Stefano welcomed us when we checked in - he is very friendly, patient and gave us a lot of useful tips regarding transportation and restaurant recommendations. He even helped us book the taxi to train station when we checked out since Uber is useless in that area of Naples. Speaking of which, the public transportation is very nice - the funiculare station is right next door and it can connects you to different metro station depends on where you plan to go. Also taking funicular itself offers us a very unique experience. Piazza Vanvitelli is only 2 funicular stops away and is a bustling suburb - it has many shopping and food options. Also, from my perspective, the place actually looks nicer than in the picture as the whole apartment has high ceiling which is hard to tell from photo. The furniture has character and the illumination seems brand new. Overall, we would definitely recommend Stefano's place!

The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood in Naples - good public transport connection and great things to see not far from the place itself. The apartment was also very nice, everything you needed was there, the only downside was that there were a few random things left in the apartment, mainly the bedroom with dust on them, which is not good for allergic people. The host was helpful and always very responsive. All in all highly recommended :)

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The interior is beautifully designed, with thoughtful decor that creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. From the furniture to the amenities, everything looked and felt great, showing the care put into maintaining the space. I would definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting in the future, and I'd happily stay here again myself.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé dans un quartier qui l'est tout autant, bénéficiant de toutes les commodités : 2 stations de métro dont une de l'autre côté de la rue et un funiculaire à proximité , nombreux restaurants dans la rue Baussan (reconnaissable parce qu'elle débute par un escalier) qui descend vers la mer et sur la rue qui longe celle-ci, zone commerçante très active, point de départ de circuits pédestres dans le centre ville et dans le quartier espagnol. Valeria est une hôtesse très attentive à nos souhaits, toujours disponible à nos demandes. L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble gardé H24 ce qui est très pratique en cas d'arrivée ou de départ hors des heures inhabituelles.

We stayed one night with at Carlo and Anna’s apartment. It was a wonderful apartment and we loved the location right in the centre of Napoli. They were brilliant hosts.

We loved our stay at Massimo’s. We had to force ourselves to leave the terrace and explore the island as the view and atmosphere were so engaging. Massimo and Anna met us and explained everything. They are welcoming and very organized. There is also a booklet with instructions and local recommendations. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is large and has a good shower. The apartment is in a great location overlooking Castello Aragonese with views of Capri, Mt Vesuvius and the coastline. There is a bus to take you into town and connect you with bus rides around the island. We especially enjoyed Sant’Angelo. The island was relatively quiet as the season hadn’t officially begun yet. Highly recommend this gem if you’re coming to Ischia!

Giuseppe's place was just what we needed with a great view. He was very responsive, helped us with renting a scooter, and was always willing to share some recommendations for things to do or places to eat, he really wanted us to enjoy and make the most of our stay. The place is a little bit out of the main town/port area but very walkable, 5-7 min walk to town. Only recommendation for the host is to provide a bit more amenities such as washing detergent and shampoo/conditioner etc.

Tutto perfetto, grazie a Giovan Giuseppe che ci ha consigliato posti splendidi da vedere e ci ha indicato come spostarci. La casa è a due passi dal capolinea dei bus, dal porto e dall'attracco dei traghetti.

Teresa è un host eccellente. Veloce nelle risposte e sempre pronta ad chiarire qualsiasi dubbio. Lei è stata fondamentale per conoscere L isola come spostarsi e i luoghi dove andare. Una casa tenuta come una bomboniera dove siamo stati benissimo. Vicino al centro e alle prime necessità. Consiglio vivamente di andare a Ischia e sopratutto nel suo alloggio. Grazie

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. This vacation rental has been one of our best holiday experiences. The cottage is on the quiet side of the island, with an expansive terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. While the kitchenette is compact, it is well stocked with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The host was a delight, very responsive, and offered helpful suggestions. I would stay at this cottage again without any hesitation. I can't wait to return!

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Très propre, bien entretenu. Cuisine au gaz super rare mais impeccable pour le cuisinier. Permet de faire de la vraie cuisine sans ressortir tous les soirs. Vue magnifique sur le Castel de l'Ovo et le Vésuve. Rosa et son équipe sont très amicaux et prêt à vous rendre service, pleins d'informations et de conseils. Ils ont fait un message d'anniversaire à mon épouse. Le seul hic dans tout ça c'est que le quartier est un peu loin du centre ce qui fait qu'on passe pas mal de temps à se déplacer. Nous le savions avant de choisir l'appartement donc une demi surprise. A refaire sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique sur l’île d’Ischia et le logement de Chiara et Simone y ont largement contribué! La maison est très agréable. La terrasse est incroyable et nous avons vraiment apprécié les couchers de soleil face à la mer. Cette vue est magique. Idéal pour déconnecter ! Les photos sont toutes fidèles à la réalité. L’accès privatif à la plage nous a permis d’aller prendre un bain de mer matinal dès le réveil. Un vrai luxe! Chiara a été de très bons conseils, très réactive, et nous a très bien guidés tout au long de notre séjour. On sent que c’est une hôte qui accueille avec plaisir les voyageurs. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement pour un séjour à Ischia.

L'appartement de Lucia est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme. Situé sur une place avec accès direct au métro, une station de taxi, 2 banques, une excellente pâtisserie, une très bonne pizzeria et un petit commerce de proximité. Dans un immeuble typiquement napolitain avec cour intérieure, l'appartement est spacieux et propose 3 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bain.

Rossella é stata, oltre una gentilissima e disponibilissima padrona di casa, un' eccellente riferimento su cosa fare e dove andare in un solo week end a Napoli. La casa è molto carina, accogliente, arredata con gusto e pulitissima. Si arriva in pochi muniti al centro storico (verso il basso) o al Vomero (verso su) attraverso la funicolare con una sola fermata. Ma suggerisco, per arrivare al centro storico, di andare a piedi attraverso stradine e scalinate molto suggestive. Consigliatissima.

Esse apartamento é simplesmente fabuloso! A anfitriã foi muito gentil em aceitar o meu pedido de última hora e sua mãe foi muito ágil em preparar tudo para mim. A vista é encantadora, você consegue ver o mar e a ilha de capri! É um verdadeiro luxo! Muito espaçoso, com muita luz natural. Confortável, bem abastecido com roupa de cama, toalhas. Ela foi tão gentil e deixou eu utilizar seus suprimentos para cozinhar, havia tudo que eu precisava, não tive que me preocupar com nada. O prédio é bonito, localização ótima, tranquila, de frente para uma praça e estacionamento. Farmácia, cafés e tudo que você precisa bem ao lado. Eu com certeza voltarei para passar mais tempo nesse lugar encantador! Queria ficar mais tempo, mas o apartamento já estava alugado para outros hóspedes, mas sou grata pela semana tranquila que passei! Obrigada por toda hospitalidade e carinho. Super Recomendo!!!

Appartamento moderno, molto pulito e spazioso. Eravamo in 12 divisi in 5 camere. In pratica ogni coppia aveva la propria camera e la propria privacy anche grazie ai quattro bagni spaziosi presenti nell’appartamento. Siamo stati molto bene e Federica, seppur influenzata, è sempre stata tempestiva nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Un po’ lontano dal centro ma vicinissimo alla stazione della metro. Inoltre c’è un pub carino proprio sotto casa che prepara ottime colazioni e aperitivi e un ristorante pizzeria comodo se non si vuole tornare in centro per la cena. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio soprattutto a gruppi numerosi.

Tout était parfait. L appartement est très bien situé géographiquement, très bien équipé avec tout le confort et magasins au pied de l immeuble. Fabia et Adrian sont bienveillants et toujours présents pour rendre service.Nous garderons un très bon souvenir. Le must parking privé ce qui est très appreciable à Naples. Merci Fabia et Adrian. Nous étions 5 avec 3 jeunes enfants et avons passé 4 nuits chez Stefano. Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Stefano qui ne parle pas anglais mais nous avons tous a fait réussi à nous comprendre. La maison correspond à tout ce que nous souhaitions : bien située dans une petite ruelle en retrait de la rue, à 5 min du centre, des arrêts de bus et 2 min d’un petit supermarché, dotée d’un toit terrasse avec table et transats, la maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Très propre, spacieuse, lits confortables, belle salle de bain, nombreux rangements, jeux de plage pour les enfants. Le petit plus : les voisins ont des animaux (perroquets et tortues) que l’on voit depuis le balcon et qui ont ravis nos enfants. La communication avec Stefano à distance lors de notre arrivée et départ a été fluide et réactive. C’est un coup de coeur et nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette belle maison. Merci Stefano !

Todo salió genial. Pese a reservar a última hora, no fue problema ya que cuando llegamos en el barco ya lo tenían todo listo. El apartamento reformado, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Procida. Se encuentra en el casco antiguo, cerca de todo pero a la vez se puede estar muy tranquilo en el apartamento. Sin duda repetiríamos.
