The owner let us checked in early which I appreciated so much. House/room is clean. Good place and just few minutes away to the center. Perfect place for the family who would like to stay in the city. Owner is so kind and approachable. We checked out around 5am and he woke up that early just to say goodbye to us. Nothing to complain. Everything is good. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much, Ma'am Yvonne! The host was extremely kind and hospitable. She answered all of my queries since it was our first time in the area. The home is right next to the highway and easy to find. There are a lot of accessible areas via car and tricycle from their place. The host and her family made us feel at home and safe in the area. I will surely book this place again when I go to Matnog, Sorsogon. Thank you for everything!

The host was responsive even during at night which we are all very thankful. We are a group of 4 who stayed at her place at we are all extremely satisfied with the place and the host.

The best thing was the location is near regional offices and responsive host. Also, the room was clean. Will book again soon.

Really great host! I had some special requests (e.g. extra monitor for remote work) and they arranged that for me. When there were some problems with water and electricity, they informed me promptly about it. Pleasantly surprised with the amenities that weren’t listed. The place is quite far from the center and somewhat noisy (since there is a workshop just beside it) but it’s a home away from home and very cozy so I didn’t mind 💖

'Twas a home away from home. Hospitable people, my hosts. Super-liked the countryside vibe of the surroundings. You wake up to a peaceful rural morning, with birds chirping and all, the rustle of leaves on trees, the wind, the domestic animals around, and that wonderful feeling that you are away from the city life. The little gestures of the host. Something you will remember. From finding your name as a welcoming touch in the house to covering my roadbike when it rained to letting you bring some of their homegrown avocados. You would feel the warmth and genuine hospitality of the host. Tamaoyan is a great spot, near a great vantage point to watch the Mayon volcano. This homestay has a superhost in the person of Ate Yolly, I must say. I recommend their place to those wanting to feel a comfortable and peaceful place to stay near Legazpi City. I will return. I will make sure that I'll book longer days in this home of Ate Yolly. It is a gem of a homestay experience for me.

Hubs and I had a wonderful stay even after the typhoon in the area. It’s my first time in Bicol and I’m glad we found Ms Bea’s place. It was clean and worth what we paid for. Staff is also available and friendly. Ms Bea was also very responsive herself. Got complimentary bottled water and coffee too. The A/C was cold. Had a minor problem with the water heater as it wasn’t working but overall great place to stay! :)

Extended my stay here because I felt right at home and the experience was superb!
