnishings. The layout of the floorplan was great, everyone could spread out and do their own thing or come together in the several large communal areas. Kitchen had great amenities and quality gear. Location was superb, about 8 minutes to Uvita and Playa Hermosa, and about 15 minutes to Dominical. House is up on the the hill but road is paved with easy access. Would definitely stay again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Roya. The house is absolutely stunning and in a very convenient location. The main house was beautiful decorated, kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, the three separate casitas also well decorated (bonus they all had a mini fridge and coffee maker as well), the pool was beautiful and a center point for our trip. The Villa is a perfect oasis yet still in waking distance to the beach, restaurants, markets, bars, shopping, etc. Jason and Kathy are amazing hosts, they were super friendly, very responsive and offer lots of recommendations. Josue was wonderful as well. Thank you for making our time in Tamarindo so memorable.

Absolutely stunning view and the location couldn’t be more ideal. The 6 bedroom house is gorgous and spacious with a fully stocked commercial kitchen that my wife and teenagers adored. It feels like you are secluded on a mountain and yet just minutes from the stores, restaurants, rivers, and beaches of Domincal. The hosts and grounds keeper are extremely attentive and lovely to deal with and keep the yard and pool impeccably groomed. Endless sunsets, vibrant jungle setting; it truly is a perfect spot for a tropical retreat :)

Best part of the trip. We could always come back from our road trips and relax.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Tolle Küche und schöner kleiner Pool, perfekt zum Abkühlen. Kurze Wege zum Walflossen Strand und zum Surf-Strand. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nicht weit, tolle Lage. Wir haben wunderbare Tage dort verbracht.

El condominio es precioso muy tranquilo con playa privada, restaurante y supermercado no hubo necesidad de salir fuera la casa muy linda mejorada a las fotos de la publicidad y Laura siempre estuvo pendiente a mis consultas y muy amable me permitió estar con mis 4 perritos eso fue lo mejor definitivamente queremos regresar gracias por dejarnos estar en su casa nos encanto

Great place to stay , far enough to be calm and close enough to Santa Teresa , beautiful pool , all rooms were great with AC , fully functional kitchen , cannot recommend this place enough ! If you have the chance to stay here you definitely should

Gals place was top notch! The house distribution was perfect and the pool has this larger section for small kids which was perfect for us. The location, while right in the middle of Santa Teresa and close to the main road, was peaceful. You could tell neighbors were having a good time but were respectful during the quiet hours. Would definitely stay here again!
