We came to River Ranch (a family of five, the kids aged 4, 7, 9). From the moment we arrived we felt the magic of this place. So peaceful and simply beautiful. The house is gorgeous, all so comfy, each room with its own little touches; the kitchen great to use too. We felt miles away from civilisation, exactly what we wanted. We loved eating by the fire pit and watching those incredible sunsets. Private access to the river was a dream. We all loved cooling off there and fishing too. We truly fell in love with this place and were lucky to have a full week here. We will be back.

Our stay in the cabin was great. Such a beautiful spot, the surrounds made it so peaceful. Sunrise here was picturesque and the stars at night were something everyone should see! The cabin itself was clean, tidy and well kept. We felt right at home. Definitely would recommend.

Peter was an excellent host, very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The house is beautiful, and the air conditioning and shutters really helped combat any issues with weather (it was both hot and stormy when we stayed, but inside was totally comfortable) and it’s actually bigger than the photos made it seem. It was everything you could want with a big group of people, we had 4 siblings, all with partners staying. The big lounge room and dining table was perfect for watching movies and eating breakfast together. All in all a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

This is a A+ Airbnb. Well stocked kitchen, loads of books and games, great spaces to spread out or come together. Beds super comfy. Lots of blankets / fans places to relax. Great getaway if you are wanting to relax, read on the deck, swim in the pool, play games on the lawn. 30min drive to Mudgee wasn’t too bad we did it 3 times during our week, cooked and ate at the house. Too a wine tour which was great they picked us up from the house. Needed to book balloons in advance, but didn’t need lots of activities, walked on the property, swan, read. Great week away with the family 😍

Leigh’s place is beautiful, lovely setting and a short walk down to the river. We really enjoyed our stay, the property is clean, today and enjoys beautiful night sky views. Will be back for sure :)

Arnya is a great host who was extremely accomodating and was very responsive during our stay. Her studio is stunning and would definitely return another time!

Thank you Robyn & Darryl for a wonderful little weekend getaway. From the moment you arrive city life and stress just leaves you. Our kids did not want to come home and have been loving the fresh eggs we brought home. Robyn thank you so much for the extra effort with our little one. The property is immaculate and the space is like being on your own private resort with all the extra little touches. We will be back :)

Anita’s place was more than we could have hoped for. It was spacious, light filled, so comfortable and immaculately clean. Our family of 7 relaxed both inside and out enjoying the lawn for afternoon games. Spacious rooms, well stocked pantry and the beautiful wake up call from the sheep and cows near by. Highly recommend for a country get away.
