Pats place was amazing! We did have a snafu when we arrived as the place had not been cleaned yet as the cleaners misread the time we arrived. I let Pat know as soon as we arrived and they got there within 10 minutes and got the whole place set up for us. He was extremely communicative and prompt getting back to me. Overall my group and I loved it and would happily go back again!

Had 9 adults for the weekend. Place was clean, well decorated, inviting. Nice to be so close to the beach and boardwalk. definitely walkable to town and back. Kitchen has everything you need. Bring nespresso pods if you need your java in small cups. Host was communicative and hospitable. great weekend.

This was a perfect place for our visit to see family while accommodating our two dogs. It’s a great location to go to the beach as well as walk to restaurants. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating. The place was super cute and had anything you would need for your stay. It was very clean and I loved that Tommy had coffee, cleaning supplies and even dog bowls. Thanks for being a super host and we look forward to our next visit!!

Rebecca is super responsive when you have a question or concern. Her pictures and descriptions are accurate.The front porch was lovely to have coffee and enjoy the weather. Location is very close to shops, beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The best amenities is that it came with 4 tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach cart, and 4 beach passes. My family had a great time together there.

Great location. Kitty is a fabulous host. She made sure we arrived safely, offered lots of information for things to do and places to eat. We could walk to several restaurants and our favorite bar Broadway Bar and Grill. The boardwalk is close by that is walking distance. The bungalow may be a small space but has plenty of room to move about and still holds a coziness of home. . that was perfect for our needs. Kitty decorated with bright accessories which gave the place a fun and happy vibe. Beds comfortable and entire house was clean. We will stay again on our next visit.

Endlessly grateful we made the decision to stay here rather than a hotel for our convention. This place was clean, spacious, and worth at least quadruple the price were it in one of the high rises! A pleasant walk from anywhere you want to be, and a lovely kitchen + modern bathroom to come home to. We can't wait to return next year!

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

Jeff and I and our dog Gigi absolutely love staying at Kristie‘s place. Everything was close by the beach the pool the neighborhood was quiet just what we were looking for the view was absolutely gorgeous. Waking up to the Waterview every morning was awesome. A great place to bring your dog because it is hard to find a place to bring your dog these days, I highly recommend anybody wants to stay at her place you there you may never want to leave. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a great time staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were spacious and both bathrooms with tub and shower options were fantastic. The house was clean and had the basic necessities you needed. The location was so convenient. We were only a couple of blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. Around the corner is a convenience store and a few blocks down is a breakfast place. We didn’t get to use the pool during our short stay because we mostly hung out at the beach but it looked nice and clean! Also parking space for two cars was really helpful so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. Kishore is very nice. He reached out to us before checking in to let us know the weather condition and that we can check in early. He is very responsive whenever I had a question. We’d highly recommend staying here!

We had 4 couples along with a single guest in this beautiful house and had more than enough space. The pools were clean and big enough to cool us down. The shared courtyard had several clean gas grills, tons of seating and fun outdoor games. Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms along with 2 spacious decks made Bahama Breeze a house we all hope to visit every year! It is an easy walk to the beach & boardwalk with a lot of places nearby to grab a meal and/or drinks. Having an Acme within a 5 minute drive, cooking at the house was also a great option.

Beautiful home,Better than described, super clean. I highly recommend! We rented the house for week to attend a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased, from the boat slips/ docks for my jetskis, sea kayaks to the heated pool , all great features! Those were just a few things to mention, the entire home and property are drop dead gorgeous and well kept, every little thing you can think of was provided, these people go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family members.

We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

Large, comfortable home. The layout of the home worked great for our large family. Kids could be in a room away from tv for the non parent adults, and allowed also for quiet napping for the very young. I imagine I. Warmer weather even better

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Tiffany has a wonderful home with a beautiful pool. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets. The house is in an excellent location as you can walk to many stores and restaurants. We were extremely happy and had a great time staying for a few days.

Jerry's place was clean and cozy. Everything was supplied as promised and it was a great quiet getaway from the city for a couple days. Great place to chill with my family and the dogs! Would recommend!

Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

We loved our stay! House was perfect for our family and dog! Everything was super clean and such a close walk to the beach! We had packed supplies for the house and none were needed as everything and some was provided! Dawn was super nice and great at communicating to us! We will definitely look to stay again in the future!

My friends and I enjoyed our weekend stay at Igor’s house! Everything was as described on the listing and he left very simple, helpful instructions for check in and check out. Perfect for large groups.

I came here on the first day of spring with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday and I honestly can’t say enough great things about the place. Wendy is a true Superhost, leaving great snacks and beverages which was a blessing for us because we stayed inside that whole first day. She allowed early check in which we truly appreciated. Popping in to say hi and check on us, she is an absolutely hilarious and kind person. Feeding the swans daily was an absolute dream! I even got to take some great birthday photos with them. The screened in porch and backyard was a wonderful hangout spot, absolutely ideal on a warm day. The place actually felt really clean when we got there, which is something we often don’t experience in Airbnb. The bathroom shower was absolutely amazing!! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. This place is an absolute steal, and I highly recommend you book it if you’re looking at it. I truly hope to come back in the future. Thanks again Wendy!

We met family friends for a peaceful, relaxing winter holiday at the beach with a total of 4 little kids. Brogan Cottage was magical. All the "usual" stuff was great (clean, comfortable, well-appointed).... but most remarkable was the HUGE range of amenities and supplies provided. I tried listing them and ran out of space - so just a FEW examples: Everything you need in the kitchen - we cooked dinners, breakfasts and sufganiyot for chanukah with ease. Tons of indoor toys & family games. Outdoor toys, balls, scooters and bikes in great condition. Pack n play, potty seat, and high chair. Butter, olive oil and cream cheese. Band aids and scissors. 4 kinds of laundry soap! So much more. You name it, we found it - ALL the conveniences of home in addition to big trampoline and short walk to the beach. This made vacation with kids so easy! Only minus was limited indoor dining space - best to eat big meals outside (great outdoor space) but on rainy days it could be tricky.

Nancy is a phenomenal host and very accommodating! Her cottage is clean, private, with comfortable beds, and .9 miles to the Bradley Beach boardwalk and all the wonderful towns along the Jersey Shore.
