Kai is a friendly and responsive host, easy to reach out to and always get back promptly. The location of the apartment is everything.. literally just a few steps away from Huai Khwang station and it’s easy to commute even I was travelling with two children. There’s a 7-11 at the G/F of the building which made it very convenient on rainy days. Apartment is spacious and air con works wonder. Some furnitures / appliances can use some maintenance but overall it was a comfy stay. Would recommend!

Pleasant, sweet, accomodating and ultra responsive host. Met us personally during checkin and checkout. Place was clean and tidy. Convenient access to food, transport and shopping. Would definitely return. 5 stars!

Great location for everything such as local food, restaurants, morning and markets to walk less than 5 minutes. Recommend to use Grab and Bolt for transportation which is the best , especially really worth it for family traveling.

We had a wonderful stay at Bambino House @Kasetsart. The house was cozy and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family, including our small child. The host, Wipa, was very responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay here at Nin’s place right after the earthquake hit Bangkok. The house was clean and had everything one would need for a stay. The location was quite good within walking distance to Gateway Bangsue and Taopoon Market but still tucked away in a peaceful street. There were plenty of good local restaurants nearby as well. The massage shop that is on the same street as the house was also one of the better massage shops I have been to and since we were staying for more than 4 nights everyone of us got a complimentary 1hr Thai massage. Overall I would recommend this stay if you want to experience more of a local life in Bangkok. The area is really nice to walk around.

Excellent place treatment very good

We decided to move from our highrise hotel into this great landed home following the Bangkok quake. We wish we’d just booed it from the start! It was such a cool house with a art deco vibe. The rushed decision to move was made so much easier by the hosts flexibility. We found the house with no worries and the neighbors helped us check in. The area is flat and walkable with a lot of hop cafes and bars nearby the victory monument and further north. Would recommend for sure.

I loved it here. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city (about 30-40 mins depending where you want to go and traffic), to relax and do nothing for a few days and this was it. Right by the canal with a terrace where you can enjoy the the day as it gets cooler into the night. I loved it here. I will most definitely come back again when I need peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was very accommodating. The location is a bit far, and walking to the train station in the heat was challenging for our seniors, so we used Grab all the time. But overall, it was a great stay. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at this cozy apartment. The host, Bersiwan, was incredibly friendly and communicative — he personally greeted me at check-in and quickly addressed any questions I had, again in person, which was super impressive. The apartment felt so homey, like staying at a friend’s place, and the location was amazing—just a short walk to BTS St. Louis, with a convenient 7-Eleven right around the corner. It’s perfect for solo travelers or couples, and having laundry facilities plus a balcony for drying clothes was a huge bonus. The sunset views were absolutely magnificent! Although I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool, having it on-site and security guards around made me feel extra safe. One small thing— since it’s next to the gym, you might occasionally hear the gym door creak, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. Considering the affordable price, convenience, and excellent host, I’d stay here again.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

The condo is very cozy and bright. We lived for more than a month and everything was wonderful. Everything is clean, new furniture. The condo is suitable for long term, we felt at home. We will definitely come back. The best and most comfortable place we stayed in our long trip 🤍🤍🤍

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.
