Great stay overall.. pot holes were bad but the house was nice and kids loved pool.

Absolutely loved our cabin and how much privacy we had on the property even though there were other cabins nearby. The views were absolutely beautiful being on top of a hill we could practically see everything. Being near the creek to fish was a plus and seeing all the deer was my favorite part. We loved it, our dogs loved it, 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful hill country ranch. House was right on Pipe Creek. We were there for the eclipse and reserved well in advance. 10 stars for honoring reservation despite others charging 10x. Matt was responsive and communicative. Too bad about the clouds, but birding was great, including several of a very special Texas bird, the golden cheeked warbler.

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this property. Truly amazing! From swimming to fishing and hiking. This property does not disappoint! Peaceful at night, fishing was amazing, kids caught lots of bass, bluegils etc. House is large where we did not feel on top of one another. Highly recommend this property!

We came to Bandera for the bike rally and had a fantastic time. Our host was very accommodating as we needed to arrive a day early due to forecasted bad weather. The house was occupied the night before. Lindsay was able to get the house for us early as requested! Plenty of things to do and food to eat within walking distance and only 2 miles from the park that held the rally! I would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Also the locals are very friendly! The next door Nieghbor even offered to let us hang out under his canopy on main street to watch the bikes go by! Really cool place and friendly atmosphere!!

Great place to stay if you’re looking to get away from the busy city life. Quiet, private, plenty of amenities like pool, river access, bbq pit, additional homes on property if you’re looking to get away with a family. We had 1 issue with the smart lock losing connection and our pin would not work on 2nd day. Contacted property manager and they very quickly provided access to additional codes to restore our access. I would definitely recommend this location.

Shannon’s lake house was a great choice for our weekend plans! He was extremely helpful and informative of the area and surrounding businesses. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Although the lake has got down we still enjoyed the views from the wrap around porch and porch swing. We will definitely book again with Shannon at the the house! Great family weekend getaway with a great price!

Our cabin was perfect! So cute and had everything we needed. The rate is one of the best in the area, I'm looking forward to my next stay! Thank yoy Stacey for my hone away from home!

We loved this cute little house. It was perfect for our whole family. Everything was as described and they were accommodating and quick to respond if we had a question. We will be back!

Everything with house was perfect! We went for a motorcycle rally and had 4 bikes. It rained and made the long driveway sketchy on the bikes. We were slipping and sliding in and out. That has nothing to do with the house just as information for future motorcycle riders. We would DEFINITELY stay again but would pay closer attention to the weather. Plenty of room for everyone and even saw some deer outside the back window/door. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.
