A great location for our needs in Baltimore. Less than 10 minutes from the Inner Harbor and clean, safe, and quiet. I will note that the process post-booking here was awkward including an additional screening (ID, a selfie of me, etc.) of me outside the Airbnb system. In addition, upon check-in, we were instructed to not mention Airbnb at all. I found that really odd. Great spot, reasonable requests, but the clandestine means of securing the booking outside Airbnb and the “rules” about it felt awkward and invasive.

We used Arsham's place as a home base for our trip to the area. Very easy to travel into DC for all the sites (Metro was only a few blocks away) as well as exploring Arlington and Alexandria. The space was comfortable and quiet. Our girls loved sitting out on the balcony and taking in the sites of the neighborhood!

Clean and comfortable space that is conveniently located. Accommodated our family of four including our 2 and 4 year old nicely.

Olivia's studio was perfect for our quick trip to DC. She was super responsive and made the entire process super easy. The space had everything we needed. The bathtub and the water pressure on the shower were especially great. The studio was close to plenty of places, and within walking distance of the metro. If I am being super picky, I would say that I didn't love the towels, but otherwise everything was amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

I frequently stay in the area and this was among the best spots I’ve visited. Super view and convenient to restaurants, grocery, and transportation. The host’s description of the apartment and the instructions provided were both accurate. I highly recommend this location.

Samir place was perfect for my stay. Easy access to amenities such as grocery, coffee spot, shopping. The metro is a five minutes walk and I had the choice of three CrossFit gyms to choose from all within 18 min It’s a nice walk to Georgetown (20 min) over the key bridge. If you like jogging, biking, kayaking or other activities it’s all available conveniently nearby Getting to the monuments is a very easy metro ride or a walk to Arlington National cemetery and Iwo Jima. Uber is a cheap and easy alternative to get to the restaurant filled areas of Clarendon, DuPont and Logan circle. No more than 15 min ride The building is well cared for and the neighbors and staff are polite and quite. As other reviews mentioned the apartment it is a bit dated but it’s roomy for two maybe three people. It’s comfortable and a great value for the price. View is nice and the kitchen while a little Spartan is enough to cook as an alternative to eating out.

We enjoyed our stay. Judy was very responsive and checked in on us several times to make sure everything was ok. The unit was clean and well appointed. The living areas and bedroom are large, easily accommodating our family. We did not use any of the building amenities. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants.

This was our second stay at Tunji’s place and we loved it again! Super easy to walk out the door to the metro, Compass Coffee, Sweet Greens and many more fun places. There’s a great little residential neighborhood just up the street, perfect for peaceful morning runs or walks. We’re looking forward to another stay in June!

What a beautiful setting! As the others have said, it's in the perfect location with a beautiful view of St. Mary's church and the Maryland statehouse dome. Freshly renovated, you'll find a fully-tiled shower in place of the usual tub/shower combo. This is a perfect place for someone who does not like stairs. Easy access in and about the condo complex. The kitchen is fully equipped for anything you'd like to do, if cooking in. There are no curtains in the windows of the living space. There is a shade in the bedroom. The bed is comfortable, as are the sofa and loveseat. My husband and I stayed here for 6 months while our house was being renovated, and we felt quite at home.

This was very convenient for a quick visit to attend a conference on Capitol Hill. It's a nice little one bedroom and everything was clean and comfortable. The roof deck is very cool. Solid communication all the way through. There was very minor thing that I know won't be an issue for the next tenant, which was that the code didn't work for the game/social room on floor 7. Again, absolutely not an issue as I could have easily gone to the building management to get access if I wanted to use that facility. The Robinson/Venter team I'm sure have already addressed it. Code for the roof deck worked fine which is a true gem. Great quality grills and an amazing view of the Capitol and the Washington Monument. I'll be back next time I go to DC and look forward to checking out the rooftop pool, in season! A+

Philip's place is a beautiful place that is very spacious and welcoming. Large rooms, including a beautiful master bedroom. Lots of sitting spaces for groups. Very cool workout facilities. Our group really enjoyed the space. If you have a large group you may not have sufficient table space for everyone at one spot. But, we really enjoyed our stay here.

The place was quiet, clean and cozy. A great place to rest after a busy day. The only drawback was that there is no path to the rear of the building and we had to walk down a grass slope to get inside.

We had a great stay at the Arlington home :) everything was great, lots of space in the house, well decorated and beautiful. The game room was nice downstairs for our little one. All the rooms were very nice!! It was close to many great restaurants and things to do. Parking was very easy with the spots in the back of the house. Would for sure stay here next time we are in town :)

Barb was a great host, one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. The place was exactly as described, and she was very responsive and even checked in on us from time to time to make sure we didn't need anything. Much better option than a hotel and the neighborhood is prefect for walking to the Capitol or museums. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

The James-Cecil home was an amazing choice for my Family. My family and I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, The home was spotless, just like the pictures from the Air B&B website. The home was beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy which lead to an amazing night sleep being away from home. What the James and Cecil group didn’t say was how amazing the view at night overlooking Washington DC was breathtaking from the house. The James and Cecil Group went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I recommend the James and Cecil home to anyone looking to create beautiful memories with your family. I would like to say this experience was a 10/10.

I really enjoyed The Flight Deck!” Beautiful home and the lights inside and outside were awesome (just like the pictures). The sofa was comfortable! Beds felt great, a gooood sleep. Bathrooms were clean. I love the heated floor too in the bathroom. My guests enjoyed the jacuzzi and we also enjoyed our s’mores at night, over the fire pit. Mike’s Crab house was great as always (about 15 minutes away). Thank you Cameron for a great time. My family is very thankful. 😌
