Marjory is the kindest, most thoughtful host. And the studio is perfect. Quiet, and surrounded by the most peaceful West Tisbury meadows. It’s the ideal launching place for up island explorations, days at Lamberts Cove, and just generally relaxing and getting into that deep calm of rural Vineyard vibes. I’ll be back!

Amazing experience! In the heart of Provincetown, walkable to the water and restaurants. Yi and Greg were amazing hosts providing a nice small breakfast and some morning conversation to start the day, and were very accommodating to our vegan diets! Would stay again and would recommend to anyone.

I have stayed here many times. it is a historic place that has not been totally upgraded. That is why it is affordable. I hope it never changes. I always love staying here.

This place was exactly what I needed for my trip. Dianne was very responsive, met me at check in, and showed me around. The space is so much larger than it looks in the posting. It feels like a small apartment rather than a spare room. The area is quiet, and a short drive to stores and restaurants. I walked down to the beach, and it was also very peaceful. Please note that the walk to the beach is down a dirt road that cuts through some woods. I would recommend walking shoes and not flip flops. Overall, I loved my stay and highly recommend Dianne's place!

We stayed at Wiz's place for 3 nights and felt right at home! Our stay was super pleasant, there are a lot of things to do in the area and we could have stayed a lot longer. The breakfast was such a nice little touch and the homemade goodies were very much appreciated! Thanks again for everything!!

Daniel's place is lovely. Very cute and well appointed. Check-in and communication were simple. We didn't interact with Daniel that much, he's a very hard worker! So it really felt like having our own place that felt very much like a home. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place for me when I have to come for meetings in the area… Perfectly comfortable, totally friendly hosts, walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants, easy parking, super comfortable bed, fireplace in the winter, what else can you ask for?

Irene and Roger were extremly responsive and considerate even if our arriving was past midnight. We were impressed by their attention to detail, and the morning breakfast they served. They also provided excellent tips on local restaurants and attactions.

The Captain Farris House is the most beautiful and romantic retreat/getaway place to be! Carol and Jeff were the most caring, thoughtful, and resourceful hosts. We had the weekend here anyone could ever hope for!

This is my 20th summer traveling to the Vineyard. And I must admit, my stay at Kathleen's place has been the BEST!!!!!!!! Her place is clean, comfortable, and convenient to all the hot spots in Oak Bluffs. To top it off, I looked forward to the homemade scrumptious breakfast that Kathleen prepared each morning. Moreover, the accommodation comes with premium housekeeping services. Thus, Kathleen is the consummate host- staying at her place will make your Vineyard experience even more memorable.

Beautiful beach house with access to a private beach, kayaks, and the backyard. perfect for enjoying some time on the property and also touring around Falmouth and making a day trip at Martha's Vineyard. Lisa is a very warm and friendly host. You'll have a wonderful stay here!

We absolutely loved staying at Lavender Bay and wished we could have stayed longer! Bill and Tami were wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful! The breakfast each morning on the little balcony was delicious. But what really stood out to us was the beauty of the place. It was so peaceful and quiet, and Bill’s and Tami‘s garden is gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and can recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Cape Cod.

Charles was amazing. Everything was perfect - exceptionally clean and comfortable lodging, incredible breakfast, and Charles was very communicative and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back!!!

Donna and Marc were amazing. They are such nice people with great hospitality. Our room was spotless clean and they really care about sanitation during these challenging times. We felt safe and comfortable staying at LongDell. The breakfast was delicious! We preferred to have our breakfast outside at the table next to their beautiful waterfall fountain and mini pond. They gave us great suggestions on where to eat or where to go. You can borrow the beach chairs and towels from them which was really nice. The beach is 15 minute walk from the Inn, so you don't have to pay for parking at the beach ($25 per day). There is a very nice ice cream shop near LongDell where you can enjoy delicious homemade ice-cream! We went on a walk at the skunknett river wildlife sanctuary nearby which was beautiful! (6 min drive from the Inn). LongDell is a quiet place where you can have some piece of mind and enjoy the positivity around! Thanks you so much Marc and Donna! We are definitely coming back :)

Sara has a lovely, welcoming, comfortable, space. She is a gracious hostess and the setting is truly special, a home in one of the most beautiful, seaside, rural locations.

Very basic room with a phenomenal location. Ptown vibes. If you’d like a little more privacy, you might want to explore options but for me this was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for better. Great memories here

The views alone give this place 10/10! The amazing breakfast and friendly hosts just added to a great stay! Beachfront/waterfront, chairs and towels included! Highly recommend renting a car from this location however, if you’re trying to explore any. Would absolutely stay again!

The room was bright, cozy, and perfect for an overnight. There was some confusion about the location (in some places it was listed as 265 Commercial and in others as 295 Commercial). But Simone cleared that issue up and the location, right in the center of town, proved to be very convenient. I’d definitely stay at Lotus again.

Just like the name says, great place to crash for a couple of nights. It was super cozy and quiet. It is a shared bathroom/shower and did have very limited space. However for it’s price it wasn’t bad at all!

The best of Airbnb, the room was spotlessly clean and quiet, in a beautiful idyllic home on Cape Cod. Nelly was pleasant, available, responsive, and made all elements of the stay very easy and comfortable. She expressed genuine interest in helping me enjoy my time on Cape Cod, and we had a lovely conversation over a delicious breakfast. Exactly the experience I seek on Airbnb, highly recommended.
