We were three generations of runners staying for the weekend for the Brighton half marathon. The location of the house was perfect! Just a street back from the sea! The house is so beautiful and there were lovely fresh flowers in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped for our pre race pasta and our DIY breakfast. The beds were really comfy too. I would highly recommend this place. Felt like home.

My family and I had a fantastic weekend at Miriam’s house. The location is fantastic with sea views from the house and walking access to the beach in just 10 minutes. It’s also brilliantly situated for Seven Sisters Park and unbeatable walks. We found the beds to be very comfortable, enjoyed the garden and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Miriam was very responsive with help and suggestions. We’d love to come back :)

A lovely cottage with a fascinating history. The arrangement of rooms was perfect for 3 generations of us. Very quaint but sympathetically modernised with everything provided. A great stay in a convenient spot .Thank you.

We loved this home so much that we plan to come back and have already recommended it to family. The cottage is very clean and homely, well-equipped and was warm for our visit in cold January. Siobhan is a very kind host - we bumped into her during the weekend and had a lovely chat and she gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Siobhan was also extremely kind and flexible when our arrival was delayed by a pet emergency. We loved Rottingdean; there's is a cafe less than two minutes from the cottage, and pub within three minutes. The beach and Beacon Hill windmill are within very easy reach and make a lovely walk. We will definitely return.

Lovely apartment, very cozy and perfect to read a book on the sofa with the lighting. First time being in Brighton so wasn't sure what to expect, however the apartment felt comfortable and homely. It was decorated amazingly, I definitely got some inspiration on how to decorate my own home. The only small fault, which was no fault of the owners, was the lack of parking nearby, so it ended up being quite costly. However the place was perfect for a mini break, thankyou:)))

Really enjoyed this place. My two children boy (8) and girl (5) loved the hot tube. They really enjoyed going to see the farm animals on-site. The lodge is warm and comfy. Would definitely recommend and hopefully go back one day. Thanks Emma!

Absolutely loved this place, right by the beach

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at James’s house. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, making it a truly relaxing getaway. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and the communication with the host was excellent. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!
