My friend and I stayed at Ray’s lodge and it was absolutely perfect! Ray met us on arrival, made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some excellent local information. The maps and local info in the welcome folder were excellent for planning a beautiful walk and we fully recommend a meal in the Three Horseshoes. The lodge was so comfortable and spacious whilst also being cosy and warm. We loved the hot tub and the views of the fields and horses. A great way to spend a weekend catching up and relaxing. We had everything we needed during our stay and would fully recommend. We hope to come back!

From the moment we booked Amber has proven to be an amazing Host with clear and precise instructions along with the feel that nothing would be too much trouble. The welcome feel we got when we entered the property was amazing. Beautiful log fire burning away, underfloor heating and a beautiful welcome pack of goodies were all waiting for us. The property is out of this world and the quality shone all around. We also ventured out to the nearby Griffin Pub which was superb and well worth a visit. What a lovely romantic little spot! Hosts were so helpful! Hot tub under the stars was a dream! Lots to do near by and plenty of places to eat!

Overall, the stay was great and comfortable. On the day of check in we did have problems with the heating as we were from India and weather is very different, however it was promptly addressed by the Host and rest of the stay was comfortable. Marlena was always there to help us. We were having a bit of difficulty checking in, but we called her and she helped us with the same. Great location and lots of stores around to grab a meal or just things in general.

The place was ideal for our group of couples meeting friends in Lincoln. Spotlessly cleans, nice and quiet location, great parking and perfect comms from host Sharon.

Lesley’s home was so comfortable, cozy and spacious. We felt right at home for our 2 week stay. Lovely communal spaces as well as plenty of room for quiet privacy when working. Beautiful local walks right out of the front door and great location for exploring the county with a short drive to A roads & motorway. Lesley was on hand to answer any questions. We would highly recommend her home.

We just visited and had the most brilliant time, the Airbnb was a walk from the Lincoln Centre and upon arrival we were greeted by great hosts who gave us a tour of the property and a few excellent recommendations. The property was perfect for the two of us and squeaky clean! The hot tub was great and very easy to use, we even were able to order takeaway to the cottage despite its quiet and obscure location. The bottle of bubbly left in the fridge for us was a perfect addition to the stay. For any cat lovers special mention for the two propriety cats who we absolutely adored! We would not hesitate to return one day in the future and will be sure to recommend to our friends and family for their own visits.

This was a fantastic find, I checked with the host before booking to ensure the pool would be available as that was the main reason we stayed (just so we could have use of a private pool) it was worth every penny as my son absolutely loved the pool but the accommodation was also beautiful. It was a real home-from-home, we didn’t want for anything! It was a perfect location to just ‘switch off’. We spent time in the pool, played games and walked to the Reindeer Inn and had a lovely meal. Lesley was a brilliant host, super friendly and so responsive to messages. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars, I cannot recommend it enough, we will definitely stay again!
