King is a great host! He always gave fast responses and advise us when we have questions around the logistic arrangement or best spots for tourist. The place is very clean and tidy. The decoration is nice but please be careful, you don't want to have same experience like me - broke the beautiful vase :) terms of location, It's in an alley and there is no sign when you enter the alley. Make sure you read the direction given by King. BTS Ekkamai is not that close, I took around 30 minutes walks from AirBnB to the station. Make sure you try the coffee at Littleblue cafe, the staff are really nice there and If you are hungry in the middle of the night, don't worry, you can jump to the convenience store

It is a good place with great facilities. The location is convenient, and there is no traffic at all. The air conditioning is very cold, perfect for the hot summer.

The house suited our family needs perfectly. We could walk to the local grocery and grabs (like Uber) and taxis were easy to access. The housekeeper is amazing. She made us a Thai breakfast, did our laundry and cleaned the house daily. Totally spoiled.

Perfect place in the perfect area. Can't have enough great things to say about the property. Anittha made sure we were taken care of and addressed every question we had! Place was so great we ended up extending our stay twice!

房东亲自把我们从机场接过来，而且管家都对我们服务的特别好，距离地铁站很近。泳池很漂亮，床很舒服。这里的KTV很好。可以BBQ。以后再来曼谷，我还会选择住在这里。我们离开后一直怀念这里。我推荐这个别墅

아빠없이 엄마2명어린이4명 머무르기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 호텔이 아니라 체크인을 너무 늦은시간에 하게되었지만 신속하게 대응해 주셨고 수영장도 너무 넓고 좋았습니다. 숙소 1층에 마트와 레스토랑도 있고 세븐도 양쪽으로 두개나 있어요. 아침엔 작은시장이 여는데 아이들이 꼬치를 좋아했어요. 숙소앞 치킨누들은 밤 늦게까지 문을 여는데 맛있게 먹었네요.호스트와 소통도 빠른편이라 편안히 잘 지내다 왔습니다.

Excellent accommodation with excellent host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very clean and cozy apartment. Close to the MRT station and shopping malls. Also there is a nice night market nearby. I’d definitely stay again.

I stayed at Jira's place back in 2023 and did not hesitate to rebook it again this year. Responsive host. Good location out of the hustle and busyle in the neighborhood of Ari near the BTS Ari station which was convenient. easy location to catch a Grab taxi also. i will miss this neighborhood and place but hope to return. loved the urban pool and small gym too!

距離捷運站走路10分鐘以內，並有大型商場，巷口就有7-11非常方便，房內需要的東西都有，冷氣很涼，未來有機會會再入住。
