Die Villa war mit einer Einfahrt für etwa 6-8 Fahrzeuge ausgestattet und leicht über die kurzen Treppen zu begehen. Die Inneneinrichtung in der Villa ist modern und schlicht gehalten. Mit einer Terrasse, einem Garten mit Pool, Grill, Sitzecken uvm. hat man hier definitiv eine Entspannungsoase. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Stanza non grandissima, ma con tutto il necessario, pulita, e in una posizione comodissima per i trasporti pubblici. L'host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile nonostante il nostro ritardo all' arrivo al check in, e si è sempre reso molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

BEAUTIFUL FLAT! Great hosts, very friendly. Central location, walking distance to Grand Bazaar and the mosques. The flat is very spacious, very cosy and perfectly clean. Lively area with many local places to eat around. Highly recommend!

5 minutes walking distance to Taksim square, we liked the location very much. It was very cozy and comfortable as it was a detached house. The owner was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the local area and guided us. We will choose this place when we come again, thanks for everything Seaview team.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Cemal was attentive, and extremely informative days in advance. He had instant coffee, canned beverages, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion all ready. The very first day he personally gave my son and I a tour of the residence, and brought up a case of bottled water. Definately recommend!

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

The location was good, and the house was clean, cosy, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a week's stay, and the overall experience was pretty good. I recommend the place to anyone visiting the area, especially for medium-term stays.

We had a nice time at Ayda’s flat. Ayda was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. The flat is well-furnished and situated on the ground floor / minus 2 floor, with a cozy little terrace that was especially enjoyable in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The Wi-Fi connection is strong, which made remote work comfortable. However, the flat does have a humidity issue that caused a smell when we were there. There can be some noise at times, and the curtains don’t block out the morning light completely, though we managed to sleep well. The location is very convenient, with the Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach various parts of Istanbul by bus. The flat is also well-connected to Beşiktaş ferry station and Zincirlikuyu via the Gayrettepe Metro stop. In addition, nearby, there are two supermarkets (Migros and BIM) Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Ayda’s flat and appreciated her hospitality

Keyifli bir 3 gün geçirdik. Ev Beşiktaş’ın sırtlarında. Banyo ve yatak odaları gayet temizdi. Ev yeni dizayn edilmiş. Aileyle kalınabilecek fiyat performans açısından İstanbul’da kaldığım en iyi 3 evden birisi. Mustafa Bey çok cana yakın bir ev sahibi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

De l'appartement très confortable et calme, proche de toutes commodités, aux petits déjeuners délicieux préparés avec amour juste au pied de l immeuble , aux petits cadeaux déposés au pas de la porte...Nous sommes très touchées par toutes ces attentions et cette gentillesse. Un énorme merci pour tout. Istanbul restera gravée dans nos têtes et dans nos❤️nous reviendrons volontiers dès que possible. We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.
