Great stay - Laurent was easy to contact and it was exactly like the pictures. Very nice peaceful area & walking distance to fishermen’s village with plenty to offer. Nice perks in the villa - do recommend maybe bringing some mosquito spray though

I chose this place mainly because there is a Kitchen and Lamai is my favorite place in Koh Samui. Luckily there was a huge terrace with a fantastic view where I spent hours every day watching what happened in the lush nature. I like the ocean, but the infinity pool was fantastic. I had it all to myself for hours most days...floting on my air mattress watching the incredible view. The best supermarket (Makro) on the island is just around the corner. You need a scooter to get around. Rental is cheap...but be focused when driving. 3 minutes to Lamai beach and less than a minute to Makro supermarket.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Kouka. Nous y sommes restés un mois pour visiter et travailler. L'appartement est grand et contient tout le nécessaire pour s'y installer confortablement. La connexion internet est rapide et le balcon, avec ses levers et couchers de soleil magnifiques, a été fort apprécié. De plus, le quartier est tranquille. J'ai nagé seule dans la piscine presque tous les soirs. Finalement, Kouka et ses co hôtes, Éric et Cécile, sont parmis les hôtes les plus accueillants, amicaux et réactifs qu'ils nous a été donné de rencontrer. Ils nous ont aidé à nous installer, se sont assurés que tout allait bien et que tout était en ordre pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour.

Beautiful place on a mountain with stairs down to a private beach! The view from the large living room over the bay is fantastic. It's very quiet. Rooms look exactly as in the photos. The host is very responsive and helpful! Just a logistical note: You need your own transport and know how to ride a scooter in Thailand. There is no water delivery, so you have to bring that yourself. Most taxis wouldn't want to come up there, only 4-wheel drives. Highly recommended!

Great stay! super clean. amazing pools. Friendly neighbours. water pressure of the shower is pretty good. Bed is big and kitchen functional. we had issues with the AC ( normal in the island with électricity black outs) But Matthias and Jittra were helpful right away. Overall we had a very very pleasant stay. Thank you both🙏🏻

I had a lovely stay. Place is as advertised. A little bit up a hill which was annoying, but still fine. Very responsive, communicative and helpful host. The washroom was very beautiful. Definitely a good place to stay if you want your own small getaway in Koh Samui.

This is a great apartment As someone who lives on Samui, I think to get the most out of your stay here you want a nice sea view, so I specifically chose this place for a visiting friend because of its location and view of Bangrak bay, it did not disappoint. We enjoyed hanging out there a lot and never felt the need to be out all the time because it was so nice to just chill and admire the wonderful view. The living space is really big, very comfortable, huge sofa and bean bags, good kitchen and dining table. Beautiful master bedroom on the front and two big bathrooms. My only issue was the kitchen wear, some of which was not very clean and needed to be re-washed prior to use, the glass wear in particular. But that was a very minor issue in what was otherwise a very clean apartment. The place would benefit from being painted too, but again this is a very minor thing. It's not brand new, and that is fine. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Samui.

Great place to stay in Samui if you're looking for a more chill and quiet part of the island. House is super comfortable with a great view of the ocean, a little tree house, and the beach right out your back door. Lots of restaurants right along the beach. Friendly Thai family next door and lots of dogs and cats hanging around too. Joanna and her husband were great hosts...gave us lots of recommendations and fixed the door super quick when there was an issue with it. Would def stay again!

Wir hatten vor Ort eigentlich nur mit Sai (Verwalterin) zu tun. Sie war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und herzlich zu uns. Wir konnte sie jederzeit kontaktieren und sie hat uns immer in jeglicher Form geholfen. Sie ist ein echter Schatz. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Berg, so das man von der 3ten Etage aus einen super Blick auf das Meer hat. Die Villa war super ausgestattet und alles war wirklich zur besten Zufriedenheit in der Unterkunft! Vor der Tür gibt es einen kleinen lokalen Minimarket mit allem was man benötigt, zu den selben Preisen wie im ca. 3km entfernte 7-11. Somit lohnt es sich in jedem Fall dorthin zu gehen. Restaurants gibt es leider nicht in der Nähe. Grab Taxi's haben massive Problem die Unterkunft zu finden und die Taxi's sind wesentlich teurer als wenn die Unterkunft unten am Berg ist. Es gibt bis zu 3-4 Wege zur Unterkunft, wobei nur 1 wirklich gut und nicht so steil ist wie die anderen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

The house was amazing, even better than we expected. The service was amazing Patrice and Koko were great with any needs we had, even taking us to and from our boat. The location was perfect, very quiet and tucked away but close to shops,restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend visiting

Throughout the process, the host, Mark, was really helpful and gave some great suggestions. He organised the bikes for us with the chap next door which made it very easy. The house is perfect with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. It stands back from the road so you don't really hear the traffic but is right opposite the beach. The showers and internet both worked well. Highly recommend for couples and/or two couples

It’s really amazing house in the jungle Quiet and peaceful Super clean Road to the house was a little stiff But as we rented the car It was absolutely no problem Highly recommended

Peaceful, secluded and beautiful place. Amazing garden, cozy home, nice pool. The way to the House is quite steep so worth to have a car/scooter, but walkable if You are fit. We were there with 4-5 years old kids, they enjoyed the hammock and the pool the most. Thank You for the amazing stay!

We spent a little more than a week at the place und would have loved to stay even longer. We enjoyed the privacy on the terrace and the beautiful seaview. The kitchen and living area are open to the front but the bedroom is a closed room with lock at the door and airconditioning which was nice to sleep comfortably. Josh lives in another house right behind this one and was very helpful with everything.

Tolle kleine Unterkunft. Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort, für diese Zeit absolut ausreichend, um ein kleines Frühstück vorzubereiten und in den Tag zu starten. Um die Ecke war ein Rollerverleih, 7 Eleven und gute Restaurants. Chillige Atmosphäre abends am Hin Kong Beach. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. 😊

This is a perfect place which has everything you'll need for a vacation - electric stove, washing machine, hair dryer and even a swimming pool. Recommend

Ich war begeistert von der Unterkunft und von Jenn! Angefangen von der einfachen und klaren Beschreibung wie man in die Unterkunft gelangt als auch die Unterkunft selber waren perfekt. Die Lage ist super ruhig gelegen und sehr schön, man gelangt mit dem Scooter in wenigen Minuten nach Chaweng Central. Die Unterkunft ist, wie auf den Fotos und im Text beschrieben, es war alles da was man benötigt und noch mehr, sogar ein Bügeleisen und Föhn waren vorhanden (brauchte ich zwar nicht, war aber gut zu wissen, das es vorhanden ist). Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hat einen netten style, daher fühlt man sich sehr wohl in diesem Appartement. Komme gerne wieder und kann es sehr empfehlen. Danke nochmals für die Möglichkeit in dem Appartement wohnen zu dürfen.

The apartment was really nice, very spacious and clean and in a great location, within 5-10mins walk of fisherman’s village but in a really quiet lovely area. Pool and roof top garden plus gym was a nice touch too and more than what we needed. Private underground parking for bikes and cars. Overall a really enjoyable stay and would certainly stop again.

The apartment was clean with very good light from outside, giving it a fresh, new feeling. The floor plan and furnishings worked really well for our 6 week stay. Two air cons meant we were always comfortable. Leonie’s apartment was a great home away from home. The TV is internet based only with no free to air. You Tube is the go to app for most things along with Netflix and others. I believe this is common to all apartments in the complex. It was easier to just use our smartphones and tablet. Two pools and the gym are great. Although you can walk to the beach and restaurants street, it’s not something you’ll do much given the heat. You do need a car or scooter to get around. Grab is fast and convenient also. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and happily recommend this apartment. The host, Leonie, is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We loved staying at Génie’s place. It is exactly as described in the listing. Check-in process was very smooth. The studio was sparkling clean, extremely well maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff are very kind and polite. Lamai beach takes 5 min by walk from the studio. Génie was kind enough to waive off the electricity costs during our stay. We rented a 2 wheeler based on Génie’s recommendation from a local partner. Highly recommended! Would love to visit again :)
