It was a very nice stay, very clean & tidy. The location is also very good, very close to anywhere in Georgetown. We all enjoyed it very much and will come back next time if given the chance

the unit was different from the photo that they show in the site then last during our check in they change our unit number last minute however the unit is clean and comfortble to stay in. We just find it more convenient if we stay in the first unit which is block 1A instead of 1B

We had a great time staying at Ryan’s place. He was a very responsive host who accommodated us with great flexibility. We thoroughly appreciated that. The place is very clean and well equipped. Nothing more I could have asked for. Parking was easy with good access. We also felt safe as the place was well guarded. I strongly recommend this place to others and happily return if opportunity arises.

This is a fantastic, clean, and amazing place. Our family had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here. When you go up to the 29th-floor rooftop, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the entire Penang, along with a gym and a rooftop swimming pool. We will definitely visit again next time.

My friend and his big family of 16 pax had great time bonding with relaxed and cosy ambience in this air bnb. These group family members are elderly 55-80 years old, and they found safe home and well equipped bathrooms and living rooms facilities. Will return to this air bnb as it wins the hearts of many that stayed. Hopefully, will get the best rates when next bookings in owner’s properties. We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!
