The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

非常棒的入住體驗，因爲家人很多，房源不好找而且待的天數又很長，剛好看到 Aree 的房源，地點就在廊曼機場附近。 住宿附近就有超市，便利商店，餐廳。房子空間很大，設備齊全（有洗衣機，厨房等）。房東回覆訊息很快，有需要機場接送服務也能夠安排。 總的來説，下次絕對會再入住，大力推薦！！！

The listing is in a very convenient location near Ratchathewi station, and also right by plenty of good cafes and massage spots. Also a short walk down to Platinum mall. The house itself was very spacious and clean. Aircon was sufficiently cold especially after returning from the blazing Bangkok heat. Each of the 3 rooms had a King-sized bed as promised, and very comfy ones at that. Aim was very prompt in replying to our messages and queries! They're an amazing host. Will definitely consider staying here again!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

We love staying at Jack’s place, it felt right at home. We would recommend anyone to stay at Jack’s. There was also a parking area nearby, so it’s very possible to rent a car!

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The house itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

I stayed for a night only but looks a good place to me. Peaceful neighbourhood also local market nearby. The place has very comfortable bed and a clean kitchen with amenities. Not to forget a nice and big private patio attached. Would love to come back again in my future trip. Highly recommended Airbnb in Bangkok.

Ik heb hier een hele fijne tijd gehad! De kamer was comfortabel en het complex werd altijd goed schoongehouden. De locatie is perfect: vlakbij een BTS-station en slechts twee haltes van Kasetsart University, waar ik studeerde. De omgeving is ook leuk, met veel eetgelegenheden en winkels in de buurt. En binnen 15 minuten met de BTS ben je in het centrum. Land is een fantastische host die altijd klaarstaat om te helpen. Hij heeft me geholpen met mijn visumverlenging en is zelfs meegegaan naar het immigratiekantoor. Daarnaast bracht hij me naar het vliegveld voor mijn terugreis. Hij had altijd goede tips voor de omgeving en nam me zelfs een paar keer mee naar de beste restaurants. Tijdens mijn verblijf van bijna vijf maanden zijn we goede vrienden geworden. Een betere host en verblijf had ik me niet kunnen wensen! Ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden aan iedereen die naar Bangkok reist!

This AirBNB was awesome and perfect for our stay in Bangkok! The apartment was spacious and beautiful - it looks just like the pictures. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. A nice looking pool (though I didn't use it). Very clean, the AC was good. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and it has a washer and dryer, which is a nice luxury. The managers were very responsive to any messages we sent, and were kind enough to let us check out late. The check in process was easy (though be aware, check out required an inspection so don't order your Grab right away). Ari is a nice walkable neighborhood, close to BTS, with lots of street food during the day and some nice cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's a little further out from the center, but Bangkok is so spread out anyway we didn't find that that affected us too much. Only downside - the WIFI was a bit weak, especially outside of the main room. Not a problem for us, but maybe a concern for someone working remote.

The apartment is conveniently located in an area with a great variety of food options. There are several fresh markets nearby for fruits and vegetables, and a few 7/11 stores within walking distance, so everything you need is close by. The apartment itself is lovely, with a comfortable bed, a big refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and more. It’s spacious enough for two people. Also, the Wi-Fi was excellent—we both worked simultaneously, and the speed was perfect. Definitely 5 stars from us!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Bangkok! It was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The thoughtful touch of providing bottles of water for our entire stay was much appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the city.

Very accomodating host, recommend!

Tatiya is a very nice host, friendly, very responsive and tries to help in any way possible that everything can be perfect. The apartment was clean and spacious and has everything you need: comfortable beds, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, kitchen with everything you need, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Security is very good 24/7. Easy and flexible check in and check out. The location in a very quiet residential area, great for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Thank you for everything Tatiya.

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen bei Nantarat zu Gast. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter in der Wohnanlage waren auch sehr nett. Besonders gut fanden den Ausblick von der Wohnung und das es direkt an einer BTS Stadtion liegt, mit der man schnell alles erreichen kann. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bangkok 😊

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

Santi’s place was incredible. The best I’ve ever stayed in was clean. Efficient check in and check out and Santi is a very hospitable host. I will ensure all my friends who travel to Bangkok in the future stay at Santi’s. The amenities were unbelievable. 10/10 stay
