Verla's cabin was definitely cozy and in such a perfect location 😊. We had a wonderful weekend there taking in the beautiful views and relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend!

The cabin was absolutely lovely. Had a relaxing time either in the hot tub or curled up next to the nice wood burning fireplace. Everything was very cozy. Communication with the owner, Craig, was top notch. Very nice people and a very nice and cozy place to stay. Would love to come back next winter! Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, everything was working properly, and we felt comfortable. The views are amazing and the extra amenities such as the jacuzzi and pool table added to our experience. Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to come back.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Faith and Michael’s lovely home. We felt so cozy, accommodated, and comfortable here; this is the perfect location to take a break from Phoenix and just get acquainted with nature at the various national parks. The hot tub was perfect, the kitchen was great to use (we cooked most of our visit), and our hosts were very quick to respond to my messages. Highly recommend staying here if you can - you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed our stay. It was just my husband snd myself and I guess I didn’t realize how big the house was. The kitchen was very large. The house backed up against forest. It was very quiet. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi . Looking forward to our next visit.

The Ranch in Payson is a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Clean, well organized, modern interior and easy to find. Bob gives clear directions to find the address and Google maps leads you right to the exact location. The property itself is gorgeous and quiet. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, this is it. Well worth the trip to visit Payson and the surrounding area. We were very pleased with our choice to stay at The Ranch, we highly recommend it for your journey to Northern Arizona.

Beautiful home in an idyllic location. We went for a girl's getaway but this would be a wonderful home for families. The deck overlooks the pickleball/basketball court and it would be easy to keep an eye on kiddos while you relax on the deck and listen to the sound of the river. The home is tastefully furnished and incredibly comfortable. It felt like home the minute we walked in. Everything was very well organized and easy to find. They thought of everything you would need to enjoy a stay but may not have thought to bring. Coloring books and pencils for the kids, board games, a range of DVDs, equipment for outdoor activities. They kitchen and fridge were squeaky clean and had everything we needed to cook and clean up after. The beds were comfortable with quality linens and really great pillows. The blankets were so cozy and perfect to snuggle up on the sofa with. They thought of everything so we could just relax and enjoy our time. 100% will be back with hubby! Thank you, Lauren!

Melissa's home was truly a great home. You feel like you are at home when you walk in. The pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen had EVERY piece of cookware needed to make a thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen also included all the basic seasonings. Towels and Linens well stocked as well. The doggie door and fenced in yard was great. Neighborhood was very peaceful yet close to all the attractions. The one bedroom was split to the lower level which allowed for the couples in the group to have privacy. Overall just great house for money spent. I have it saved on my list and hope to be back!

We love Christa’s place. The big fenced in yard was great for our dogs & beautiful walks right down the road. We felt safe in the neighborhood & all neighbors we met were friendly. Close to Roosevelt Lake, just wished we brought our boat! Christa responds quickly to requests & even bought a humidifier for us! The heating & cooling system worked great. Had everything you need! Nick’s place is a great cozy little cabin, it has everything you need, and if you’re traveling with a dog the yard is fully fenced. The road is a bit rough to get there so you probably don’t want to drive your low slung sports car there.

Beautiful cabin and well kept. Remote area which is perfect for star gazing at night. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to any that need a little time away from city life.

We loved our stay at Eredka’s cabin! It was very peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable in your home. The cabin was very clean everything was labeled so it was easy to find! It’s a very beautiful home! I would definitely stay here again! This is the second time we stayed at Cabin 6 and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We had room for everyone to spread out and relax. There are plenty of games and things to do at the cabin or around the mountain if you like to explore. The patio with a private piece of the forest is my favorite part. It is close to town, easy to find and has plenty of parking. The cabin was stocked with the essentials most would need. If you plan to cook your own meals bring all your ingredients. I forgot olive oil but was able to get some at the Saloon since the store didn’t have any. The hosts were great, very informative, and reply quickly. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful quiet location, with beautiful views! The home itself is great as well, and has everything you need. Taking a short walk along the river is very nice to do, and we highly recommend enjoying the stars on a clear night! Highly recommend this place! Just note that there is no cell reception or wifi available (at our time of staying here). We would love to visit again!

This is a great, quiet place to get away from everything. Paula was great - good communication, good directions to the house. The house is very well stocked with everything you might need! We appreciated the farm fresh eggs, as well as having some pantry staples. Beds were comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was really what we were looking for,family and kid friendly.The house was well maintained with great space,all on same floor and it looked super big. The nice yard area was spacious, serene and quiet.We really enjoyed our stay.The check-in instructions were very clear and host were super responsive whenever needed. Overall great experience

What a gorgeous home. The home has great windows, beautiful large trees and landscaping. Absolutely great back yard. There are so many beautiful items in the house, I saw something new everyday. There's a great play room/TV room along with a really cool living room area that is perfect for conversations. You are central to everything in Payson. I highly recommend renting this place!

My husband and I had a relaxing and peaceful weekend at Lori's place. It sits right up against the National Forrest and snowed the 1st night...breathtaking! The house had everything we needed and Lori has it decorated so cute and cozy! I have Verizon cell service and was able to use my Hotspot. Great service! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Payson!

Second time here. My kids love the goats next door and the neighbor is kind. Home is cozy and peaceful in the middle of nature. Close to creek. Nice walks in morning and early evenings. -Would recommend more instructions on thermostat for operating heating instructions - not everyone is tech savvy! -Loved the snacks but just double check expiry. Would stay again. Cute house in Payson surrounds . Host very responsive which was great.
