Our stay at Cocoa Beach Villas was absolutely wonderful! The beachfront location is unbeatable—just a few steps away from the ocean. The condo unit was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed: a kitchen stocked with essentials, a cozy living room, clean linens, and a balcony that became our favorite spot. Watching the sunrise with coffee from the balcony was a highlight of our trip. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five. If you're looking for a relaxing, no-fuss beach vacation, Cocoa Beach Villas is the perfect destination. We'll definitely be back for another stay! Highly recommend.

This home is everything its described to be plus some. The home is extremely clean and very neat. It is thoughtfully decorated and arranged for comfort in the living and sleeping spaces. The outdoor patio is wonderful for lounging or enjoying a meal at the table. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked for cooking in. If you have children from infant to teen the home is equipped for them. Toys for young toddlers are available as well as a safety gate to keep them from venturing up the stairs. Brand new bicycles are available for riding the many bike paths and safe roads around MLB. Beach necessities galore including a convenient cart for toting all of the "stuff" the short walk to the beach. Teens love the ping pong table and the ESPN basketball hoops game. If you are travelling with a pet, the home is well equipped for your pet as well. A wonderful lawn on two sides of the pool that is fenced in. Rooms are equipped with nice linens and plenty of towels and beach towels.

The home is lovely, clean, and very comfortable. Past reviews were very good and didn't exaggerate. The beautiful heated pool just outside the kitchen door was a real highlight for us. Our dealings were with our host, Craig, not with Joseph. He couldn't have been better! Responsive and friendly and willing to go above and beyond expectations. We stayed the whole month of February and had a great time.

Vicky was a wonderful and thoughtful host. Her place is so cute and was perfect for our stay. We were a party of 4 adults (me, my husband, and my parents), and the place was more than appropriate. It could easily allow 6-7 adults to stay for a long weekend. Breakfast at Kountry Kitchen was phenomenal too!! We would be very eager to rent with her again. Thank you! Can't wait to visit Vero Beach again.

The stay was absolutely perfect. Quiet, safe and peaceful. Very spacious home and super clean. Loved how the kids had a lot to do inside the house. From the game room to the mini golf course and pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location on the beach. Had everything we needed in the condo including beach chairs and coolers. Neighbors were all super nice . Laundry not in unit but just a few steps away. Complex had a bench that is great for drinking morning coffee and watching the waves.

My family really enjoyed their stay at this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table. Everything was just great. clean, nicely decorated, new appliances. No complaints at all!

Our family had an awesome time at your Home. House was great just as advertised, neat, clean, comfortable and plenty of space and amenities for a family of 5. The kids especially loved the children's table, plenty of toys and the outdoor shower! Rita was very fast to respond to a question early on and someone even picked up the trash barrels that got knocked over. Definitely will not hesitate to stay again and work with Rita again.
