Had 9 adults for the weekend. Place was clean, well decorated, inviting. Nice to be so close to the beach and boardwalk. definitely walkable to town and back. Kitchen has everything you need. Bring nespresso pods if you need your java in small cups. Host was communicative and hospitable. great weekend.

Staying here and working with Patty was amazing! The house was beautiful and the backyard was perfect for our dog to run and play. My family and I were visiting my daughter who attends Monmouth and it was so nice to visit with her and some of her teammates. We had a game night at the kitchen table and it was amazing to have so much room. Patty was very responsive and able to provide us with some essentials right away. Patty even reached out after to let us know the cleaners made note of how clean we left the home. We already booked our next stay to bring other family members to visit. This home is so cute, clean, and in a great location. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Kathleen and Laura were exceptionally communicative, welcoming, and accommodating. We would highly recommend their home!

Great location. Kitty is a fabulous host. She made sure we arrived safely, offered lots of information for things to do and places to eat. We could walk to several restaurants and our favorite bar Broadway Bar and Grill. The boardwalk is close by that is walking distance. The bungalow may be a small space but has plenty of room to move about and still holds a coziness of home. . that was perfect for our needs. Kitty decorated with bright accessories which gave the place a fun and happy vibe. Beds comfortable and entire house was clean. We will stay again on our next visit.

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

Tracy was a super responsive host. The house was very cute and a great value given its proximity to the beach and downtown area. While we visited in the winter, the hot tub in the backyard was a great way to spend some time outdoors in the cold weather. Would definitely stay again!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Location was perfect. Convenient for everything I was doing in the area. Space was comfortable for the five of us staying there. No complaints.

We were in town for a couple days around Thanksgiving, celebrating with family nearby. Anne’s place was just the right size and in a great location. While it was too cold this time of year, it would be an easy walk to the beach in the summer. Everything was neat and clean and Anne left a few nice things for us to enjoy!

I love Deborah's place. this is the third time I have stayed here. It is the perfect gem for your beach adventure. One block to the bay, 3 to the beach. It is perfect. The place is always clean and has snacks!! Already book for next year

Henry’s house was perfect for our weekend stay at the Jersey shore. The place was extremely clean and very well stocked. Henry was a helpful host and the minute you walk into the place you can tell he cares about his guests. Great place, great host, 10 minute drive to the beach and reasonably priced.

Towels were fluffy, the bed in the main bedroom was AMAZING, kitchen was fully stocked… when I got there the heat was turned ALL the way up and it was very very warm, so I turned it way down. Two days of our stay the temps dropped into the 20s and it did take a very long time to warm up the apt, but I was ok with that. I’d rather be a little chilly than too warm. But the apt was perfect and that’s literally the only thing I can think of to complain about. :-)

Very good host, very easy and pleasant experience

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

My girlfriend I had great time there. We loved the view from the balcony. If we're every back at Seaside, I would definitely want to stay there again.

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Sea La Vi met all our expectations. It is close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and is easy to access. It is clean. It it feels like home. Dawn is a very good host and was in constant communication with us throughout our stay. This is really a great place for a family retreat. I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others.

Location, location, location! This place is perfect if you're looking for a week on the beach and the boardwalk. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk, waterpark, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our family vacation with preteens. Paul is extremely responsive and friendly. The place was clean and functional. We're a family of 5 with 3 preteens. We had one that camped out on the couch and two in the bunkbed while we took the queen. It worked out well for us. I will say that it is louder at night than some of the other areas of Seaside heights that we've stayed in before. It's right next to the boardwalk and the waterpark though, so it's to be expected. We brought sound machines along and they worked well to drown out any noise. All and all, this was a great place and the perfect beach house for a vacation in seaside heights!

Jennifer’s condo is perfect for a couple or even a couple with young kids. It’s just right, super convenient and better than the listing. Nicely appointed and thoughtfully furnished and supplied. And Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. Fully recommend!

Stayed for 4 days at this amazing place. Very cozy and relaxing. He always responded in a timely manner and even gave us a later checkout. Very clean and nice view. Would definitely stay again
