Adriana and her husband are the best! It's a clean comfy space with all you need and fantastic amenities. I felt very safe there. I thought that the occasional train in the background might be a problem but it wasn't at all. I extended my stay to a month.

We had a great stay. Luis was a wonderful host. He was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the location. Travel tip: LA requires driving no matter where you stay. We were able to get to Pasadena, Glendale shopping, and the LA Arboretum easily. With the right timing (driving outside typical work traffic hours) we got to downtown LA, Venice Beach, and Disneyland with ease. The bed and supplied cot were both very comfortable. The kitchen was clean including cookware and dishes, as well as a full-sized refrigerator/freezer for our left overs from local restaurants. There was an a/c we didn’t need and a small electronic fireplace/space heater that was enough to knock the chill out of the room. The unit is away from the main house and is very quiet and private. We felt very safe and comfortable in such a quiet, nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and will look to book for a future stay.

We had a nice month-long stay here in March. The unit is modern, spotless, bright, and very quiet. It’s a good size for a couple and had everything we needed— a comfortable bed, quiet and efficient AC/heating, good internet, washer &dryer (located outside behind the other unit), a big TV, and a basic kitchen for daily cooking (While the kitchen knives were small and not very sharp, the pans were on the smaller side, and there weren’t quite enough essentials like salt and oil for a long-term stay, these were minor issues and easily manageable.) The location is good—just a 10-minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park and another 10 minutes to larger towns for groceries and other necessities. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend this place!

This place was on a cute, quiet street, lovely for an evening walk. Monrovia's a great town, and grocery stores were an easy drive away. Laundry is in a garage separated from the house, just to make it clear that there is indeed laundry available. Loved seeing the mountain from the back yard!

Picture match place perfectly. Jasmin was very responsive and nice. Would highly recommended and easy to get into. Clean space plenty of room. Shaded parking for your car and close.

Tracy and Colleen's place is comfortable and functional. The bed and pillows are also very comfortable + the place had everything you need for short and long term stays. The outdoor space is also delightful. We loved watching the sunset everyday from the front porch with the birds and the occasional bunny or desert squirrel. The location is great. We loved how close it is to the National park. We stayed for almost 3 months and enjoyed our stay. Tracy and Colleen were responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a couple concerns upon check-in and they were prompt in answering and handling our concern. We both work from home and they were kind to leave a desk for us which was super helpful. Thank you again.

Bryan is a fantastic host and highly responsive when answering questions about his place and activities in Big Bear. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Snow Summit, making it incredibly convenient for skiing or snowboarding. I would definitely stay here again!"

This place was as describe We had some issues with the washer But was compensate for the Inconvenience which was great The maintenance went beyond and above The shower is really small need updates But the location was by food shops And the host was amazing they allowed early check and check out .. it gets really cold at night .. u can always request additional blankets

The place was super clean. It had a hotel feel but also felt homey like an apartment. Having a full kitchen was great, the bed was super comfortable and the TV was nice. Everything I needed was there! I had to evacuate the fires so I didn’t bring any kitchen items with me and it was great to have a toaster and strainer among everything else. The only annoying thing was the lights in the hallway upon entering the building. I came at night and for some reason, the motion-sensors lights would turn off every time I unlocked the door so I couldn’t see well climbing up the stairs while unloading my car. As a single female, I agree it did feel a bit unsafe at night but during the day, I could see the area was pretty safe. A few restaurants would play loud music but I couldn’t hear it from my room, just when I was outside. The waterfall shower was really nice and it was a perfect place to recover. They also let me bring my bunnies who quite enjoyed their stay.

This quaint room was very clean, very quiet, safe & comfortable. I’ll most definitely stay again if I’m ever in need when I’m back in this area. The team was accommodating and kind.

This was a quick get-away for my wife and I and this place was perfect! So close to Snow Summit that we could quickly walk to and from the lifts for our day skiing. The place is one of the better we have ever rented in the area, comfortable beds and couches. Nicely updated all around from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We would quickly return with our daughter for another stay in the future. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay! Exactly as pictured and described, a little smaller than I had in my head but plenty of space for 2 adults. Please keep in mind this is a suburb of LA and we had a car rental. Don't expect getting into the LA core to be a breeze, LA traffic is horrid but it's close the highway so still convenient, traffic aside. A 7-Eleven is right across the street, super convenient to have. As it is by the lobby, noise can sometimes be an issue as people loiter right outside the door but that personally didn't bother me. Laundry room is also right beside the room so that was nice. If I had to pick one complaint it would be the water temperature. Shower was temperamental. It was either ice cold or piping hot. 😭 But everything was fantastic so I'd still stay here again despite the shower issues.

A very clean and cozy place in a great area. Host is very kind and easy to communicate with. We had a small issue with internet and he helped us take care of it quickly. I think it’s great for two people , but I was traveling with my parents so it was a little tight but overall very nice stay. I would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area.

Super nice lake front suit ! Stunning views , very calms and peaceful. Close to all amenities. They also have an entertainment daily schedule which was a surprise

It was a wonderful stay. Private, comfortable, & good amenities all nestled in beautiful surroundings! I was a bit unprepared for the limited kitchen (no stove or dishwasher) but I can cook most anything on a BBQ. Next time I would bring paper plates, plastic cups & silverware so clean up is faster. Overall, this was exactly the kind of weekend we wanted! Thank you!
