The family lived the place! It was super big with huge kitchen. Dining nook, large living room, combo washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub in both bathrooms down stairs and up stairs. Great windows and view. Do note outside lights do not turn off until after 2am, if lights will bother you. About 10mins to Attitash, 20 minutes to Wild Cat. Great place in between. The indoor pool water was a bit cold and a little out dated, same with hot tub, the outdoor hot tub jets were not working. Year round out door pool was ok, water was a tad too cold. I cannot say anything about seasonal pools as they were closed.

Had a great stay for our Waterville ski weekend. Jacob was very welcoming and responsive. Location very convenient to the mountain. Comfy family room to relax in after a day on the slopes with the gas fireplace!

My family loved this house! The property is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed being close to Conway, but out of the crowds and traffic. The layout of the house gave everyone their own space, while also offering the downstairs area where we could all sit together and watch TV or play ping pong. The house feels very homey and welcoming--lots of cute touches. Even before we left, we were all talking about renting this house again next year, but for longer next time, so we could fully enjoy the pool, tennis court and lovely deck! Highly recommend!!

The house was exactly as described and seen in the photos, a large, beautiful, authentic log cabin in the woods. The setting was quiet and beautiful though conviently right off the main road. We enjoyed cross country skiing, ice skating and a sleigh ride in Jackson (about 30 min away) and shopping in North Conway (about 20 min). Eileen made sure we were plowed and shoveled regularly during the snow storm so we enjoyed curling up by the fire and watching a movie on the large tv. My mother in particular enjoyed all the vintage decor which brought back childhood memories.

Had a quick weekend getaway at Keith's place. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and great communication.

We were up for a hockey tournament, and stayed with 2 families. It was comfortable to hang out and sleep. I love the decor of the place! It felt like home!

Our Family get together was a major success! Ned was friendly and kind and made the check in process as easy as possible. The entire home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures and the amenities were exactly what we wanted from the pool table to the Hot Tub it was all amazing, and we had more than enough room to accommodate everyone and made so many memories. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Excellent host and rental unit. Very clean & cozy with great access to Attitash, as well as all that North Conway has to offer. Will absolutely be returning for another visit soon!

This accommodation was perfect for skiing at Waterville Valley. It was super close to the mountain ( about 6 minute drive). The house was comfortable, I am picky about beds and they were very comfortable. So close to the town square which was nice. About 16 minutes to the house from the highway. Molly was an exceptional host, we frequently use air bnb and she was the best host yet. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the Waterville valley area for ease of getting around, and the xo fort of the home.

This rental was so peaceful and relaxing. I stayed with my boyfriend, my friend, and her son. We had a very comfortable sleep and made a great breakfast the next morning. We were delighted to find all we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the games provided by the host. I cannot explain how peaceful and quiet our morning was! It was super clean and organized and the instructions were very clear. Brad the host, was so responsive and reliable. We typically do not pay that much for a night stay though booking last minute, it was all that was left and we are not complaining! Summer would be the best time to visit with all of the provided activities.

let me start out by saying this house is exactly as described and depicted on the website. plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 bigger kids. enough seating space, kitchen utensils, linens, towels. the game room was a big hit for the old and young boys. the moms lived the warm, cozy sunroof. the house has great windows with lots of light. it was spotlessly clean. a snowplow took care of the storm..plowing and shoveling several times..Judith was easy to work with. instructions , as well as things to do, were available in a binder. we had a great week and all hope to come back here.

The house is awesome: lake view, lake direct access, large kitchens, someone plowed the driveway after the snow storms. We had a great stay, did ice skating on the lake, kings pine ski center is family friendly.

Our stay was amazing! Great location and the space was perfect for our big family to come home to after long days of skiing (especially the hot tub)! The house had everything we needed for a wide array of children and pets. And our host, Jess, was very responsive and super friendly. We hope to come back someday!

We had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s place. This extremely spacious house was perfect for our family and the WiFi worked great for those of us who were working from home. We specifically enjoyed the cozy fire place on some cold winter days! Conveniently located close to several ski mountains, Kyle’s home was like a little oasis surrounded by nature. Kyle was a wonderful host and was very responsive to any of our inquiries. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

Absolutely beautiful home, pristine, peaceful, warm and comfortable. Lovely bedrooms, amazingly comfortable beds, the most well-appointed kitchen of any AirBnB I've ever stayed in. Outstanding entertainment spaces. We were sad to leave! Wonderful, kind, and very responsive hosts. 100% recommend!

The house is great - it accommodated our party of 12 (6 kids and 6adults) comfortably. It is steps aways from the slope which is so nice. If you plan to cook meals at the house I’d recommend packing cooking oils, seasonings, and food storage (aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc) bc there are none of these items. There are also a limited number of pans. Otherwise the house is fantastic!

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! Justine reached out to us ahead of time to offer an earlier check in because of the snowstorm, which made travel much smoother. She was communicative and friendly and the cabin was exactly as described! The surroundings are peaceful and the kids had a wonderful time in the snow. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

This place was fantastic for our girls trip!! We want to come back this summer with our families! The place was clean and walking to lots of shops and restaurants. We had an issue and she was quick to respond and resolve our issue. Great place and great host! We are already planning our next trip!

This was our second stay and we are planning to make it an annual event. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well stocked. I loved cooking in the kitchen surrounded by my family. The fireplace is amazing and the location is perfect. We ski Canmore and Bretton Woods and down town North Conway is filled with great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the house. Perfect spot.

The house was very accommodating for a family , we had 2 kids and a baby and three adults. The kids had a blast playing with the toys and house, we felt at home , it is fully stocked and comfortable! Not too far from many attractions and ski towns for day trips. Very clean !

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

Beautiful home in the New Hampshire Mountains. We were here to ski and take in the sites, with success!! Would definitely come back.
