We had a wonderful stay- the location is excellent, the house is clean and very spacious (major plus for our family of 6)! We had a little difficulty finding the location- but Nam was very responsive. Highly recommend. We were in Bangkok during the earthquake- most people had to evacuate their buildings- it was nice to have a place to go during the commotion. Sending our prayers.

Very spacious clean house that can accommodate a lot of people. The beds and sofa are not very comfortable but other than that we liked the house. Clean pool. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Recommended

The house suited our family needs perfectly. We could walk to the local grocery and grabs (like Uber) and taxis were easy to access. The housekeeper is amazing. She made us a Thai breakfast, did our laundry and cleaned the house daily. Totally spoiled.

Host Jenny was extremely responsive and helpful, providing us with valuable local tips throughout our short stay. We also appreciated her assistance in storing our luggage due to our late flight. The entire place was spacious, clean, and comfortably accommodated our group of eight.

Very comfortable home to stay in, especially as we were in a group of 6 friends travelling together. Host Aom was extremely helpful with suggestions on local places to eat and have clear directions on how to find the place. It's close to BTS but still about 30 minutes away by train to central Bangkok, so not much to do except a local night market. Good place to unwind but a little too far away from the city centre. Plenty of snacks and beverages supplied, which was a nice touch. Easy communication with host, Aom.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Bangkok. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach ist der Wahnsinn! Check In und Check Out verliefen reibungslos. Ami ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und bei Fragen immer zu erreichen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

The place is great if you want to be really close to the BTS (Phloen Chit) station. It’s basically a 5 minute walk under covered area if you need to go to the BTS. Apiradee is always helpful and responsive as well. I would stay here again.

Nos tocó pasar el terremoto en el edificio, fue todo muy seguro y el personal predispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar en cuanto a la seguridad del edificio. Por otro lado disponía de todo, aunque no había tenedores!!!! Por la calle de atrás puedes acceder fácilmente al súper y es muy bonito, aunque no hay veredas para caminar es súper seguro. Por el ingreso de adelante estás a unos pocos metros de una arteria principal y todos los comercios y medios de transporte. Amé Bangkok, su gente el barullo y el orden en el mismo desorden, lástima el terremoto, pero así todo, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Gracias por alojarnos en su dpto.

I had a fantastic stay at James’ place! The neighborhood is truly amazing—vibrant yet peaceful, with great local spots to explore, excellent dining options, and a welcoming atmosphere. The building itself is a hidden gem, featuring fantastic amenities like a sauna, pool, and in-building laundry. Since it’s not an overly busy complex, it always feels calm and enjoyable, making it a great place to relax. The apartment is minimal yet perfectly suited for a short stay, offering the comfort and convenience you’d expect from a well-maintained hotel—at a fraction of the price. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival, with fresh linens, a tidy living space, and everything in order, which made settling in seamless. James was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He was flexible and accommodating, making the check-in and overall experience effortless. His prompt and clear communication made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend

Chonny’s place was located in a really nice and clean building with a pool on the floor right above the floor where the flat is. The location is amazing, walkable distance to Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza, with loads of options for good restaurants, bars and street food. I found the room to be a bit small for 3 people but that’s a decision you have to take. Overall, the stay was amazing and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Bangkok.
