Our stay had everything we needed. Melissa was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. I would definitely stay here again. The house was spotless, plenty of room downstairs in the kitchen/living room. The beds were really nice. The game room was great.

This house was PERFECT! There was plenty to do or just relax and enjoy the property. It is very close to distilleries, wineries and restaurants. We hope to visit again sometime!

Needed a relaxing weekend away and this was the perfect fit!

It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and close to 3 distilleries. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans bakewear etc, and clean. bedrooms and baths are clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and ready for us with plenty of space outside to sit and relax. over all it was a great location and very well taken care of.

As advertised! We were visiting a family member and it was a good place to do that. Much better than a motel room! Host was friendly and helpful. Nice large grassy and wooded area for walking. Back away from the street and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! We went for a girls trip and wanted something a little secluded but not too far from the city and the location was perfect. The house looked just like the photos and was very clean.

This was our second stay at Guest House on Story, and was definitely as good, if not better than the first. Kim is an excellent and responsive host who strives to make sure your stay is exactly what you need. We had a large group of adults visiting Louisville to celebrate a birthday weekend, and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The area has fun walkable bars, breweries, and cocktail lounges, along with restaurants! Highly recommend Tartan House and Biscuit Belly. Guests should be aware as others have mentioned that given the location in Butchertown, there is occasionally a notable smell outside. It very much depends on the direction of the wind and day/time of the week. Do know though that you cannot smell this inside the house! We caught a whiff outside here and there, but definitely not the entire time. Highly recommend Guest House on Story, and I'm sure we will stay again when in Louisville with a large group.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever visited. Far and away exceeded expectations.

The property was exactly as listed and perfect for what we needed. We felt safe with the external cameras and other safety features. The bed was super comfortable and the space was very clean and well organized. The binder provided was clear and the included "In case of Emergency" plan was an appreciated add in, that we were glad wasn't needed but comforting to have. Added bonus for the garage space provided. Couldn't ask for better. Would 100% stay again.

My family and I loved Ross place!!! His communication was quick and left very clear instructions. Upon arrival, he even left music on to welcome us. The home was exactly as pictured and was very peaceful. It accommodated our needs and highly recommend 👌.

The house was really nice, great location. The only thing I had trouble with was the lock box.

Quiet for being off a busy road. Issue with the fencing that Ty fixed almost immediately which we greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful and exactly what was described. We messed up and locked ourselves out and they took care of that very quickly for us. Very nice area in downtown. When we go back again we will see if it is available and book there again. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay, the neighborhood was very quiet during our stay. It is positioned with easy access to freeways to get all over the city which was super helpful for us. The home is very clean and well maintained, the four bedrooms and two bathrooms are huge. Our stay way very enjoyable.

We loved the Bourbon House. Conveniently located, clean, well equipped, responsive host, plenty of room! We’ll be back.

The time at the place was enjoyable. There was a lot of space for multiple people. With the main roads to louisville under construction, it added 10 minutes to the commute, but not the house's fault. Plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds. Would consider again if in louisville area if construction on the main roads is finished.

I have stayed here more than once. This is the best spot in the area. It's close to everything you need and feels like home. Peggy is extremely helpful and the place is very comfortable

Jason’s place is awesome near everything in St. Matthew’s and Middletown. Awesome house with great stuff for kiddos in the back TV room. Loved it!

In combined trips, my friends and I have stayed at something like 30 Airbnb's - this was, by FAR, the best experience we've had. A couple of glitches that were immediately addressed, home was clean and, well, home-like. It is a lovely space in an exceptional setting, and we were made to feel both very welcomed, and at-home during our stay.
