We loved the house! Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful kitchen. Bed was also very comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Kitchen is super nice.

Travis was very helpful. Our stay at the Comfort House was one to remember.

Lovely place, enjoyed the pool, it is a lake house but lake was dried up, imagined it used be amazing when lake had water. We took a walk down to cove & all you see is the docks at the bottom, the hills in the background are nice. Homes a bit to close together for full privacy. We enjoyed the balcony area & the pool was the bonus to the property.

Our stay at Omeed’s property was fantastic. We loved the peaceful surroundings and comfortable home, especially the outdoor area that provided ample opportunities for sunbathing, swimming in the pool, and seeing wildlife in the nearby brush. The location is tucked-away and best suited for those who want a serene stay, but it is also close to numerous points of interest, being within an hour of San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Hill Country hiking areas, and two notable caves. We would highly recommend this property.

The house was spacious. It met all our needs. Love the lake life decor. We didn't get to enjoy the pool or outdoor activities as the weather was really cold. However, it had a great ambiance with the outdoor lighting. Will definitely be renting again in the future.

We had an amazing experience at Joe's. Very clean and spacious, beds were super comfortable, and the pool was just the cherry on time. Joe was very attentive to our needs and always answered our questions quickly. Will definitely be back for the holidays!!

Beautiful family compound ranch and getaway. My family and I stayed here for New Years eve gathering. The property was pristine, well designed, aesthetically beautiful, clean, cozy, and comfortable. There is a main house that the family can gather in and two other buildings. The interior design was warm and cozy. We especially loved the Himalayan Salt lamps that were found throughout the house. Red Awning is a property management company that is organized, but you will be in contact with an agent rather than an owner, but nonetheless someone will be able to help you with any of your questions and concerns. They are still a new rental and I can only imagine they will improve throughout time.

If you have kids, this place is great for them with the separate arcade room where they can be as loud as they want. We had a couple of issues come up which we should all know can happen, and they were immediately on it and did everything to accommodate. House is about 10 - 15 minutes to Bandera which is a very cool place to walk, shop, and eat, and about a 60 - 75 min to wherever you are going in SA. Six Flags was also much more enjoyable than we expected, and not too pricey.

Lori’s Cottage provided me a great relaxing getaway.! There was wonderful hiking with the dogs and the fenced in the backyard was wonderful for enjoying the outdoors. All of the amenities were provided and thoughtful! Would definitely visit again!

Beautifully restored Craftsman home. Nicely decorated and easy to enjoy. We loved the large lot, fire pit and stocked wood. The fire pit was a great place to gather and make s’mores, cook hot dogs. Tell stories. This house is very close to everything and well appointed. We would return.

We had a great time, the house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend, we loved watching the deer every morning. And loved how the area was quite and relaxing.

This home is a true wonder. We had random plans to visit a small town in Texas for a music event. Being the midcentury freaks we are, I cannot impress upon anyone the awesomeness of this home. Every detail, every item and stick of furniture reads like one stepped into some atomic-cowboy wonderland. The home is beautiful from every angle; a wonderful, usable layout and simply a marvel of comfort and aesthetic. No picture could capture the thing. We both felt tremendous gratitude, this is the owner's childhood home, built in the 40's by his father and grandfather. I could never shake the feeling: if this were mine, no way I'd share it with strangers... dang are we glad Max does. Would not hesistate to visit again if the wind blows us that way. Remarkable, a true one-of-a-kind.

A beautiful, peaceful stay! We were greeted by an armadillo (in true Texas fashion) and saw deer on the property every day of our stay! We also saw a scorpion, which thankfully kept to itself. Stars galore 🤩 and close to Lost Maples, Garner State Park, and scenic hill country drives. A perfect escape to nature. If you must work while there, the internet is great and supports a workation just fine. Note that there aren’t many food options nearby, but the kitchen is VERY well stocked (maybe the best stocked airbnb kitchen I’ve seen), and nightly s’mores on the fire pit perfectly cap off the day!

Great place! Very quiet! Extremely clean! Very soft sheets on great beds! Loved that everything was exactly as posted. Brandy went out of her way to put extra heaters in the place being it was so extra cold (30s - 40s) We appreciated the extra care!

Sandra’s place was super clean, tons of amenities & generously stocked with travel essentials. Very responsive host! Love it, we will be back!

Pelican Haus was very comfortable and well stocked with all sorts of amenities. House is as pictured. Quiet neighborhood with a variety of birds that sing throughout the day. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Michael was responsive and helpful with answers and local recommendations. Didn't really go anywhere the weekend of the eclipse because of the traffic however the shops in Bandera are filled with friendly people and made for a wonderful afternoon just wandering main street.

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this property. Truly amazing! From swimming to fishing and hiking. This property does not disappoint! Peaceful at night, fishing was amazing, kids caught lots of bass, bluegils etc. House is large where we did not feel on top of one another. Highly recommend this property!

We felt right at home here. We spent our days exploring the surrounding towns and our nights stargazing. It was the perfect family time and start to our spring break.

We had a great time at Cindy’s place. It was a much needed vacation for the entire family. The house is amazing with every accommodation you could want. Our teenage boys stayed in the upstairs apartments. They loved having their own place with recliners, big TV and privacy. The outdoor space is awesome. We spent a lot of time grilling and swimming.

Comfortable small house in the middle of Bandera that made is walkable to main street and a few other locations. Clean space, with several helpful notes left around the house of how to operate certain doors, the television, and certain lights. Would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! The house was amazing! So many family options for family games. The views are absolutely beautiful. The lake was a walk away. Despite the waters being somewhat low, we still were able to use the kayaks that were offered with the stay. The hosts were always available and quick with responses and answers to all of my questions. The hosts decorated for our Labor Day Weekend stay with themed decor which made my family feel even more welcome and excited for our stay. Just book it. My family created great memories here. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. There were many fun games to play. The river was fun to walk in and it had several small pools that were nice. The water level is way down but it was still fun for our kids and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and town was not far away. The views from the deck are gorgeous. Overall a very peaceful retreat and great place to stay in the area!
