This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was so nice. The location was perfect there were lots of different restaurants to choose from. In the cottage there was DVDs and board games which was amazing. Overall it was a great stay. Highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay :)

We loved staying here! There was SO much space, it felt very homey and cozy. The backyard was beautiful! This is an amazing home to stay in with tons and tons of room.

We had high expectations, and they were exceeded. There were so many well thought out small details that don't show up in the description -- all of which added to the lovely experience. We had a wonderful time. A few additional notes. We had a cold weather stay (March). As it is a stand alone guest house, I was a bit concerned about it being chilly. It was incredibly well and evenly heated. I suspect it is a heated floor as the floor itself was also nice and warm everywhere. The hot tub is particularly wonderful -- much better than your average hot tub. Spacious, various seating options, warm, and a very enjoyable atmosphere in that little side fenced area. Note that some activities/museums are closed in March, so be sure to research ahead. It didn't detract from our lovely time, but good to know in advance. We also found some surprising restaurant gems in Orillia (Toronto Pho Orillia and Picnic Tapas and Wine were two favourites). Better than advertised! Fantastic choice!

On top of how beautiful the place was, Alison was the perfect host. It’s obvious that she loves what she does. Her place was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The quality of the items in her place was superior to most places that I’ve been. I would highly recommend her place and would love to come back again for our next wedding in that area. Thoroughly enjoyed El Eden for our annual ‘Girls’ weekend. Seven (maturish 😁) ladies all thoroughly enjoyed everything this house has to offer. We loved the privacy and being surrounded by nature. The beds were very comfortable, there’s nice comfortable seating areas inside & out. The pool was a little chilly (being the 3rd week in Sept) but several brave souls made use of it after the hot tub, which was a big hit. Had fun using the tennis court for our introduction to pickle ball. Our group would definitely come back again. Thanks Joanna. We had a super time.

Great place in such a beautiful cozy community! Communication with Ali was fast and easy and his cottage was clean and bunch of useful amenities. 10 min walk from beach, overall great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing cottag. very clean and spotless. The place was well-equipped with lots of entertainment options and fun activities for everyone. One of the highlights for us was definitely the hot tub — it was such a relaxing experience, especially in the peaceful and beautiful environment. We’re already planning to come back, and next time we’ll definitely stay for more than two days to fully enjoy everything the cottage has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay. Mj’s home was perfect for five of us to get together for the Family Day weekend. It is bright, spacious, clean, and modern, and has a fantastic layout. It was equipped with everything you could ever need. And the small touches - coffee, tea, and treats - really made us feel welcome. MJ and Bruno are excellent hosts - they are responsive, easy to communicate with, and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We would love to return again!

What a gorgeous place to get away from the city for a few days. The comfortable studio has everything you'd need during your stay. The fields are great for walking (especially if you have a dog), and there are all kinds of magnificent hiking trails nearby. My arrival coincided with a massive ice storm and Vince and Miranda were in touch every step of the way, keeping me updated on conditions and options. They were a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to returning next time I need a taste of the country.

A super quiet and cozy zen den. We really enjoyed settling in here after a full day of skiing. Away from the busy downtown, the location is great. The water pressure in the shower is heavenly!

We absolutely loved the cottage it was perfect for our week at the beach. The beach itself was just steps away and was absolutely beautiful with calm,clear water and friendly neighbours. There is a strong sense of community in the area. We really loved the outdoor shower which was a family favourite. We will defiantly come back to this cottage again and again if we can.

Cathy's place is wonderful. The home is open and spacious with a great layout. Everything was comfortable and just right. The home is in an ideal location to get to both Wasaga and Collingwood and also right in town if need anything. I would definitely book here again next time I am in town. Thank you Cathy!

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Woodward by the Beach! The home was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with the essentials. We especially loved the fire! The host, Kevin, was extremely responsive and even took the time to provide us with recommendations for snow tubing, tobogganing, restaurants, and cafes. The home is in a great location and there are no shortage of activities, restaurants, and shops within short driving distance. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Thank you Kevin!

The romantic rustic cabin getaway was exactly what we were craving for a weekend escape! The cabin was so well decorated and had everything we needed. There were many thoughtful touches (chocolate covered strawberries at our arrival, dog treats and cute doggie bed, ample bottled water, nice robes). We had a great time using all the amenities too! The wood fire stove, propane fire pit, BBQ, and board games were all great additions that we had fun using. We loved having access to the hot tub and the spa-like indoor shower. Additionally, we really enjoyed walking around the snowy grounds as they were so beautiful. Sandra went above and beyond to make our stay so special. We can tell she really cares about hosting and curating a relaxing getaway for her guests. We highly recommend and will certainly be back!

We really loved our stay here. We have a 6 and 2 year old and this cottage was the perfect size for the 4 of us. I like that it’s all one level, and floors are a clean hardwood. The road in front of the cottage is so quiet and feels private. A great place to kick the ball around and jump in puddles. Hot tub and games room made this place extra special. Would love to come visit in the summer, and enjoy the beach type amenities that are just a short walk away.

We absolutely loved Patricia's home. It's a gorgeous, huge, amazing space, with 2 huge living rooms which was great with many people. The views from the kitchen alone were just lovely. I could have stayed in that kitchen for weeks. Everyone had their own rooms and lots of privacy. The wood burning stove leaves a great smell in the air, and warms your soul. Loads of blankets everywhere. Lots of towels for the hot tub and sauna. And the kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could need. We made some amazing meals there. The town of Coldwater is a lovely little town with great shops. Everyone is so friendly. And I highly recommend checking out Em's Cafe for their amazing scones! Can't wait to come back again!
