Linda’s place is great and she is a great host. Even a paved guest parking area! She has a private entrance to the basement and she was more than accommodating! I’ll mark this one as a favorite because I come to the area frequently and will definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment in a great location, very clean with modern amenities. Paul was a great host and went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Would recommend to anyone visiting DC.

Cute place. It worked really well for a family of four. We got to watch TV at night when we got back from my time in the city, and we also appreciated the kitchen to cook. When we asked about using the grill, they obliged, and also set up the fire pit for us since it was a cool night. Would definitely recommend and come again.

One of my favorite places to stay. Clean and accommodating. Very nicely decorated. Would stay again if I’m ever in this area again. So glad I found this cute little tucked away place in the heart of DC

What a perfect Airbnb experience! Terese thought of everything! Parking is off the street on a nice flat safe driveway with plenty of space. The unit was clean and free of clutter. There were plenty of places to put my things. The kitchen had everything I needed. The coffee machine was well stocked, which turned out to be a really nice perk! The bed was incredibly comfortable. AC/heat unit worked perfectly. There was a nice desk space where I got some work done, and a private and peaceful place to sit outside. I was able to wash some clothes mid week. The neighborhood is quiet and she left great instructions for how to get to a local walking trail. I was able to watch TV at night and throw on some news in the morning. Overall just everything you could hope for from an Airbnb. I hope the place is available every time I come back!

I have booked a number of places on Air BNB and by far this has been the best stay I’ve had hands down . The unit was immaculate! The location is perfect if you’re flying into Reagan Airport and you don’t want to necessarily stay in the heart of DC . There are lots of restaurant options, and shopping amenities in walking distance. And the building is nice , quiet, and well kept . Zero complaints whatsoever! If I ever travel back to the DC area , I will be booking with Lily !

This is a very nice clean two bedroom two bath unit. Location was extremely close to the metro as well. Very good experience!

This was by far the best Airbnb stay I’ve had . Me and my wife loved the area and the residence . The house was Clean and kept up with well . The Kitchen had plenty of coffee options. Before we arrived Stan gave detailed instructions on how to find the place. Thankfully he did because I still passed the street haha . But I found it after I went back and reviewed his message again . I’ll be back in the area in 2 years and will be staying here again . Thank you Stan!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sal's place. Loved everything about the house itself, roof terrace, fantastic parking, ease of getting around and being so close to all the landmarks and attractions. Thank you Sal, for having a well stocked coffee bar! It was very special to have that provided, we made good use of it, and very much appreciated it! We'll definitely book again when we return to DC!

It would have been enough to sit on the Adirondack chairs watching the sun go down across the water, gently rippling in the red-hued light. It would have been enough to have a roof over our heads and a camp stove boiling a billy of tea. But along with the beautiful view, we got an exquisite residence, gracefully appointed with delicate but bold furnishings, redolent of elegant craftsmanship and subtle design inspirations. Surrounded by beauty, both natural and engineered, our three nights away were restorative and rejuvenating beyond our expectations. To boot, Evan is a kind, communicative, and attentive host. My wife and I are planning a return visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and every detail of this place was thoughtfully planned out. We had a great Inaugural weekend. John was a great host who stopped by to show us everything in a well appointed house. Chargers for devices everywhere, stocked kitchen and a big screen for foul weather days. Great outdoor landscaping with lots of furnishings and grills that we couldn't use due to the season. But it will be a great place to return to in the summer season. Also, we were only 3 blocks from the subway that took us right into DC without transfers and we were right around the corner from a charming commercial strip with lots of restaurants and conveniences. Didn't need a car for three days. I will definitely be returning for future stays.

This place was perfect for a girls’ trip for me and my mom, aunts, and cousin. It had 5 separate bedrooms so everyone had their own space and everything was very clean and organized. The weather prevented us from using the cute outdoor space, which was disappointing because it was spacious and very cute. While we couldn’t necessarily walk to downtown, it was a very quick 5ish minute drive. Lovely place!

Great place and really close to NIH. Aida’s communication is great and the place is very clean. I’ve stayed a couple of times and each time it has been great!

Kiwi was an exceptional host through and through. From initially booking, Kiwi promoted introductions and provided on any questions I had in preparation to my stay. Upon arriving, Kiwi was very responsive and even had a very helpful phone call when I had some trouble getting inside their beautiful home. Home host a lot of peace and lived up to the listings description. With all of the space and amenities, it was destined to be a great stay! 10/10 recommend and will be booking with Kiwi again :)

My boyfriend and I came up just for a night to visit some friends. It was a last minute trip so I didn’t really weigh my options out on places to stay, but I am so thankful that I found this place! Of course the day of the trip Virginia had a huge snowstorm making us unable to make the trip, however, James made switching the reservations to the following week a breeze! The reservation was changed within ten minutes of me sending him the text asking to change them! The place was gorgeous and the color scheme was top tier! I absolutely adored this place and will definitely be returning next time we’re up that way!

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

We enjoyed our stay. Judy was very responsive and checked in on us several times to make sure everything was ok. The unit was clean and well appointed. The living areas and bedroom are large, easily accommodating our family. We did not use any of the building amenities. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants.

Great place. Was on business trip. Immediate access to Metro. Close to grocery store, restaurants. Spacious for a basement apartment. Very comfy and clean. Would stay here again.
