First off, this place is great place to stay, its close to a lot of stores like 7/11 (which has everything literally). Close to Century 21, King Power which are great places to go shopping and get food. Close to Lotus which can be described as a Thai grocery store. In addition, the place is comfortable to stay, they offer a fridge, microwave and small stove in case you are in the mood for hot pot. They offer free wifi, Netflix on TV. The host is phenomenal, super friendly, very attentive. We felt comfortable staying here. For reference, we are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids. BTS sky train is not very far, however now a days you can download apps to find a ride. Highly recommend this place!!

Michael’s home was a beautiful place! Very clean house with all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay. The area was free of noise and bustle of the main areas but still very short travels to local attractions and restaurants. We booked last minute and they still had everything set up for us upon arrival! Highly recommend for any big groups that are looking for a great place to stay!

My recent stay at this enchanting countryside Airbnb in Thailand was nothing short of delightful. Nestled amidst lush mango and banana trees, the property offered every modern convenience, from reliable Wi-Fi and electricity to efficient air conditioning. The accommodations were pristine, and the hosts’ hospitality was exceptional. We were charmed by their friendly dogs, enjoyed fresh fruit from the trees, and even had the use of a scooter. Each morning, they graciously provided delicious noodles from a local shop, and communication was seamless throughout. A truly memorable experience! Thank you Paul!

It was really nice, will definitely book here again with my family. It’s a pity we couldn’t make use of that amazing outside shower on the terrace, because we were so busy touristing around. But next time we will! Thank you for the clean and very well designed house!

WOW, this place is incredible. I was hooked from the pictures but it's even more amazing in real life. We spent so much time in the beautiful yard watching the longtail boats go by. It's such a special environment to be in a quiet neighborhood, just a walk up the street to markets and street food, and have a lush massive garden to relax in. The house itself is immaculate and has so much style. The furniture is so comfortable and our family felt right at home. Thanut was so kind and helpful at checkin and at every communication. We will be staying again!!

This is a beautiful house and was perfect for our needs. We found the housekeeper on site to be pretty useless and wasn’t able to help us with really anything we asked for (where to buy beer nearby since there are strange alcohol sales hours and rules in Thailand, how to use the screen share functionality on the TV in the front room, etc) and really took no initiative or made no effort to find answers for us. It didn’t bother us to have her there, I just didn’t understand what purpose she served. Other than that we had a great time staying at Sai’s place!

My group of seven (7) enjoyed this property — We loved having our own private room, but could all gather in the common areas. It was clean, comfortable and we felt safe. It was a tad bit challenging getting food, but there’s a 7-11 and we found a few restaurants/cafes, within walking distance. Nice to have coffee available at the property! The two onsite ladies were nice and even helped with our laundry — I highly recommend you learn a few Thai words/phrases. FYI, there was some construction happening next door, but not a deal breaker. Overall, I would stay here again!

Отличная техника, много развлечений, все чисто. Можно заказывать кофе по утрам, персонал приносит. Бассейн, сауна, грилль, лаундж на крыше. В общем это просто ТОП 👍

Villa au top, très moderne , tout le confort nécessaire. Le gros plus aussi c’est la présence des deux femmes de ménage tous les jours dans le dépendance de la maison qui sont aux petits soins pour la villa comme pour nos affaires à laver tout en étant très discrète.

We have really enjoyed our staying at Pim's villa. We were a family of six and stayed for four days. We really liked the house, the pool, the environment of the compound. We like visiting Bangkok and then coming back to this villa and enjoying the pool. The villa is amazingly equipped with everything that we needed.

We enjoyed our week stay at Jians place. It was in an ideal location for our needs while in Bangkok. Very close to Yanhee hospital, MRT Blue Line, 7/11 stores etc. Bang O is not a busy touristy area either. The swimming pool and arcade game station were fantastic features for our kids and the rooms spacious and beds comfortable. There's 4 separate bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 3 upstairs and a media room downstairs. Also an outdoor seating area with a Feng Shui water feature. The facilities are kept clean and tidy, by a friendly Thai housekeeper. There's limited kitchen facilities, but doesnt matter so much as theres plenty of local eateries and Grab app options. Would stay here again next time we're in Bangkok.

We had a great stay at this house. The house is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and is perfect for a large family to stay. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful and very quickly resolved issues we had. A few things to note: - Lots of mosquitoes (as in all of Bangkok), better if you keep all the doors closed as there are nets on the windows - It is a long 22 minute walk to the MRT station when it is very hot! (Taxis were generally our choice) Kids loved the pool and the billiards table!

We had a wonderful time. The host is very kind and has good communication skills.
