Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

We booked the apartment to celebrate a 60th birthday with family. The apartment is beautiful, lots of attention to detail and spacious and very responsive hosts. Lovely views across the canal and the hills. Particularly liked walking along the canal for breakfast and the local pub is only across the road. Loved it so much, we booked to come back again whilst still staying there.

Lovely flat within walking distance of Yorkminster and its surrounding areas. Parking permit was a nice touch and made it a no brainer. Suzanne was responsive and helpful when called upon.

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and lovely and responsive hosts. The house was perfect for us, and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. Loved our stay here! Properly cosy and charming and above all, great location for walks, pubs and restaurants. Centre of town and the new Hepworth Gallery just a short drive away; YSP just a short drive the other way – great attractions! And a pleasure to come back here after a day out. We spent a lovely few days in Bradley's house. It's furnished and decorated very tastefully, and we particularly enjoyed the festive decorations, as our stay covered the New Year's Eve. The welcome treats were very thoughtful. The house is within an easy walk to the town centre - with a good selection of shops and a multiplex cinema. It's also very close to a park with a café. The bathroom was a bit chilly during the cold spell (as it's located in an extension to the house), but the heating was easy to switch on and it warmed up all the rooms quickly. The only table (in the lounge) was a bit small for a family of 3, but we managed. The side tables can also be used for "TV dinners", if needed. :) Overall, the value of this property is fantastic, and we'll happily stay there again!

A lovely home from home and extremely elevated space full of beautiful and luxurious touches. Communication was really easy and we wished our trip was longer! A lot of places to visit and walks locally. Near to Bakewell and Buxton for day trips! Would recommend

The Rambler's Retreat is a great stay for people looking for a restful stay with fantastic pubs nearby for drinks, food and entertainment. The location is superb for walks in the countryside with links to Marple canal. Ann was the perfect host by giving us enough space to explore whilst always being there at the end of the phone if we needed her.

What a fabulous gem nestled in the stunning Derbyshire countryside! Wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home, perfectly equipped accommodation and perfect for a stay with the dogs! The enclosed dog paddock was wonderful with enough room for them to run and play safely. The yoga studio was a beautiful place to practice and a real bonus to the stay. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

Loved our stay in Sheffield. Location was perfect - unbelievably quiet as it was so close to restaurants and shops. Easy walk into the centre ( about 1 -1.5 miles) . The apartment was perfect, exactly as described. It had everything we needed , was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Beds were very, very comfy and rooms were spacious. Jermaine was very helpful and responded quickly when we messaged. Would love to return and highly recommend a stay here.

We book a lot of Airbnbs and this is one of the best ones we have stayed in. Paul was friendly and responsive and check in was super easy. The Annex is really lovely and in a great location, right in the centre of Poynton. We were visiting family and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Also a lovely touch leaving us a bottle of wine and a pack of cookies!

The apartment is as described - cosy, compact and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thought has gone into details - such as nice toiletries in the bathroom and a ‘Struggling to sleep’ box by the bed. Andy, the host, was helpful and easy to contact. I had a great time in this place. The property is in a rural area but 5 minutes from the city. Beautiful views of the countryside from the garden because the house is in the hills. The place is an annex to the main house, an old house but well maintained, it's prepared for 2 people but it has lots of space with kitchen+livingroom+bedroom+bathroom. It has a lockbox for self checkin but anyways the hosts waited for me, welcomed me and gave me lots of instructions and tips, and they made everything to be sure I was confortable in the place.

One of the most comfortable and professional places I’ve had the pleasure of staying! Debbie was such a thoughtful host and was super helpful in making my journey to the area as smooth as possible. The space featured very nice decor, with all the amenities you would need for a short trip, and you can tell that cleanliness is a priority. Would love to stay again when I’m next visiting the area!

Spent a long weekend walking in the Peak District with my daughter. Richard is an excellent host who responds quickly. The place is as described, clean, quiet and provides everything in terms of kitchen equipment to make our meals during the time we spent there. The property provides everything needed for a home from home stay. There is a large Tesco and CO-OP in Whaley Bridge. We enjoyed walking Stanage Edge, Jacobs Ladder & Kinder Scout. Bugsworth Basin also provided a lovely flat canal side walk on Monday before our return home. Recommend Bridge Bakery in Whaley Bridge for great selection of post walk cakes, and they also have a really good selection of breakfast in a box.
