We loved our stay! My husband and our two kiddos (3&5) felt right at home. The kids loved having the hot tub and their own loft to sleep in. The vintage games were a hit too. Leila was very responsive, answered questions and sent plenty of recommendations! Having the coffee bar there each morning was great. I think the only thing is having some plastic or less breakable plates and cup wear, I was just worried they’d break there things bc they’re kids! Locations to town was amazing. Made it easy to come and go as we pleased. Overall loved it and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time during our stay at lake lanier. The only drawback for us was the steep driveway with the boat and getting in and out. We understand now that most places are on hills if the houses are located on the lake.

Our 7 night stay in Ellie’s beautiful cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was close enough to Helen that it was easy to get to town and hang out in some of the cool beer gardens and restaurants along the river, and there was so much to do in the area. My wife and I hiked every day with our Golden Retriever, then spent the evenings relaxing at the cabin, grilling on the deck in back, or sitting by the fire ring. It might have been the cleanest place we have ever rented, with everything you need, and exactly as described. I would highly recommend Ellie’s cabin to anyone, and we plan to be back, probably with our daughter and 2 grandkids.

Cabin was exactly as pictured. Very responsive and helpful. Cabin is the perfect balance of close to town but also secluded enough to feel like a mountain experience. It was perfect for my family of four to enjoy a quick getaway.

Overall a great stay! The place was beautiful and if not better than the photos. The people with us kept talking about how great everything was and how we wanted to come back. Great price for getting so much space. Also beautiful surroundings. Right on the river, yes there is a hill, but it's a great walk. Want to come back!

Great stay. You feel away from the hustle and bustle but are within walking distance of downtown. Quaint and relaxing!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this house. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated and had a very cozy feel. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The drive up the mountain was fairly stressful the first time, but we got use to it. Frankly, we loved that the house was at the end of the road. It felt super private and was very peaceful and serene. The fire pit was nice, and even though we only used the hot tub once, it was awesome. It was about 15-20 minutes from Helen. We are thinking about coming back with the kids later this year. Overall, it was a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. Such a peaceful spot. We saw so many beautiful birds out back. And we were thrilled at how pet friendly it was. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was perfect after a 10hour drive!

Jessica was so friendly, and responsive to all my needs. The place was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and private. The only issue we had was the driveway. We drove an SUV and still had a little bit of trouble making it to the top. Other than that, we absolutely enjoyed our stay, and look forward to coming back again in the future!

The place was great and super clean. Close enough to town, so you can walk and no need for a car ($10 for full day of parking in town). The loft was awesome since you can wake up with the natural lighting coming from the window, and the bed was comfortable. The downstairs room was great as well. The shower was on the smaller side, and we wish it had a different shower head (like the one with a hose), but overall, very clean and comfortable bathroom. The jacuzzi was great and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen had everything except a pizza pan, but we managed to make a pizza with a metal tin the oven had inside. Overall was a great experience; the place was really nice, cozy and comfortable. It was close to town, but it was far enough that it was quiet, so we had a really good night of sleep. Definitely recommended and would go back.

Mitch was a very friendly host and provided a number of recommendations for the area. His property was only 15-20 mins from everything we wanted to do and see in Helen and Dahlonega. Also, the hot tub area and backyard were beautiful (even though we didn't get a chance to use the fire pit or chairs by the stream, we enjoyed the scenery). The property was also very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed here five years ago on our honeymoon, so we decided this year for our anniversary, we were going to stay here again. It was lovely, just like last time - the fireplace is so nice, the kitchen is quite well stocked for an AirBNB (we've seen some bad ones, and we've always been able to cook easily in this kitchen!), and there are plenty of extra blankets should you need them. Our son liked the game room downstairs, and there's plenty of room to let our dog play. There are DVDs and an HDMI cable. Had it been warmer, we'd have loved using the fire pit, too. Plenty of room, and the binder full of things to do is a nice touch (and so is the hiding game!). Do note: the grocery store is a solid twenty minutes away, so it's not a quick run down the street. Highly recommend planning on one big grocery run should you need to. There are usually miscellaneous basic spices and such in the cupboard. There is also not a first aid kit as far as we could tell. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best Airbnb I have stayed at and I’ve stayed at many. Yuliya was so sweet and easy to communicate with. The cabin is authentically a log cabin and is so cozy. The drive to the cabin is super easy and the drive to Helen is equally as simple and 3.5 miles away. Yuliya is not stingy like some other hosts. There is ample toilet paper and other necessities. The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments, some spices, plates, glasses etc. The hot tub was great and overlooked the peaceful woods. This cabin is truly dog friendly as well. The top porch is gated so your pups can’t wander while you’re in the hot tub; there are crates and treats available as well. My whole family was so happy with our stay and it really made our Christmas special!

The cabin was better than we imagined! I would go back many times! The lake and the accessories for being on the water were great! All the kitchen utensils were perfect! Everything was very clean! It definitely deserves 5 stars!

Boo-Boo's Cabin was very cozy. Jamie responded to my text within 10 minutes either by text or phone call. Location of cabin was 15 min from Helen (about 8 miles). Cabin was very clean and met all our needs for a 3 day getaway. Wife & I would definitely consider staying at Boo-Boo's Cabin if we go back to the Cleveland, GA area.

Tamara was quick responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our vacation there! You will feel you are in a Mountain View kind of movie scene with amazing views and very peaceful. Beautiful cabin house with a great taste in home design. Totally recommend!

I stay in a lot of airbnbs and this was a favorite for me! Monica was an exceptional host with lots of little items that made a big difference Toothbrush was a big win because my son forgot his! Fishing rods since we didn’t have ours. Honestly there was so much thoughtfulness I can’t list them all! House is small but perfect for 3-4 people. Fire pit was great and the river is private and BEAUTIFUL. I enjoyed the 5 minute walk through the woods. Bed was comfortable. Shower nice. Everything new and clean. We didn’t use the downstairs but maybe next time! We would love to get back here again some time.

The cabin was great! It had everything we needed for our stay. If you are a light sleeper, you might bring some ear plugs as the wall unit for the heat/ac is pretty loud. The tasting room was only a few short steps away which was super convenient, the wines were delicious, and Macy and Whitney were the BEST! We had our dog with us and she was welcomed inside and given many pets and treats, and Buddy the winery dog was the goodest boy!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was comfortable and easy to use. All the amenities were top of the line with many added things we didn't expect! The children loved every moment, and so did the adults. We've decided to make this our go to Airbnb!

Gina was super helpful and responsive. This was a very last minute booking but even still the home was clean and ready for our arrival! Perfect fit for our family of 5. Loved the coziness of the house and the peaceful “backyard” with a path down by the river for exploring. We felt very safe and found lots of great hikes nearby. The only thing I would say is that my Google maps tried to take me to a different house a little further up the hill. Thankfully, we just kept going and were easily able to see the correct address number clearly once we got to the bottom of the drive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful cabin, spacious. Location was great, close to both Helen and Cleveland but quiet country. Game room helped keep the kids happy when the weather wasn’t conducive to much outside time. Peaceful place to relax after spending time in town.
