We have been blessed to have grown up coming to Madison Nh. To find a comfortable place for our family of 8 to go skiing and snowtubing and walking in a winter wonderland where we can have family meals and space to laugh and come together makes our stay wonderfully worthwhile. Thankyou!

We had a fun family weekend in beautiful North Conway. There was plenty of space and room for every couple to have privacy yet a large common area we could all be together. The neighborhood was peaceful and and easy walk to the common path to the river. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as the bathrooms and laundry room. We would go back and will recommend to our friends! Cindy

My wife and I had an amazing time with our 5 month old boy. This was our first family vacation with our son and we’ll remember it forever. This is a beautiful house with even more beautiful views! Everything was clean and tidy. You are only 7 minutes from Story Land and about 15 minutes from downtown North Conway making this the perfect location. We’ll definitely be booking with Brian again in the future!

This place is fabulous fabulous fabulous! Amazingly clean, great space for hanging out together, game playing, eating! So so lovely. I cannot say enough good things. It is truly a gem!

We really enjoyed our time at the Lodge. Accommodations had everything you could want. Place was spotless and beautiful. Really appreciate that the Lodge was also dog friendly! Pictures depicted canoes and kayaks, but didn’t mention they’re locked and not accessible to guests which was unfortunate. The late check in and early check out ultimately felt like we lost out on quite a bit of time for adventure, but we knew that was the deal when we booked it so can’t complain. Appreciate the easy communication with the hosts and do highly recommend their place to stay.

I booked this house to accommodate my family of 4 and another family of 4. There were 4 adults and 4 kids age 2 to 5. This house was the perfect space to accommodate us. The house is 20ish minutes away from many of the kid friendly activities like the Scenic Railroad, Ryan’s Airpark, Cranmore, Zebs, and Kahuna Laguna. The mile leading up to the house is pretty steep and has a fair amount of curves so it was somewhat difficult to get in and out of during the snow storm we were there for but the plows were very on top of road maintenance. I spoke with Renee the day we checked in with a couple check in questions and she was kind, clear, and responsive. The house is also clearly labeled throughout making it easy to find things or access equipment throughout the house. Overall, this was a great stay and will definitely stay here again when we go back to North Conway in the future.

Beautiful, unique home for a large group! Myself and five friends, along with two dogs, stayed here for a long weekend. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

We had a great time staying at Henry’s place with our dog! The cabin was comfortable, clean, and ready for us when we arrived. Henry was super responsive and proactive in reaching out. We enjoyed walking our dog around the area and loved how close it is to skiing! We would for sure stay here again for our next ski or hike weekend.

We couldn’t love our stay anymore! It was perfectly located on the lake for our 11 year old who loves to fish. With incredible views, we couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Neighbors were great. Very easy stay. We’d love to visit again!

Bob was a super responsive host and the place was great for access to the mountain and a ski weekend. Shuttle service or a short drive yourself. I would recommend checking in on Friday (we did Saturday) just because the managing company isn't open on weekends and if you need something it will get there, but takes a bit longer. Place was great and spacious for us and our kiddo to enjoy the mountain and unwind. Access to the health club/pool was a huge plus for a swim after a day on the slopes.

This place was really nice! Its on a beautiful lake with a lot to do! Jessica had plenty of kayaks, canoes, and life vests. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's also very close to many great hiking areas Mt Washington.

Wonderful cottage directly on the lake. Very clean. Was surprised to find some food left from previous guests.

Lovely cottage even better than the pictures. Gorgeous view from the spacious open living area. We enjoyed the view during meals and then gathered together on the large couch to watch movies as a family. Everything was clean and clutter free. Fully stocked kitchen was appreciated. There's a paved rail trail across the street that was so easy to get to. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

Loved Nancy's cabin! Stayed for a cold weekend in snowy February '25. Family of six with adult children, significant other, 8month old baby, and pups. Circle dirt driveway fit our three suvs with room for more (beginning of driveway is shared with house next door). Right off route 113, but hardly noticed the traffic noise, the river scenery was gorgeous and peaceful. River was frozen and there is a walking trail across the way, so we saw a few snowshoers and their pups, otherwise a secluded stay. Three bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, living room, kitchen, and one bunk room in the basement with a second living area and half bath with laundry. Kitchen was fully stocked. Cozy but enough room for us to spread out. Wifi worked well. The ramp up to the house from the driveway wasn't shoveled, nor was the deck, but one shovel was provided and we brought our own shovels to clear it for use. Also nice covered area under the deck out the basement door. Comfy beds! Cards and board games too.

Lucky lodge It is a very rustic cottage in the most beautiful surroundings. This was our third stay and my family considers this our "Happy Place". We look forward to future stays.

This place offered exactly the peace and quiet that I was looking for. I booked this place for my boyfriend who needed some alone time to focus on school work and his keep his mind away from a stressful job. The house is very comfortable, quiet and great view. The bathroom is a bit tight and toilet is too low. But the host still managed to make it cozy for grooming. They also provided toiletries for both men/woman which is a plus, because we women over-pack or forget to pack the unexpected feminine essentials! :) Everything you see un the pictures is as shown or described. the kitchen is also equipped with some cooking spices and everything you need to cook a meal. I would definitely book here again but next time, Im coming along for my peace and quiet!
