We had a great few nights here, perfect and peaceful location, a pub within walking distance and many other restaurants and pubs surrounding that you could drive to. Jacqui was attentive and very helpful with plenty of recommendations of walks we could do that were local to the accommodation. The cabin itself was lovely, had electric heating and a log burner too for the chill in the evenings! I would recommend to friends and even re visit!

We had a fabulous 2 nights stay in Milsom cottage . The view was amazing and the cottage so cosy and warm from the AGA . The peace and quiet was glorious! The cottage’s fixtures and fittings and amenities were of great quality and it felt like a real treat to be staying there . We would definitely return, there is still so much to see and do in the area . Thank you Victoria for a lovely stay

Perfect peaceful stay. It was everything we were looking for in a relaxing weekend away. Victoria has a beautiful and picturesque home. She was generous with all her tips and information about what was good locally, and kindly provided a nice hamper of provisions on arrival which was over and above what we expected. Would recommend.

I'm trying to figure out what words I could possibly use to describe how I felt waking up in this stunning cottage! We arrived at night, and Victoria was extremely helpful. The cottage lights were lit to help us find the cottage and once inside, we were blown away with how beautiful it was. Easy to heat up, amazingly comfortable bed, and clean! We woke up after a great sleep, to the sound of birds and the views! Wow! Breath taking, just stunning! We couldn't capture it by picture, but we leave with memories of a beautiful place and great places to eat. The locals are lovely and we felt safe. We didn't actually leave the cottage too much as we came to rest and sleep! We did walk, we did eat a lot, we did rest.. what more could you ask for?! Its an incredible place to visit, a host who cares that you love the visit and we left feeling we'd been away for a long time. Incredible! Thank you Victoria, long may you host! 😊

Where to start. The place is far beyond what it looks like in the photos. It’s truly stunning. Hosts were amazing! We got in late and the fire was on, place was toasty and the hot tub had been fired up and was ready to go. The place was mint, stunning and the views were something else. Such a wonderful place and we will definitely go back someday. Truly the best Airbnb we have done. Thanks so much.

We couldn’t fault the accommodation. It was beautiful, even my 3 year old said as we walked through the front door. Zoe met us upon arrival after she had gone to the local town to purchase some local goods for us - fresh farm bought cows milk, homemade biscuits and crisps. It genuinely was home from home. Everything was made easy, clear instructions, lots of crockery and cutlery. Things we had bought from home but didn’t need them. Zoe literally had thought of everything. There were two different families staying in the house, both with children and the sleeping arrangements was perfect. The house layout was fab too. There is lots to do locally plus within a short drive even more. We would highly recommend Zoe’s place and would love to go back to explore even more of the area.

What a great place.. we came out for a quiet stay and we got it. Luckily the weather was good too so we could sit out in the mornings and have breakfast watching over the lake. Really peacful and something that I am envious off leaving behind. Mike was really good and met us at the start and end of the visit to help with bags which was a really nice touch. As was his easy going nature when we rocked up with a car full of sick due to my son throwing up en -route (dodgy school meal). Mike was a great host and his place was superb. We could have just as comfortably stayed in all through the duration, it was that comfy. We didnt even stroke the cows chin, much as Mike suggested we should. Maybe next time as we would certainly be back. Thanks Mike for being such a great host!

We chose the house because it was in a very good position for us to spend time with our family. We felt at home straight away and it was spacious,so lovely to have our granddaughter to come and spend quality time with us. Next time we come to visit we would book with Natasha again.

We spent a lovely weekend at Dawn's place. Everything was absolutely perfect. Dawn is one of the best host I have ever met on airbnb. The house was well equiped and spotless clean. The hot tube was brilliant and already heated up by the time we arrived. The parking space was secure and big enough for a Defender. BBQ was clean and ready to go with the coal provided. The pub basically next door was great too. I really can't fault the place for anything. It felt like home from the first moment.

We had a wonderful time staying in Barrys home. The house contained a lot of memorabilia and artwork, which at times could be over stimulating but kept us entertained at the same time. The property had all you could ask for and more. The contact with Barry was easy, friendly and informative. We would highly recommend Barry and his wonderful home.

Amazing place for children, the outdoor space is magical and so much for them to do. Beautiful surroundings and the hosts were lovely. A few things in the house were a bit wonky but overall a great stay.

We had such a lovely stay- the flat was really well equipped- with so many toys and books for the children and everything you might need in the kitchen. The complimentary bread, butter and coffee was a nice touch. Aside from the house some of the activities seemed quite expensive such as bike hire but the canoeing around the lake was well worth it. Overall we had a fab time and found Suus to be very helpful. Thank you.
