Хорошая квартира на 23 этаже,шикарный вид на бухту, бомбезные закаты! Иногда присутствует запах канализации, но похоже это происходит во всем кондо. Цена немного завышена, мебель тоже не первой свежести, но в общем и целом все понравилось хозяин очень отзывчивый человек.

Отличный кондоминиум, квартира свежая. Есть все принадлежности для приготовление пищи, хороший спорт зал. Бассейн очень большой , 1 круг за 10 минут проплывал. В общем все понравилось, спасибо!

My family and I had a great stay here! The condo was nice, clean and spacious for our family of 3. Our 16 month old loved it. Close to the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. There was a night market less than a 5 minute walk as well. Would recommend.

The location was perfect to pattaya, close making it easy to explore the area. The host was fantastic—super responsive, friendly, and provided great local recommendations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and everything was well-organized. The ambiance was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting this location! Quite impresiive! Nice new house. It has 2 distinct floors with bedroom on each floor and kitchen and living room right at the ground floor. Parking available for 1 car, easy to park and felt safe. I recommend it and woukd be coming back.. the host is very helpful, responsive and prompt. Thank you for the lovely stay, we would certainly revisit.

Very nice place to stay and amazing host. Very helpful and responsive host. Easy check in and check out process. The host came to give our deposit back at 5 am in the morning because we had to check out at that time, and i felt that it was very kind of him

Wonderful stay in a great location very close to the beach. Rujisaya was an excellent host with swift and clear communication. Check in was very straightforward and the property was wonderful. Highly recommend 🙌

Very good listing for family or friends vacay; nice pool with a slide and layout is different than usual villa. 3 bedrooms are spacious. Eddie was very responsive if we needed anything. Would like to stay again ✨✨

Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Das Apartment sah wie auf den Bildern aus und war sehr sauber. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der Pool im 31. Stock, mit besonderem Blick über Pattaya.

Chalermchai was the perfect host. He is truly genuine and helpful. If you are unfamiliar with the Jomtien area and need your needs met, please reach out to him to assist you. The squeak wheel gets the grease. His apartment is perfect. The on beach view every morning is relaxing and peaceful. Once again if there is needs you prefer ask. Do not wait. Make sure if you are using Bolt Taxi service to pin your address, make sure it is on the correct location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Neung his a great host and friendly He made us to feel at home , and he treated us greatly. I really recommend his place Definitely 💯 will stay his place in our next trip back to Pattaya again.

This was my second time staying at her place Everything was perfect!! I especially love the HOT WATER PRESSURE leading to an amazing shower 😃 and the amazing view of the beach when I first open my eyes in the morning. Ellen is am AMAZING host . Can't wait to come back 🤞🏿

何度もジョムティエンは訪れていますが、過去最高に立地が良く（中心地）、建物は多少古いですが、お部屋もリラックス出来、景観も最高でした。ちょっとしたトラブルはありましたが、Eddieさんが迅速に対応してくれて、すぐに快適になりました。感謝です♥ あまり、絶賛すると、次の予約が取れにくくなりそうなので😁 毎年1ヶ月Pattayaに滞在してますが、次回もぜひ！お部屋を予約したいです。 Eedeieさん、ありがとうございました。

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

My second stay here. Will definitely be back soon 🙌🏽
