We spent an entire month at The Perfect Place after losing our home in the Eaton Fires. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 dogs and 2 humans :) the kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked at home a couple times. The couch is super comfy for TV watching or just hanging out: We took some really beautiful walks and LOVED some of the restaurants around there. James was very responsive and sweet to us. Thank you! Highly recommend this well-appointed spot in Pomona! The house was exactly as described and pictured - clean, pleasant, and spacious. Ann and Joel were responsive, helpful, and made checking in and out such a breeze. The backyard, right down to the patio, fairy lights, and space to run around with a toddler, was exactly what I was looking for. And because of the lemon and orange trees, and the jasmine that blooms around the neighborhood, walking out your door is a bit like lighting a Jo Malone candle. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting friends or family in the area, or for anyone who’s attending the nearby (in walking distance!) LA County Fair and want to make a weekend of it.

This place was perfect. Designed very well, super clean, roomy, and comfortable. The container pool was a hit. Definitely would stay here again. And the location was awesome.

We stayed here during the first weekend of Coachella and it was well worth the drive! Wished we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy all that it has to offer, especially in the area. Ghazal’s home is exactly like the photos, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day. It’s perfect and quiet, literally a home away from home. Definitely will be back when we visit again!

We lost our home of 20 years in the Eaton and had to turn to Airbnb for a place to live rather than a way to vacation. Prince was very accommodating and his placed served as a great location to re-set after such an enormous loss. We are grateful to the community of Alhambra and the neighbor’s around Prince’s place for making us feel welcome and safe. The place absolutely served its purpose. We cooked, we watched tv, we slept, and we were able to return to work and school with some sense of normalcy. Thank you Prince. We appreciate you.

If you want to get away from it all this is the place! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the garage game room was fun. The stargazing is amazing while enjoying the fire pit. Very nice!

Very happy with our stay! Great location, not far from JTNP main entrance and 5 minutes from a couple hidden gem trails (High View and Panorama Loop) if you want to avoid the crowds and lines at the main entrance! Really nice backyard space, perfect for post-hike siestas or evening pickleball. Spacious and comfy interior, and the bunk beds mean a large group can share with everyone getting their own bed (ie perfect for my bachelor party). Well stocked kitchen, zero complaints!

What an awesome place! Overall probably one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The furnishings were so eclectic, fun and the attention to detail was amazing. The backyard oasis is to die for- so relaxing (despite the windy weather). Andrzej was easy to communicate with and our stay could not have been better.

Wow - this house is phenomenal; gorgeous, clean, spacious, perfectly decorated, carefully stocked, with the MOST comfortable beds at any Airbnb, ever! It was our second time staying here and was even better than the first! We will be back!

Our group (4 adults + 1 fifteen yr old ) had a great stay at Sarah's. Sarah was super communicative and helpful, offering to let us check in early (even though our plans didn't allow it). The house is everything in the pictures, and more. The backyard was fantastic, with numerous seating areas that could easily accommodate a much larger party than just the 5 of us. The location is great, very close to the North and West entrances of Joshua Tree National Park, and a little over an hour away from Palm Springs and the Indian Canyons (which we highly recommend). Grocery stores are close by (great for grilling on the front porch and soaking in the expansive views with a drink in hand), and a number of restaurants a short drive away (we particularly enjoyed the atmosphere at the Kitchen in the Desert). We would definitely return for another stay!

Really great house! Check in was easy and communication was efficient. Hot tub first evening never felt “hot” but I assume that it has to do with cold pipes overnight because it got much hotter the next day/evening. Ample towels and the throws in the closets were a great touch for the night we stayed in.

Great place to stay. Everything was exactly as described / shown in the photos. David was very responsive to any questions I had. It was very quiet and peaceful. The fence around the property added privacy,which was nice. Loved the spa!

We had a great stay here. The house is very large! We brought our whole family and had a blast. We grilled on the bbq and sat around the fire pit and watched the meteor shower. I wish the neighbors would turn off their super bright outdoor lights at night but that's nothing against this house.

The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable! Basic necessities for kitchen and bathroom were provided. Extra towels, bedding fans, and heaters were also available to use. The kids enjoyed the boardgames. Audrey was very proactive and communicative when an issue with one of the trees on her property that posed a problem from a storm few days prior. She was trying to remedy the problem and even allowed us the option to stay at her property while I contact AirBNB customer support to assist with what our options were if we needed to relocate . unfortunately, Airbnb customer service had me on hold for 1hr before I hung up. Audrey was understanding and flexible with our situation and provided us the option to stay and even extended the time of check out. We highly recommend this property and host! Thanks Audrey!

To be honest Marianne made me feel like I was staying with family. She was very informative, helpful,friendly and very much invested in our comfort. Thank you for attention to the details that made our stay so memorable. I definitely recommend that if you are lucky enough to be selected by her that you run and book now!!!

I came back for my 4th visit, just me and my dog, because it’s such a great relaxation spot, inside and out. I love the deck, kitchen, hot tub and walking the neighborhood. Sandra is very responsive and friendly, so I always know I can reach out if I have a question or want a recommendation. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend her cabin! It’s adorable!

Heather's place is wonderful! Heather was communicative before and during our stay and check in was a breeze. I would recommend her place to anyone looking to visit Joshua Tree.

We were on a project in the area and stayed at Lexis & Zach's. It was exactly as described, comfortable and very clean. The location and house was just perfect!

Christina’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Cozy little place with a beautiful view. Christina was a great host and very accommodating and so sweet. We accidentally damaged her electric water heater and I wanted to reimburse her, but she insisted it was OK! Definitely will booked this place again sometime in March

The cabin was great. We really appreciated the little details put in by the hosts that made our stay much more enjoyable. Communication was great and hosts responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Two (minor) things that keep me from giving the place a perfect rating are the dog hair. I understood that the place was pet friendly but we did encounter a bit of dog hair on the floors, couches, and some of the throw blankets. Also the tv remote for the living room tv was in rough shape and made using the tv a bit frustrating at times. Again, these two things did not ruin the trip at all but worth noting. Overall it was a great family trip and we would definitely recommend the cabin to any one of our friends.
