Great location we loved the food market close by and the apartment was modern felt right at home. Also loved the bath enjoyed a few of those during our stay.

Квартира как на фото, чистая, были и полотенца, тарелки, ложки, бокалы, даже маленькая соль и масло, это очень понравилось, даже мусорные пакеты Соседи либо очень тихие, либо их не было. В данных апартаментах мы останавливались семьёй на 9 дней. Жильё нам понравилось, все в целом соответствует описанию и фото. По факту квартира немного меньше, чем выглядит на фото. Диван раздвижной, рассчитан на человека невысокого роста. Дочка ростом 168 см спала по диагонали. Хозяйка Евгения очень отзывчивая, оперативно отвечала на мои вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что проживание в апартаментах в данном кондоминиуме не предполагает бесплатное использование трансфера до Boat avenue и до пляжа. Данная услуга доступна бесплатно только постояльцам отеля (кто напрямую снимает номер у Diamond resort ). Но это не проблема, так как до пляжа можно дойти пешком за 10-15 мин. и рядом всегда находится тук тук. На нём добраться можно гораздо дешевле. Также при заселении или выселении, если вы хотите оставить чемоданы на ресепшене, вам придётся заплатить 300 бат. Бесплатно только для постояльцев отеля. Рекомендую данные апартаменты, мы хорошо здесь провели время.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet appartement. Très fonctionnel, agréable et d’un calme absolue. Restaurants au sein de l’hôtel et restaurants en extérieur à proximité. L’appartement et l’établissement (piscine, sanitaire, salle de sport…) sont d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est serviable et aimable. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Apartament posiada 2 sypialnie i salon z kuchnią. Duży balkon. Jest czyste. Dostaliśmy dwa klucze. Budynek to Patong Tower. Idealna lokalizacja - pieszo 3 minuty na plażę, 5 minut na Bangla Road. Dostępny jest podziemny parking z którego skorzystałem. Gospodarz jest bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny. Apartament pominmo bliskiej odległości od imprezowej Bangla Road jest cichy gdy się zamknie okna - moża zatem spokojnie spać. Wejście do budynku jest łatwe. Na windy nie trzeba czekać. Oceniam to miejsce na 5 gwiazdek - jest idealne w Patong

Appartamento da paura ( in senso positivo ) , molto pulito e aver l’accesso in più piscine e qualcosa di spettacolare! Yulia è sempre disponibile in qualunque ora e in qualunque momento, peccato che non ci siamo visti, ma per tutte le volte che abbiamo domandato qualcosa ci è sempre stata d’aiuto! Une semaine de rêve dans ce logement grand luxe piscine plage à deux pas , merci à Etienne pour sa sympathie sa disponibilité bref je donne 6 étoiles à bientôt c’est certain. Allez y les yeux fermés meilleurs rapports qualité prix aucune remarque a faire de négatif tellement tout était parfait merci 🙏

Nous avons posé nos valises dans ce petit coin de paradis. Calme, à deux pas de la plage, commerce et restaurants accessible en 2 minutes à pied. Ross nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous avons été tout de suite à l'aise, dans une ambiance familiale. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans le logement, une machine à laver à disposition. Il y a également à des jeux de plage, canoé, planches de surf... ce qui a comblé nos deux garçons. Bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit et remercie encore Ross et sa compagne pour leur accueil !

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Viktoriia is an amazing host!! So friendly and accommodating. The location was stunning. Right on the beach so you can jump in the ocean when you wake up, watch the sunset from the outside patio, walk next door for dinner and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Inside included everything I needed and was very nicely decorated. There are also cute little kitties roaming around that are very friendly and I had my morning coffee with a few of them. I wanted to extend my stay but it was fully booked—for good reason! I would recommend this place to anyone and I cannot wait to come back next time I visit Phuket.

Ric was absolutely amazing – he spent nearly an hour with us during check-in, making sure we understood everything and answering all our questions. Super responsive and helpful at any time during our stay. The villa itself is in an ideal location: just outside Patong (less than 5 minutes by car), so it's quiet and peaceful but still close to everything. There’s a great coffee shop, a restaurant, and a convenience store right next door – super convenient. The pool was unreal, and the view from the villa was next level. Sitting up on the hill, you get a full view over Patong – both sunrise and sunset were absolutely breathtaking. Daily cleaning, fresh towels, bottled water... everything was spotless and really well looked after. We had the best time and would go back in a second. Highly recommend this place! Way better than the photos

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

We had a lovely week staying at Ivan's place in Cape Panwa! Whilst the area itself is a bit quieter than other parts of Phuket, it was very easy to get a cab into town - and we actually liked the quietness! There is also a lovely beach within about a 25 minute walk from the flat. Ivan was very responsive to my questions and the place was spotless on arrival. We loved the daily night market right outside the complex!

This place has the ultimate view in all of Patong Beach. It was spacious and very clean. Ladies came every day to clean and stock waters which was very much appreciated. Our host was amazing and always very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great apartment in nice condominium, very clean, easy access to 7 Eleven, restaurants, small clean beach, pharmacy and so on .... great for 2 couples or a family ..... highly recommend .

This apartment is huge, with incredible views and great privacy including a pool. Highly recommend for groups or even a solo couple’s trip. Favorite thing is to watch the sunset from the pool every day. Great location and the service provided makes for an easy trip. Coffee, wine, and plenty of water make for an easy trip to a beautiful area. Thank you again for hosting me.

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.
