The host was very responsive. The check-in was very smooth. The place was as indicated and clean, without clutter. The place is quiet. All the amenities in the room worked well. The place was close to the MRT. It took me about a 10-minute walk. The laundry was easy to use. The cheap potable water for drinking was very convenient. There are a few 7-11s available and one directly opposite the condo. This was also very convenient. Grab was also very effective even for a non-thai speaking person. The major mall in this area is also located only an MRT stop away. The mall has a wide selection of places to eat (thai/non-thai), supermarket etc. One negative is because of the location of the condo relative to the heart of the city. One would have to spend a good 1 - 1.5 hrs on the MRT/BTS to get to town.

The owner is very responsive and hospitable. The apartment was clean, the air conditioners work, there is Wi-Fi and a washing machine, you can cook yourself. In close proximity to the metro station, a large shopping center, 7 eleven and big c, opposite there is a local food market. The area is quiet. The gym and swimming pool are always available to the guest. I liked everything very much.

Beautiful Place To Stay You have Everything you Need, Very Nice Shower, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer. The location is Very nice and Safe And it's Next to the Mall So you Have Food, Movie Theater, Gym, Shopping, Everything Near by! Awesome Experience.

Super clean and well equipped house. Peaceful location at a walking distance from purple line MRT. Amazing thai food restaurants nearby. Grab delivery also available. Takes about an hour or so to reach downtown and a comfortable journey in Bangkok MRT without switching too many lines. Responsive, friendly and kind host Penny. Thank you for hosting me. Lovely apartment in a great location. Very close to mall and 7/11. Pak is a great host, always around to answer questions yet never intruding on the living experience.

The accommodation was perfect for our stay. The playground inside the complex is an added value for those like me who travel with children. The structure has everything you could need!

Fantastic place, would certainly book again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great to relax in after hot days. Had coffee most mornings right at the entrance and the massage room in back (you have to pay for separately) was unbelievable. Conveniently located, A+ review.

Super séjour dans ce logement ! On s’y est tout de suite senti à l’aise. Emma, le gardien et le personnel sont tout simplement fabuleux et attentionnés ! L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas d’une rue très sympa pour manger et se balader. Toutes les activités à faire à Bangkok sont facilement et rapidement accessibles en taxi ou en transport en commun. We had a really nice time at Tongpong’s place. Very central and convenient. The place looks like the photos - no surprises. Tongpong was very responsive too which was great but if you are really looking for a place to stay near the old city then this is your place. If you are sensitive to noise, there’s metro roadworks right at the front but we didn’t have any issue sleeping. They also provide earplugs just in case but I don’t you’ll need them.

Great location in the Ari district. BTS is within½ mile in 2 directions . Building is nice. A little older but condo is nice. We enjoyed using the rooftop pool to cool off in the hot temps.

The room was clean and nice. After showering, I could go directly to the closet, which was very convenient. The bathtub was spacious, and I really enjoyed taking a bath. I also loved the shower cream. it smelled like Thai aroma oil. Some reviews mentioned that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, but it actually is. We had a great stay at Kimmy’s Airbnb and would definitely recommend it! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic—easy to walk to everything, with a great food market just behind the building that was an unexpected gem. Check-in was smooth, and although the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, the hosts kindly helped us carry our luggage up, which we really appreciated. The place also has a great café and an amazing coconut ice cream shop that’s a must-try. Overall, a great stay with a perfect location—highly recommend!

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.
