Great place to stay in a good location, I have nothing but positive things to say about the apartment!

Upon arrival the apartment looked very nice. The furniture however was covered with linen don’t know if to protect it from getting dirty or to hide stains. As I walked through the apartment I walked into one of the bedrooms and it looked as if someone else was occupying it. I called host to clarify if there was someone staying in the apartment he stated that the maid had forgotten to lock that door but reassured me it was just me staying there which turned out to be so. The room that I ended up staying in looked nice however upon sitting in bed I noticed hair on the sheets and the pillows linen had not been changed nor washed I texted host to make him aware in the morning as my arrival was after 12am So I just washed linen and let them air dry as there is no dryer. The next day he came and gave me clean sheets and he also provided a new duvet filler. Aside from that host was very nice and tried his best to fix problems. He was also nice to let me stay in apartment before check in time

The stay at the apartment was good. The place is clean and is like advertised. The area is very quiet and perfect. The communication with the host was great. Very flexible, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend.

the apartment is big and the neighbourhood area is quiet and safe. I definitely I recommend his apartment, supermarket and banks just few minutes walk from the apartment complex

Hedi's place is great if you're looking for an easy, reliable, private, calm space. It's best suited for people who have something to do in the city. It's in Lafayette, so there are lots of interesting people around and you also don't feel far from the old Medinah. There are also lots of cafes, fast food joints and two supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is bare but functional, but to be honest I found I would mostly eat out. The bathroom is comfortable. The bedroom was fine and there's some space for storage. The star of the show was the air conditioning unit :) The washing machine is also functional. The host is really kind, flexible, happy to discuss and fix things. From the book collection I'd guess he's a nice person. Compared to the other options available in Tunis, I'm happy with the stay.

The communication was quick and really easy. The house is beautiful decorated and super clean. Nuha left food for breakfast, I arrived late at night, so I really appreciate that detail. It was really nice the overall stay!

I enjoyed my stay in such authentic place. Youssef was friendly and easy to go. I really enjoyedy stay and recommend such experience.

Would need own transportation as a little off main areas. Fabulous villa lots of common areas to gather. Well maintained. Hot water took some time in showers but ok and very clean. Overall a nice place to stay that would suit groups and families

The host was really helpful and friendly, he arranged our transfers from the airport with a really small charge, that’s been really helpful and saved us lots of stress, once we arrived at the villa he had a really warm welcoming, the house it’s really spacious and clean! Really nice rooms and really big spaces, everyone has been lovely to us even on the day we had to leave. I would definitely book with Amir again. Thank you.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette superbe villa. La maison est spacieuse et très bien entretenue, avec un grand jardin magnifique où il fait bon se détendre. La piscine est un vrai plus pour profiter du soleil en toute tranquillité. Le gardien est discret et très serviable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Il y a également un grand parking, ce qui est très pratique. Quant à aziz, il est exceptionnel : très gentil, flexible et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Je recommande vivement cette villa pour des vacances parfaites !

Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa ! La maison est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et les piscines très agréables ! Quelques petites suggestions ont été transmises à Taher afin d’améliorer la qualité des prestations. (manque de quelques équipements et propreté à approfondir) Un grand merci à Moussa pour sa disponibilité sur place et son aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour.

Nous avons été très content de notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison avec une deco incroyable où on s’y sent a l’aise tout est à disposition pour cela. Le confort des lits la qualité haute gamme du mobilier. La propreté irréprochable. Merci à Yassine je reviendrais .

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement ! Il est très bien situé et propre. Kais était extrêmement accueillant et disponible, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions.

Super hôte très réactive, appartement encore plus jolie en réalité très classe et très bien placé avec tout à proximité.

C'était un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé et spacieux. La zone est calme et l'immeuble est bien sécurisé.Il y a deux supérettes à proximité, des restaurants et des salons de thé. Je le recommande vivement . Je tiens à souligner que le propriétaire nous a bien accueillis et nous a accordés beaucoup d'attention et a fait de son mieux pour que le séjour soit agréable.

Great space for groups traveling! There are two apartments right next to each other so you could rent both out at the same time for larger groups. We had plenty of space for our group of 10 plus more. I would recommend this place for sure. The host is very helpful in fixing any issues.
