Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Banjar

Spędziliśmy w Villi 4 noce (początkowo rezerwację zrobiliśmy na 3 ale po przyjeździe i obejrzeniu Villi przedłużyliśmy o kolejną) i bardzo podobał nam się pobyt. Villa jest bardzo przestronna, wygodna i ładnie urządzona, zapewnia prywatność i spokój. Korzystaliśmy z pomocy Kadek i Bayu (brat Bayu zorganizował nam rejs na Nusa Penida) a posiłki zamawialiśmy w pobliskim warungu. Szczególnie urzekło nas położenie Villi praktycznie na samej plaży.

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! The place is beautiful if you are looking for a lovely, quiet escape but you definitely need transport to go around the island. Komang the caretaker and Gede the driver referred by Putu were really accommodating though, for requests for food, transport, etc. Everyone is really lovely and kind! Thank you all.

We really liked the place and location, everything was easy to find, the apartment is close to the restaurants, clubs and beach .

Stunning cliff side accommodation and hands down one of the most memorable Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The ocean view is breathtaking, the balcony is lovely, the bathroom feels like you’re in a cave! Stunning design with a comfortable room. That being said there are a few things to note Pros: - Honestly one of the most stunning Airbnbs at a pretty affordable price - Location is great with many beaches and restaurants nearby - Good A/C and drinking water dispenser - Porter service was great for luggage Cons: - You need to climb up/down several steep stairs to get to the place which means it’s not the most accessible. - Blinds are very thin which means the room gets really bright early in the morning - you might get the odd visitor 🐸 Nevertheless on the balance it’s an amazing place that we highly recommend!

Lovely spacious modern villa in a perfect location. great restaurants on your doorstep as is the beach. Great welcome host too

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Ayu is a wonderful person and amazing host! Couldn’t rate this place higher, she is everything you want in a host: great recommendations, responsive, accommodating for anything you want and a friendly welcoming energy. The place really is better than the pictures, it is the perfect spot and has everything you need. Great shower facilities too. Perfect mix of being in nature but with modern facilities. I recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our time at Bingin beach. Spending the day listening to the sounds of the waves is so relaxing, and we loved watching the tide come and go. There is some construction noise, but not bad. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the bedroom works well. The only thing I wished for was a fan in the bedroom so you could cool down while waiting for A/C. The A/C in the main floor living space isn’t as good, so it might not be the most comfortable to sleep in. The stairs are definitely no joke, but they’re very doable. Just don’t plan to go up and down multiple times in a day unless you’re very fit. We ate most of our meals on the beach, unless we were planning to go up the stairs for another reason. There are good restos on the beach. get cash before going down though as there is no ATM and some take cash only. Host was very kind and accommodating when my husband was ill and sent extra help for bags on check out. Overall a great place!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De weg ernaar toe is even wennen en kan pittig zijn in het warme weer, maar het is het zeker waard! De locatie is perfect met een prachtig uitzicht. Hier ervaar je rust, terwijl de drukte om de hoek is. De ruimte is netjes en de gastvrouw is onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als er een probleem is wordt het snel opgelost. Echt een aanrader!

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.

Our host wast fantastic! Absolutely amazing! The view and the space was absolutely stunning. The gym and the ice bath were a little less than the photos but otherwise we loved the spot.

We were on the lookout for a peaceful place for a group of 9 people including parents and a toddler. So glad we chanced upon this magical villa. From the get go, this exceptionally beautiful place surpassed our expectations. The massive size, breathtaking view of the sea and most importantly the extremely friendly staff and host. Everything was just perfect and made for the perfect start for our visit to Bali. I’d give 11 out of 10 stars to this place if I could. Only regret is we didn’t stay for a longer time here :) Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the touristy attractions and hustle bustle of the city
