The place was so amazing.The unit was so big even fits up to 10 pax. The rooms were clean and smells good.We love the sorroundings so peaceful , the view was serene.Even the free parking was very spacious. The place and the unit in-charge Jerome was so responsive.Highly recommended.Will surely looking forward to be in this place again.

Very accommodating hosts! Waited for us to arrive and met with us before we left. Everything was clean. Internet was a bit spotty but you just need to restart it.

Sharing some love for Rosey’s Place! From the seamless communication with the host to the easy check-in process, everything was a breeze. The property's spaciousness was perfect for our group of 11, and the kitchen had all the essentials, making meal prep a delight. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Sobrang accommodating ng hosts. They even let us call them para mabigyan malinaw na instructions yung driver going to airbnb. They even assisted us personally na nung hirap kami kumonnect sa wifi. Kumpleto gamit from kusina to kwarto up to cr ikaw na lang kulang. Quickly responds sa mga inquiries and questions. Will definitely check in here again pag bumalik kami subic!

A great quiet place within walking distance of everything you could desire. The host and security there are very friendly and helpful when I had a few minor issues due to myself. Recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly short-long term visits in the SBMA area. Thank you again for the host and security Sam!

The room was clean, and look like on pictures. The washing machine was working well, the bathtub was great. I enjoyed the balcony view. The hotel itself is luxurious, however one lift was in maintenance. Will stay again. The host was responsive and accommodating.

If you ever wanted to design your own "man cave penthouse", this place is exactly that! Exactly as pictured and well-designed in every way. A big step in quality above most rentals in the Philippines. Speaking of which, noise is always a wild card with rentals in the Philippines, but this unit is great because it's near the top of the building and faces the interior courtyard, not the street, so it's quiet. Jacq is a very organized, friendly guy who takes the utmost pride in presenting his place in pristine condition. It is personally cleaned by him and his family to a standard that rivals 5-star hotels in the West. I can't say enough positive things about this property. Go experience it yourself!
