We had a slight inconvenience with the water heater not functioning. After a few days it was resolved. The host was responsive and provided me an extra day for the inconvenience. Overall the place is nice and the host made it right.

Pude compartir un fin de semana con mi familia en este bello complejo y la verdad es que estamos completamente maravillados con lo hermoso del lugar y sus alrededores, un espacio equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar y estar cómodo y como en casa. Volveríamos sin pensarlos. Maravilloso lugar para compartir en familia. Mucha gracias!!! 100 recomendado.

I would definitely stay here again. It is truly a Dominican Family Home. My mom had nostalgia because it reminded her of her childhood home. Marino was great at communicating and anything wrong with the home I was able to show him and he would let me know that he would take care of it. Thank you for all you do. If you are coming from the USA to stay in Bani doesn’t matter if it’s in this location or another one, please keep in mind that you are in a tropical place and you are going to see all types of bugs. It is not a big deal here just focus on having fun. Nonetheless this home was spacious, clean and well organized.

Had a wonderful time at this location. Pros: The Place looks better in person, the ACs are nice and cold, the Wi-Fi is good, Nice little nooks to relax or even read a book, and the Water pressure is good. Cons: This place doesn't have any cons in my opinion. The electricity did go out, but that's not something the Host has control over. That's a town problem.

Alojamiento tal como muestran las fotos, hermoso paisaje, cómodas habitaciones, excelente anfitriona, siempre atenta.

El lugar es mucho más bonito de lo que muestran las fotos, acogedor y con rincones perfectos para tomar fotos. En el último piso, la vista a la playa es espectacular. El servicio fue excelente, la persona que nos recibió fue muy amable. El hospedaje estaba impecable, con habitaciones bien distribuidas y todas con aire acondicionado. ¡10/10!

Home is located very close to Palenque beach. It is under 10 mins walking to get to the beach and/or local restaurants. The home is very cozy with comfy beds and ACs. Host is extremely attentive and responsible.

The Place: 1 minute from a private beach. The staff at the clubhouse was great as was the food. Security was great and is in safe location. I run 10km daily in the area without problems, but the best part was working with Omar and his wife..because of curfew in RD now the supermarket closed the day we came, but Omar's wife saved the day and drove us to the supermarket..is a great place and area to experience RD life...and also is fresh fish just a 2 minutes drive down the road....any problems you have Omar will solve...

Beautiful, clean, secure home. Easy check in and check out. Washer and dryer worked well. Felt at home. No water when first arrived but host was responsive and issue wax resolved quickly. No water issues the rest of the week. Would recommend and would stay again.

Un apartamento muy bonito, con una vista a la playa. Muy sereno, seguro y fácil de llegar. Saul fue sumamente amable y muy atento. Recomendado!
