I had an excellent stay at Rutrada’s apartment. She is very responsive and provides clear information. The apartment is very clean, with an unobstructed view, making it bright. It is also very quiet—I never heard the neighbors or any noise in the hallway. Additionally, a sliding door separates the bedroom, adding extra comfort. The gym is spacious and well-equipped. Nearby, there are several 7-Eleven stores and local restaurants. The MRT station is just a five-minute walk away. It is on the Yellow Line, which can be used with the Rabbit card from the BTS. Just one station away, there is a huge shopping mall with plenty of stores and dining options. A large fruit market is also nearby, perfect for discovering local produce. The apartment is slightly outside the city center, so for those looking to stay in the heart of the tourist areas, it may be a bit far. However, the MRT connection makes it easy to get around.

Fantastic place, would certainly book again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great to relax in after hot days. Had coffee most mornings right at the entrance and the massage room in back (you have to pay for separately) was unbelievable. Conveniently located, A+ review.

A big compliment to the host who made our stay perfect. Her pro-active approach and great recommendations were outstanding. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free. The complex was well-maintained, and the friendly concierge and reception staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was also perfect for working, with a quiet and well-equipped space, plus super-fast internet, making remote work seamless. Even though this isn’t a fancy new apartment, it made us feel right at home and had a luxurious, cozy atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it an absolute gem of a stay. We definitely want to come back and will be recommending it to others!

Great apartment in a good location. Many stores, restaurants and markets around. There is even a 711 in the lobby.

Great location in the Ari district. BTS is within½ mile in 2 directions . Building is nice. A little older but condo is nice. We enjoyed using the rooftop pool to cool off in the hot temps.

We stayed here only for a day but honestly it would be perfect for a longer time. Great place, perfect location and given the active surroundings it’s just as private as you can get in the middle of Bangkok. We experienced earthquake while visiting and owners made sure we’re safe and informed about everything. ❤️

Convenient location that is only 3 minutes to SkyTrajn station which can take you most anywhere while avoiding Bangkok road traffic. Building has a nice pool and a gym. Clear and easy check-in. Host very responsive. Simply put - pleasure to deal with!

Посуды достаточно много, сам комплекс на охраняемой территории с бассейном и тренажерный залом. Удобное местоположение, до метро 3 минуты пешком, в шаговой доступности крупные магазины и 7/11

We have stayed at this location in a different apartment before. We love the location. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store nearby. It worked well for our two night stay.

Ein tolles Appartment welches sehr gut an einer MRT Haltestelle gelegen ist. Das ist, meiner Meinung nach ein sehr großes Plus. Ansonsten kann man auch vorort fußläufig Märkte besuchen. Das Appartment selbst überzeugt durch seine Ausstattung und dem Pool sowie Fitnessraum im Gebäude. Muss man mal erlebt haben. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist ein Traum!

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!

Xenia is echt een superhost! Ze gaf veel tips om te doen met kids in Bangkok, ze maakte heerlijk ontbijt/dinner voor ons klaar, was flexibel in het bijboeken van een nacht aan de helft van de prijs omdat we heel vroeg in de ochtend aankwamen in Bangkok en ze reageerde snel op vragen en handelde proactief (zoals het spontaan gaan aankloppen bij de buurvrouw op vrijdagavond om stiller te zijn). Echt geweldig!! Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden, maar dan echt alles: speelgoed voor de kinderen, badproducten en andere verzorgingsproducten, een babystoel, eten in de koelkast dat we mochten gebruiken,.. en het was superproper! Het appartement ligt buiten het centrum, maar de metro is vlakbij en maakt het makkelijk om alle hotspots in Bangkok te bezoeken. Er zijn veel indrukwekkende malls in de buurt en een leuke nightmarket op 5 à 10 min wandelen. Het zwembad was ook echt zalig om te verkoelen (en de glijbaan was den hit bij de kids).
