This apartment is located in a very secured and peaceful place in south banasree. Everything was up-to-date and clean. Shanto bhaiya received us, he was very welcoming. The host, Nafisa Apu was very responsive and helpful.

Mir is an amazing friendly host. He was incredibly responsive and always helpful with all my needs. I badly need immediate accommodation with very a short time and Mir responded within a second. Mir was very welcoming and his place was large, spacious, spotless and noise free that make our stay comfortable. One maid came every day to clean the place. The location was perfect and very convenience to Shopping centre, walkable Resturants, Hospita etc. All amenities was very close by. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you Mir for everything you did for us.

We enjoyed out staying in this property. Host was very helpful and responsive. We requested early check in and he managed that us. In house amenities were good enough. It was felt like home and we would like to visit again.

Swarapkuthi is a beautiful area. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Bangladesh. The house is clean and relaxing, the canals are beautiful, and the locals are all very friendly. Ish is an amazing host, going above and beyond to facilitate your stay and match your needs. He was incredibly thoughtful, helping me to both get from Dhaka to Swarapkuthi, and to my next destination. He also suggested and planned out great tours and activities for me during my stay (a tour of the nearby timber market, furniture makers, plant nurseries, the bazaar, and a boat ride through the canals). As well, the housing manager Liton is very helpful and accommodating. Would strongly recommend adding this location to your itinerary.

Felt like home, i enjoyed my stay to the fullest. Mr. Billal really helped me out whenever i needed to know something. The Host and Co-Host were helpful to provide me information and giving me extra time to checkout. I really appreciate their helpful behaviour. Amazing service it was!
