We had a wonderful stay! The space is practical and simple, yet incredibly cozy and affordable. Although it was a new listing with no reviews, I felt completely at ease trusting it, thanks to the hosts’ prompt and detailed communication. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire experience seamless. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and the location was ideal. It’s easy to catch a Grab or Bolt, and just a short walk to the train station (max 10mins). 7-11 is just beside the entrance and also a short stroll to jodd fairs night market (5mins) and some malls.. plus it’s conveniently located near the Klook meet-up point for our tours, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and value! Thanks for accommodating us ❤️

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend

Excellent accommodation. Exactly as described with great amenities and well air conditioned. The hosts were excellent and responsive and helped us with our queries. Safe, peaceful, and perfectly located I stayed at Petch Tower for a month and had a great experience. The building is very solid — not a single crack after the recent earthquake, while nearby places showed damage. I felt completely safe. The location is perfect: right next to Wat Pha Si, with a 7-Eleven just a minute away, a great café, and a local market 5 minutes away with amazing Thai breakfast for 25–30 baht. Thonglor is just around the corner, and from the balcony, you can even see Tulum Sky Bar, which is only a short walk away. The Isara Pier is right across the river — very practical, always running, no traffic. And Naya, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for peace, safety, and convenience.

Wir waren nur kurz da . Aber wir hatten alles ,was wir brauchten . Ein Taxi von dort bin in die Stadt kostet höchstens 6,00 Euro .

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la housekeeper qui a été aux petits soins pour nous tout au long de notre séjour. La maison était très propre, très agréable et conforme aux photos. Merci beaucoup!

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans la résidence The Room à Lad Phrao. Accès facile et rapide aux transports en commun. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et les rideaux occultants n'occultent pas... La seconde chambre est une chambre aveugle. La piscine de la résidence est absolument somptueuse. Un endroit à recommander.

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

Very nice condo, everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. Bed is comfy. Couch is nice to sit watch tv of outside the window the city. Everything you need just small walk. Big malls n transit system right beside. perfect place to stay in Bangkok. Aldo te Hosts are super quick to respond n to help.
