Perfect getaway, amazing view of forest/city, secluded building with a unique architectural design and a perfect 5 bedroom house for kids to go “wild” and feel at home. Thanks for having us. 🙏

We celebrated a close friend in Barcelona and this home provided a wonderful space for us. It had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations. The proximity to local grocery stores and Park Guell made it even better. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Logement de qualité les couchages sont très agréables et la literie de qualité Le logement est sécurisé et les extérieurs très agreables Antoni est réactif et disponible Nous y avons sejourné hors saison donc nous etions peu dehors mais en journée la proximité de la grande route, rend les extérieurs bruyants Il manque une salle de douche commune pr les chambres n’ayant pas une douche provative

estuvimos alojados unos días y fuen fantástico la casa es muy cómoda, tranquila ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. tiene buenos servicios como piscina, tanto exterior como interior, la piscina exterior con su baño y ducha al lado ideal para no tener que subir a la vivienda. las instalaciones limpias y las camas muy cómodas, respecto a Mari Cruz fue muy atenta. amable y con gran interés por los uespedes, espero poder repetir algún día. si vuelvo por esta sona sería el Primer lugar que cojeria, recomendable al 100/100. gran lugar las vistas impresionantes.

We really had a lovely stay here. It’s ideal to unwind. House is spacious and nicely laid out, the pool is great and you are so close to the beautiful beach and beach bar restaurants which were all delicious. Our host Toni was great, very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

Villa très atypique et une vue incroyable sur la vallée

We had a great stay at the Villa! Ana was an amazing host very friendly and responsive, she gave us really good recommendations for food, activities and transport. There was 15 of us and we all enjoyed our stay there were enough bedrooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and enough bathrooms for us all to get ready at the same time. We really enjoyed our stay and would very much recommend and come here again.

Antonio is an exceptional host - super responsive, super caring, in every small detail we felt that we were taken care of and he and his wife want to make sure that our stay is pleasant, we have everything we might need and even more (from coffee, water, ice cream, beer to laundry detergents and mosquito protection)! We had a storm one night and the next day (which was Sunday) they came to clean the pool to make sure we had an amazing experience again! Super grateful for the way they treat their guests! The views from the house are amazing. Frankly, we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is (much more beautiful than in the pictures)

Una experiencia inolvidable. Muchas gracias a Sebas & Noe, que nos recibieron tan amable y bueno, nos enseñaron todo, la comunicación super y el check in muy facil y eran muy flexibles con el Check in y Check out. La casa es una maravilla, muy cómodo y bien equipada. El jardín es muy lindo y en total un lugar perfecto para celebrar a su cumpleaños. Nosotros lo hemos disfrutado mucho y volveríamos ☺️

This review was sad to write because it means I am no longer at this wonderful Villa! I recently stayed at this villa in Sitges with 8 of my friends, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness and charm of the house - THE VIEW. The villa was spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The common areas were great for hanging out as a group, and the pool was definitely a highlight — we spent so much time lounging and swimming. The location was ideal, maybe a 20-25min walk or drive to the beach and a little further to the center of Sitges, but still in a peaceful neighborhood that offered privacy. We loved being able to explore the town’s restaurants, bars, and beaches and then come back to such a comfortable and luxurious home. Overall, this villa was the perfect spot for our group vacation, and I would highly recommend. We’re already planning to come back!

Our stay at this BnB was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They went above and beyond with their recommendations for local food spots, and every place they suggested was a hit! The property itself was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, providing endless fun during the day, while the fireplace created the perfect setting for cozy evening gatherings. It truly felt like a home away from home. The gym was also a nice touch. Without a doubt, this will be our go-to place whenever we return. Highly recommend!

Très belle maison avec une magnifique vue dans les hauteurs de premia de dalt à 30 min de Barcelone. Très bien pour 3 familles, Belles pièces à vivre, 1 belle chambre parentale, les autres plus classiques. Bonnes relations avec Romania qui répond rapidement. Pas de documentation sur les activités à faire à proximité. Dommage. Le seul problème était le manque de pression d'eau à l'étage et dans la salle de bain de la chambre parentale qui n'a pas été résolu malgré nos demandes et 1 intervention peu efficace.

Very beautiful villa with pool . 5 rooms for adult family members who were couples. and one for kids. Walkable to Sitges beaches and train station. Lots of nice restaurants, bakeries, and stores near by. Kitchen was well stocked . We had a very lovely and memorable vacation there ! Each room with own ac which was very nice .

Conny was a friendly host that was always available to help with whatever you needed by phone. He offered lots of recommendations and also offered the transport for the recommendations. For example, he recommended an excellent wine tour which he drove our group of 12 to and from. The view from the villa was amazing and especially nice from the pool area. The location is also not too far from the beaches and main area of Sitges which made walking about Sitges easy. It is up a hill so getting a taxi back is recommended using the Taximes app. Overall would highly recommend Conny and his villa.

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Villa Nella . Spacious, comfortable , well equipped kitchen and excellent pool area . We had lots of room as 6 adults . Great location , beach 4 mins , supermarket less than 10mins , town 25 mins - all walking , car not necessary but you have plenty of parking if needs be . An outstanding feature of the stay was the service and support from Utopia Villas , any query no matter how trivial was dealt with immediately - food shopping for arrival was organised as were transfers from Airport & to Barcelona at end of stay . 5 star service . All in all a 5 star holiday . Thoroughly recommended .

Photos non représentatives, car l’appartement du haut n’est pas accessible (alors qu’il y a des photos sur l’annonce) À notre arrivée la maison n’était pas très propre, en plus de la piscine qu’on a dû nettoyer nous même (elle était remplie de feuilles) Merci de préciser que des travaux sont en cours juste à côté, donc bruit en permanence de 9h à 19h

Thank you, Felip for hosting us. We arrived as a big group and the apartment was perfect to accommodate all of us. Best feature for us was the Swimming Pool and the Pool table. Supermarkets were very close and convenient. We had hire car so, driving to town & beach took us less than 10mins. Thank you again for accommodating us and we hope to visit again in the near future.
