our girls trip stay at Vahids was spectacular. super clean home with comfy beds and plenty of supplies. the views were breathtaking! Vahid was very helpful and responsive. we would stay again.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

We had an amazing experience at Jay's Airbnb! The check-in process was smooth, and the place was exactly as described in the listing, even better in person! The space was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The view from the living room and patio was hard to beat. Everyone in our group absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. They were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The pool area was spacious, and the hot tub was perfect for our group and had plenty of space our group of 12. It was definitely a favorite spot for everyone! Communication with Jay was excellent! He was quick to respond and provided great updates when the hot tub was heating up. We highly recommend Jay's place and would stay again next time in the area.

Lacey’s place was nothing short of amazing! Easily accessible, very clean and tons of things to do at the lake house! We enjoyed the kayaks, and fishing, and hiking. The ONLY thing that was a bummer was getting to the boat dock. Due to the low water levels, we had to walk down several stairs to get to it, which was stressful with a toddler. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, Lacey was quickly responsive and even checked on us the morning after our first night to ensure we were comfortable and set up.

Brad shared a lot of helpful information prior to check in. The place was very easy to find and extremely clean when we arrived. The view of the lake was great and our stay was very comfortable with all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Great property overall. Had a blast with all of the available amenities and Jacob was a great host. If you plan to spend most of your time at the property for a family/friend gathering, this is your place.

Excellent location and clean condo. Good restaurants and shopping just steps away. The construction was noisy but the earplugs provided helped. Loved the neighborhood vibe.

This apartment was so gorgeous and I felt right at home almost immediately. JG was super accommodating and helpful, and it’s a huge bonus to have him in the same building so he’s on hand if there are any problems (fortunately I didn’t have any!) Super convenient in every sense of the word, and I loved my stay. The only compunction I have in recommending it is that I don’t want it to be too booked up next time I’m in town!

This was our first visit to Austin and it was amazing. Staying at Joe & Susan’s place was perfect: great location for all of our activities, the suite itself was wonderful and couldn’t ask for anything better, and of course, Joe & Susan were perfect hosts. The suite was modern with so many amenities. It was our home away from home. We felt so welcomed by Joe & Susan and they had thought of everything to make our stay extra special. They provided lots of great recommendations for restaurants, live music and activities. We visited many of the places they recommended and they were all so good. We were able to enjoy some live music on four nights; two were downtown and we avoided parking as we were close enough to just walk to the venues. One night, we walked back. Another night, we took a short uber home. It was all so perfect. Joe & Susan are amazing hosts. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Joe & Susan.

I loved everything about this stay it was clean stocked beautiful lighting nice relaxing view of the highway I loved the master bathroom beautiful decor fresh smell we loved the pool and gym area . I hated how it was nothing around for me and my children to walk to the front gates were not my cup of tea Ubers got lost a lot but it was a beautiful property my host was the best , quick communication very nice person thank you very much for letting us experience your rental will come again ❤️ 10 stars if I can

Wonderful stay! Great view and everything matched the description. Clean sheets and everything is very neat and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to many local hotspots.

The condo was very modern and comfortable. Plenty of pillows, nice kitchen, nice deck. The location was nice, peaceful with a lot of deer! Pools outdoors were not heated but indoor pool was, and we swam twice in it. Nice. No hot water in showers by the pool though! That was a bummer since we swam right before we left, after we checked out. The "lake" was actually non-existent, (no rain I guess) but the river ran right in front of the complex and was very pretty. Enjoyed the restaurant on site, food was good, view pretty, and 25 cent mimosas the day we ate there! Can't beat that!

Beautiful property! The hosts are responsive and you can’t even tell they are there. The home and surroundings were clean. It’s a HUGE property and such a good place to enjoy nature, the pool, kayak/canoe in some areas of the creek, did some shooting and the dogs were very friendly, always taking care of us. We will be back!

great host, beautiful home and right next to the lake if you wanna swim, I would definitely recommend staying here especially if your wanting to visit austin.

The cottage is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. There was a basket of snack items and plenty of bottled water in the mini fridge. The kitchenette has all you need, plates/cutlery/glasses. Several clean towels and an iron and ironing board in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit is just above the bed.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. If you like craft beer, Front Yard Brewing is the place to go. It’s close to the house.

Quiet, private location. Love that we could take our dogs. Loved: spacious living areas, screened porch & deck (although we used it less than expected due to weather), bluebonnets. Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked. Bring bottled water. Loved seeing & feeding the deer every night & morning. We brought extra deer corn. Took our Roku for the TVs. We expected to have access to the washer/dryer which is in the listing. Wasn’t a deal killer, but we didn’t bring as many clothes because of that and weather got chilly. We knew the river might be low, but would have good to know in advance just how low it was as well as the difficulty getting down to the river. We had to cut our own path through the weeds. It’s a bit of a challenging hike. We were able to catch several large fish from the shore (bass & catfish). Can see lots of stars & sunsets. Overall, a very homey & comfortable place to stay.

Loved it here! This was a great find. It was a nice clean room overlooking the river and was on very pretty grounds alongside other rentable cabins. The Spicewood location right on the Pedernales and along lake travis was wonderful, truly waterside with easy access to the kayaks/canoes/paddleboards which you can rent through Travis quickly and conveniently. After sunset I had plenty of room to set up my telescope and had a great view of the moon and stars over the water. It’s right down the street from Krause and several other hillcountry gems. Great host. I’d totally come back.
