Fon and Adam are exceptional hosts. They are helpful and friendly through out the stay. If you would like to stay in a chill area outside of the hustling bustling city but still in BKK, this would be a great fit for you. It’s a cozy room in a beautiful townhouse. If you are a solo traveler, using motorbike ride from grab or bolt would be convenient to get around. Thank you. It was a great stay.

I stayed at Primrose Place for one month at the beginning of my exchange semester at Mahidol University, which is near the AirBnB. My stay at Primrose Place was very nice. Primrose' Mother lives next door to the AirBnB, she was really helpful during my stay. The street next to the Airbnb is pretty calm and there is a 7/11 and a fruit stand right down the street, as well as some restaurants and a place to do laundry. The room is just like it looks in the pictures. I recommend coming here, especially if you are planning to stay for a month or more, for which the price is super reasonable, especially as the electricity and water bills are included.

Absolutely amazing stay! The host Sasha is a very kind, welcoming and caring person, who makes you feel like you live in a house with your own family (though your privacy is not affected). The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable to stay in and the house itself was located in a quiet and safe private area. I definitely recommend choosing this place, because for me personally it was a whole great experience, not just stay. I wish you, Sasha and your family, only peace, happiness and only positive things! I hope to see you again!

Very close to Yanhee Hospital so it was very convenient. A little confused finding the place as block number wasn’t given to us or the name of the house to make it easier. But we got there in the end. Pillows where super comfy

We have stayed at this location in a different apartment before. We love the location. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store nearby. It worked well for our two night stay.

Понравилось жилье, в первую очередь спасибо владельцу, он все приготовил, была вода, кофе, даже новая губка для посуды. Посуды достаточно много, сам комплекс на охраняемой территории с бассейном и тренажерный залом. Удобное местоположение, до метро 3 минуты пешком, в шаговой доступности крупные магазины и 7/11

Ein tolles Appartment welches sehr gut an einer MRT Haltestelle gelegen ist. Das ist, meiner Meinung nach ein sehr großes Plus. Ansonsten kann man auch vorort fußläufig Märkte besuchen. Das Appartment selbst überzeugt durch seine Ausstattung und dem Pool sowie Fitnessraum im Gebäude. Muss man mal erlebt haben. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist ein Traum!

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!

Xenia is echt een superhost! Ze gaf veel tips om te doen met kids in Bangkok, ze maakte heerlijk ontbijt/dinner voor ons klaar, was flexibel in het bijboeken van een nacht aan de helft van de prijs omdat we heel vroeg in de ochtend aankwamen in Bangkok en ze reageerde snel op vragen en handelde proactief (zoals het spontaan gaan aankloppen bij de buurvrouw op vrijdagavond om stiller te zijn). Echt geweldig!! Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden, maar dan echt alles: speelgoed voor de kinderen, badproducten en andere verzorgingsproducten, een babystoel, eten in de koelkast dat we mochten gebruiken,.. en het was superproper! Het appartement ligt buiten het centrum, maar de metro is vlakbij en maakt het makkelijk om alle hotspots in Bangkok te bezoeken. Er zijn veel indrukwekkende malls in de buurt en een leuke nightmarket op 5 à 10 min wandelen. Het zwembad was ook echt zalig om te verkoelen (en de glijbaan was den hit bij de kids). Een echte aanrader!! Danku, Xenia!

Great stay. I enjoyed my time staying at Parson's place. Unfortunately the pool was not available during my stay and I didn't know in advance before check-in. The equiped kitchen was a must have for me. The instructions to reach the place were very clear. The MRT and 7-11 nearby were very helpful. The Juristic staff were very polite and helpful. BnB also has a paid washer dryer. That helped too. Overall a comfortable stay and I would love to come back. This place would definately be on my Radar in future.
