Not to mention how beautiful the home is and the nice surprises that came with it upon arrival ❤️ Definitely want to stay again!

Jacob's place was spotless and right on the water. It worked perfectly for a guys ice fishing weekend. Jacob was very responsive and the house was exactly as described. Will be looking forward to booking this house many years to come for an annual tradition.

We were looking for a short get-a-way not too far from home to relax and enjoy a hot tub with nice scenery. That’s exactly what we got! This time of year the location was very private and quiet. Host was excellent with communication. Place was nicely decorated and very new and clean. We never used the smaller building but it would be nice for a family or a bigger group.

We absolutely loved our stay in the cabin! It comfortably fit our family of 11 plus the pups, and had all of the necessary comforts of home already supplied. Beautiful property, stunning views, and Erin was extremely friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to all of our questions and oddball requests. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Alejandra was a was an excellent hostess. The house and its location would be ideal for a small to medium family looking to have summer fun and make beautiful memories at a lake. The location, due to being near a lake, is a little out of the way - but that was a feature rather than a bug. The home was clean and had all mentioned amenities.

Best place to stay for privacy and comfort for such a large group of people. The upper porch and kitchen area are each big enough to hold your entire group to hang out together. I rented this property for my bachelor party, where we used the frankly HUGE tables to support up to 12 people at a time playing large format war games, so if your gaming group is looking for a place to stay, highly recommend. I liked it enough that the wife and I are thinking of planning a group trip next year and staying again. Easy access to Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids for a day trip was also great. Check out Wax Wings brewery for sure if you’re into beer.

Plenty of room for a large group! Great hosts! Beds were super comfy. I liked how ducked away it was in a safe neighborhood.

This was a very nice place! Located in a cute, safe neighborhood. Only about a 5 minute drive from Meijer, target, restaurants, etc. The house was as pictured. The beds were a little firm for me but other girls in the house liked them. Tam answered quickly and was helpful with their responses. Would love to come back in the summer to make use of the outdoor area/pool!

Great place to stay! Well for family trips and with a lot to do. My family had a great time & we look forward to booking again during summer time. It’s a really cute place & neighbors were nice and friendly. The place was very cute.

Robb was such a super host! This place was so nice and welcoming. My boyfriend and I had a lovely time here and we got to meet the pups! We recommend staying here as it feels like home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay! It was an amazing time! Everything was as described and was very clean. We had one minor problem with the thermostat and she was quick to respond and help fix the issue! I will definitely book with them again and would recommend to anyone!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Everything is very updated, the living space on the main floor is an open concept, which was great with a large group. Chelsie was a wonderful host, very responsive with returning my messages prior to booking, and she checked in with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and asking if we had any questions about anything during our visit. Every little detail was perfect, having shampoo & conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker in the shower, cards and games for us to use, these are just a few of the examples. We felt so at home here. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Grand Rapids not far from downtown, and you are looking for a place that feels like home- this is the one! So many restaurants, bars, and things to do near by. We hope to visit again in the summer months so we can make use of the beautiful outdoor patio area and of course the pool. Everyone in our group loved it here!

We had a great little getaway. It was right on the lake- very peaceful and quiet. Hot tub was amazing.they had kayaks and a paddle boat but we didn't use them because the weather was a little chilly. We just went with our baby and dog but there's plenty of space for a large group. The only issue was it was a little dusty and living room furniture was pretty old. The restaurants close by are delicious and the area itself felt very safe. Frank and Mike are super responsive. Overall had a really great stay!

Cute cottage..found the back deck & view to be very relaxing..enjoyed kayaks & paddleboard as well :)

Me and my girlfriend stayed with a couple of our friends for the week it was great and Joshua was a great host, he was there whenever he was needed and even when he wasn’t will definitely be booking again in the summer!!

We had a wonderful stay. Stacy was a pleasure to work with. The lake was beautiful. Will stay again if we’re back in town.
