Great location. Close to everything! Uber's were easy to get and fairly cheap to get to known places in San Juan. The condo is well air conditioned and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the water ran warm. The kitchen is fully stocked. Check in was a negative experience. I did not have the chance to communicate with Daniel directly, but the interaction with his staff felt unfriendly and unnecessarily aggressive. Being told "Excuse me" via text in a manner I perceived as rude was off-putting and out of the norm for me.While I understand there are policies in place, I felt it was inconsiderate to require payment at the exact moment of my arrival, especially after a long journey. I was under the impression that the small payment could be made within 72 hours, as indicated in the request. Having to put my belongings down outside to address this in an unfamiliar location felt unsafe and unwelcoming. Otherwise, a great place to unwind and enjoy what San Juan as to offer!

Pros: Beautiful views, nice big pool and plunge pool with 24/7 access. Private, remote feeling, but close in enough that it’s still only 10-12 minutes to town. Fairly well equipped kitchen, nice comfy beds, a/c, and full sized fridge. Cons: This place is small - there are only 2 rooms with no living room or sitting area. It’s shared with another rental attached and only separated by a frosted glass door, so you can hear EVERYTHING. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, or ensure there are not others staying during your stay. The gate sometimes sticks and this appears to be an ongoing issue. The owners are very responsive though and will tell you how to bypass it, but still kind of annoying to have to get out of your car and do this. The biggest con was the hot water situation. There is hot water, however, there is a trick to getting it to work, and you only get about 2-4 minutes tops of hot water at a time. Overall not bad and would stay again, but price is too high.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb, and the backyard truly made the entire experience. It was peaceful and private, with a great pool, an area for entertaining, a pool table and outdoor bathroom. The space is perfect for a family reunion or vacation, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Keep in mind, you’ll need a car to get around to and from, but it’s totally worth it for the tranquility and amenities. Abraham, the host, was incredibly attentive and made himself available whenever we needed him. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, fun getaway with family or friends!

The staff was pretty attentive, always checking in on us. There were a few minor issues, but they were fixed quickly. We had to cancel part of our booking, and at least they refunded us for the time we didn't use.

This was great location for anyone who had a rental because it was just close enough to everything and the bnb alone was spacious and modern

Rafael’s place was amazing!! Beautiful!!! Rafael was an excellent host!! Very communicative!!! Went with friends and family and we all had a blast!!! very homey vibes I would definitely a book again!!!!!!! 12/10!!! worth every penny!!!

Tanto el alojamiento como los anfitriones fueron estupendos. La ubicación está muy bien, pero obviamente se necesita coche para ver el resto de la isla. El alojamiento es amplio y estaba muy limpio, ideal para ir de viaje con tus amigos. Y los anfitriones respondían al momento y daban las indicaciones precisas. Estamos muy contentos.
