This is place is a perfect for couples with beautiful sea view. It is very well equipped, neat and clean linens. The host responds promptly, we had very easy check-in. Incase early check-in is not possible, the host helps to keep the luggages at the reception very securely. A perfect stay for couples.

아이와의 여행중 가장 멋진 수영장의 콘도였어요. 콘도 근처에 편의점이 세곳, 레스토랑도 있어서 먹을것 문제 없습니다. 각종 맛있는 음식들을 그랩으로 주문할수 있어요. 요리를 해먹을수 있는 주방도구가 갖추어져 있어서 간단함 요리가 가능. 침구가 매우 기분 좋아요 ~ 방의 방음이 잘되어 숙면을 취할수 있었어요. 시내와 거리가 멀지만 렌트카를 이용하는 우리에겐 문제될일 없었어요. 가족단위 여행객에게 추천합니다. 호스트가 게스트의 의견에 귀기울이며, 문제해결에 적극적인 태도로 수용합니다. 빠른 그들의 서비스에 감탄했어요.

We had an amazing 3-day stay at Royee’s condo in Central Pattaya! The location was perfect—right in the heart of a happening area with everything we needed within walking distance. The condo itself was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Royee was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. This place truly added to our Pattaya experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Nice condo . Location is good for Thai food and Tops / 7/11 right there . 10 minute walk to quite part of beach .Motor bike and bike rental next door . I like to swim so being on first floor with balcony to water was nice . The water park itself is nice . It’s a quiet part of Jomtiem away from the bars and Loud noises . I recommend it .

The very Best experience we've ever had in Pattaya. Perfect location. Luxury house with beautiful Jomtien Beach right in front for swim. It is in a luxury private Village, close to famous restaurants, cafes, shops, malls& attractions. House is privately gated+peaceful; &Village has 24hr security guards; we have small kids& felt safe, relaxed. Bedrooms & bathrooms so large & clean. Huge living rooms & communal areas for big group activities. With all amenities we need:washer, big fridges, TVs, fast Wifi, safe, cooking tools, water heater, bikes, etc. Pool is right in front of house& very nice +large, for small kids &adults. Host is friendly & honest. Available 24/7. Flexible check-in/out. We even forgot USD4,000 in the house: they immediately informed and drove 2 hrs to return to us! We've been to Pattaya many times, stayed in many places & can say that this house is by far the best value. With cheap price, we got a 5 star villa. Truly the best house in Pattaya. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay at for a few nights, the house is in perfect condition and truly is a amazing house. Host themselves are very friendly and always here to help me if I have any Issues. The place itself is very private and peaceful definitely recommend others to come to this house.

Beautiful house. it is in the secured campus and there is a security at the main gate of the society. House had all the utilities and was clean. there was a problem with main door lock and the host resolved it in reasonable time. 7eleven is 400 meters and small market place is around 1 kms. you will have to take taxi for going anywhere. although there is reasonable level of privacy but the pool area is visible from adjacent and nearby buildings. Overall a good value for money

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

A very Good stay, I would recommend to stay here if your staying in Pattaya. although the apartment is 10/15 mins from the beach it is so easy and cheap to get around Pattaya by using Bolt. The apartment was tidy and it was very quite and peaceful.

Great location, close to the beach, without the traffic of being right on the beach. The pool is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants nearby and two good grocery stores within a 5 minute walk if you want to get snacks or cook for yourself. There's also a pretty well stocked convenience store right in the building. The apartment is well furnished and quite roomy for a couple. The kitchen is decently equipped. The bed is large and firm, but comfortable. There are two balconies with a lovely sunset view.

top Anlage. gepflegt und sauber. Multikulti Gäste einfach Klasse. Pool super. die Lage ist perfekt. in der Laufnähe tolle Restaurants und Bars. Trotzdem ruhig. In 5 Minuten am jomtien Strand - und 5 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum

The apartment is located in a very central location which left me spoiled for options to eat and go out at night. There is a 7/11, Villa Market and place to have laundry done all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is a corner unit so the bedroom doesn’t share a wall with neighbors providing a very quiet place to sleep. The apartment complex has a huge pool, sauna and two gyms. Provided inside the apartment is fast internet, comfy bed with European style mattress and two large TVs. The apartment was spotless upon check in and was cleaned once per week. Communication with Ovi was excellent throughout my month long stay. I would highly recommended this accommodation and this will be my #1 spot to rent in Pattaya next time I visit. I just hope it’s available.

Couldn’t have asked for a better host. She responds quickly and the place is very nice with a beautiful skyline view of Pattaya. You definitely won’t leave upset. I look forward to going back😊.
